In this embodiment, the first oil filter plate 1 and the second oil filter plate 2 can be separated from each other, and the oil filter units are all disposed on the first oil filter plate 1.
The oil filtering process of the filtering device of this embodiment is as follows:
firstly, in the air intake process, the oil smoke contacts the outer surface of the first oil filter plate 1 for condensation and filtration; then, after the oil fume enters the main air inlet 3 and the auxiliary air inlet 7, the oil fume path is converted into a horizontal left-right direction from the vertical up-down direction, namely, the oil fume path is bent by 90 degrees and is contacted with the inner surface of the second oil filtering plate 2 for filtering; then, the bent oil fume is contacted and filtered with a first oil filtering unit 6a in the airflow channel 5; then, after passing through the first oil filtering unit 6a, the air flow channel 5 leads to the second oil filtering unit 6b and contacts with the concave surface 62 of the second oil filtering unit 6b for filtering; finally, after passing through the second oil filtering unit 6b, the oil fume is filtered by contacting with the convex surface 61 of the second oil filtering unit 6b in the adjacent airflow channel 5, and then the oil fume path is converted from horizontal to vertical, namely, the oil fume path is bent again by 90 degrees, and the oil fume is discharged from the air outlet 4.
According to the oil filtering process, the lampblack achieves multiple direction changing and collision in the transverse direction (left-right direction) and the longitudinal direction (vertical direction) of the airflow channel 5, and the oil filtering efficiency is greatly improved. In addition, because the oil filtering columns of the filtering device are arranged at intervals and have the concave-convex surfaces, the oil smoke can be fully turned and collided in the front-back direction of the airflow channel 5 in the filtering process, and thus the oil filtering effect is further improved.
