Abstract

The invention relates to a gas purification technology, in particular to a gas filter for a range hood.
Background
Chinese patent CN200420050894.7 discloses a vortex gas filter, which is installed on a vortex gas filter shell or frame by the cross arrangement of spiral rolling plates, and naturally forms a gas inlet, a gas outlet and a vortex channel. It has the advantage of better separation effect, but is not easy to unpick and wash.
Chinese patent CN200420034053.7 discloses a gas filter, the rolling plates of the gas filter are arranged crosswise on the upper and lower baffles or on the frame composed of four baffles, or directly on the gas purifier, naturally forming the gas inlet, the gas outlet and the gas channel. The technology also has the problem of difficult unpicking and washing.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a gas filter which is easy to disassemble and wash.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is that the vortex type gas filter comprises at least 3 filters which are arranged in parallel and have S-shaped curve cross sections, an airflow channel is arranged between every two adjacent filters, and each filter comprises two filter sheets which are detachably connected; the filter plate is provided with a groove; the openings of the grooves of the two filter sheets forming the same filter are opposite.
Furthermore, the filter sheets are divided into two groups according to the opening direction, and the two groups of filter sheets are respectively arranged on the corresponding grouping connection frames; the two packet connection frames are detachably connected.
The invention has the advantages of good oil-gas separation effect of the S-shaped filter and easy disassembly and washing.

The invention comprises at least 3 filters which are arranged in parallel and have S-shaped curve cross sections, an airflow channel is arranged between the adjacent filters, and each filter comprises two filter sheets which are detachably connected; the filter plate is provided with a groove; the opening directions of the grooves of the two filter sheets forming the same filter are opposite; the filter sheets are divided into two groups according to the opening direction, and the two groups of filter sheets are respectively arranged on the corresponding grouping connection frames; the two packet connection frames are detachably connected.
The S-shaped curve comprises an arc curve or a curve formed by combining a plurality of straight line segments, or a combination of a plurality of straight line segments and an arc line.
