Abstract
本发明公开了一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维,包括:涤纶纤维本体和黏胶纤维组合而成,其中,所述的涤纶纤维本体和黏胶纤维X型交叉连接,所述的涤纶纤维本体为阳离子染料常压沸染得到的,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有抗静电性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有耐腐蚀性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有耐热性能的单体进行共聚。通过上述方式,本发明能够具有吸湿性好,易于染色,不易起静电的优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及化纤领域,特别是涉及一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维。
背景技术
改善高温稳定性,提高高温稳定度1941年,英国的J.R.温菲尔德和J.T.迪克森以对苯二甲酸和乙二醇为原料在实验室内首先研制成功聚酯纤维,命名为特丽纶(Terylene)。1953年美国生产商品名为达可纶(Dacron)的聚酯纤维。随后聚酯纤维在世界各国得到迅速发展。1960年聚酯纤维的世界产量超过聚丙烯腈纤维,1972年又超过聚酰胺纤维,成为合成纤维的第一大品种。
聚酯纤维(polyester fibre)由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得的合成纤维。聚酯纤维主要品种由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯纺丝制成,中国的商品名为涤纶,简称PET纤维,是当前合成纤维的第一大品种。除此之外还有少量聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯纤维,简称PTT聚酯纤维。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维,能够具有吸湿性好,易于染色,不易起静电的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维,包括:涤纶纤维本体和黏胶纤维组合而成,其中,所述的涤纶纤维本体和黏胶纤维X型交叉连接,所述的涤纶纤维本体为阳离子染料常压沸染得到的,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有抗静电性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有耐腐蚀性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有耐热性能的的单体进行共聚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的黏胶纤维与亲染料基团的单体进行共聚,所述的单体为磺酸盐。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的黏胶纤维添加具有抗静电性能的单体进行共聚。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的黏胶纤维添加具有高强度的单体进行工具,断裂强度为4.0cN/dte。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明具有吸湿性好,易于染色,不易起静电的优点,还具有较好的可纺性能和较高的聚合度、强力和湿模量。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:涤纶纤维本体1和黏胶纤维2组合而成,其中,所述的涤纶纤维本体1和黏胶纤维2X型交叉连接,所述的涤纶纤维本体1为阳离子染料常压沸染得到的,所述的涤纶纤维本体1添加具有抗静电性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体1添加具有耐腐蚀性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体1添加具有耐热性能的的单体进行共聚;
区别于现有技术。
进一步说明,所述的黏胶纤维2与亲染料基团的单体进行共聚,所述的单体为磺酸盐。
进一步说明,所述的黏胶纤维2添加具有抗静电性能的单体进行共聚。
再进一步说明,所述的黏胶纤维2添加具有高强度的单体进行工具,断裂强度为4.0cN/dte。

1.一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维,其特征在于,包括:涤纶纤维本体和黏胶纤维组合而成,其中,所述的涤纶纤维本体和黏胶纤维X型交叉连接,所述的涤纶纤维本体为阳离子染料常压沸染得到的,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有抗静电性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有耐腐蚀性能的单体进行共聚,所述的涤纶纤维本体添加具有耐热性能的的单体进行共聚。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维,其特征在于:所述的黏胶纤维与亲染料基团的单体进行共聚,所述的单体为磺酸盐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维,其特征在于:所述的黏胶纤维添加具有抗静电性能的单体进行共聚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改良型高性能聚酯纤维,其特征在于:所述的黏胶纤维添加具有高强度的单体进行工具,断裂强度为4.0cN/dte。
