本发明公开了一种摄像头嵌入式安装装置，固定结构架由条形板将上圆环板和下圆环板焊接在一起，上圆环板上设有连接孔，摄像头通过连接孔与固定结构架固定连接，下圆环板上设有安装孔。下圆环板下方还设有装饰板。所述的装饰板上设有与安装孔位置和大小相同的透孔。螺钉穿过透孔和安装孔将装饰板和固定结构架固定连接到车顶安装面。所述的连接孔是由螺母压铆到上圆环板的通孔内构成。此装置使机械间摄像头嵌入到车顶安装面，安装方便，照射角度更好，方便作业人员走行，使机械间整体布局更加美观，由于无电线裸露在外面，减少了安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种摄像头安装装置,尤其涉及一种动力集中动车组机械间摄像头嵌入式安装装置。
背景技术
动力集中动车组是一种经济型更强的动车组列车，运用和维护成本都比传统动车组优越。动力集中动车组外形美观，为了达到内外统一，其机械间结构也有相应变化，相较与传统电力机车，动力集中动车组增加了机械间装饰板，随之带来的问题便是机械间高度空间的压缩。动力集中动车组机械间摄像头在机械间的布局为中央位置，现有机车机械间摄像头安装结构是在机械间顶盖上焊接过渡支架，在过渡支架上安装摄像头。此种安装方式会增加摄像头的安装空间，干扰机械间作业人员走行，并且摄像头、过渡支架和电缆直接裸露在外面不美观，也存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种安装方便，外观美观的摄像头嵌入式安装装置。
本发明采用的技术方案是摄像头嵌入式安装装置，固定结构架由条形板将上圆环板和下圆环板焊接在一起，上圆环板上设有连接孔，摄像头通过连接孔与固定结构架固定连接，下圆环板上设有安装孔。下圆环板下方还设有装饰板。所述的装饰板上设有与安装孔位置和大小相同的透孔。螺钉穿过透孔和安装孔将装饰板和固定结构架固定连接到车顶安装面。所述的连接孔是由螺母压铆到上圆环板的通孔内构成。
固定结构架的作用是用于固定摄像头，并将摄像头固定到车顶安装面上，上下圆板中间用三个条形板连接，条形板之间空间用于摄像头的调试、拆装、检修。
摄像头安装在固定结构架后，构架内侧与摄像头头罩部分会留有空隙，用装饰板盖住空隙部分。装饰板上开有与固定结构架下圆环板上安装孔位置和大小相同的透孔，通过螺钉将装饰板与固定结构架一起固定到车顶安装面上。
本发明的有益效果是此装置使机械间摄像头嵌入到车顶安装面，安装方便，照射角度更好，方便作业人员走行，使机械间整体布局更加美观，由于无电线裸露在外面，减少了安全隐患。

具体实施方式
如图1-图5所示，摄像头嵌入式安装装置，固定结构架1由条形板13将上圆环板11和下圆环板12焊接在一起，上圆环板11上设有连接孔1a，摄像头3通过连接孔1a与固定结构架1固定连接，下圆环板12上设有安装孔1b。下圆环板12下方还设有装饰板2。所述的装饰板2上设有与安装孔1b位置和大小相同的透孔2a。螺钉穿过透孔2a和安装孔1b将装饰板2和固定结构架1固定连接到车顶安装面4。所述的连接孔1a是由螺母111压铆到上圆环板11的通孔内构成。
固定结构架的作用是用于固定摄像头，并将摄像头固定到车顶安装面上，上下圆板中间用三个条形板连接，条形板之间空间用于摄像头的调试、拆装、检修。
摄像头安装在固定结构架后，构架内侧与摄像头头罩部分会留有空隙，用装饰板盖住空隙部分。装饰板上开有与固定结构架下圆环板上安装孔位置和大小相同的透孔，通过螺钉将装饰板与固定结构架一起固定到车顶安装面上。

1.摄像头嵌入式安装装置，其特征在于：固定结构架(1)由条形板(13)将上圆环板(11)和下圆环板(12)焊接在一起组成，上圆环板(11)上设有连接孔(1a)，螺钉通过连接孔(1a)将摄像头(3)与固定结构架(1)固定连接，下圆环板(12)上设有安装孔(1b)，下圆环板(12)下方还设有装饰板(2)，所述的装饰板(2)上设有与安装孔(1b)位置和大小相同的透孔(2a)，螺钉穿过透孔(2a)和安装孔(1b)将装饰板(2)和固定结构架(1)固定连接到车顶安装面(5)，所述的连接孔(1a)是由螺母(111)压铆到上圆环板的通孔内构成。
