The invention belongs to the technical field of VPX module cold conduction reinforcement, and particularly relates to a VPX cold conduction reinforcement module pulling assisting method and a matched pulling assisting device.
Background
The VPX bus is a new generation of high-speed serial bus standard developed by vta (VME International Trade Association ) organization on the basis of the VME bus in 2007. The basic specifications, mechanical structure, and bus signals of the VPX bus are defined in the ANSI/VITA 46 series of specifications. ANSI/VITA 48.2 defines the mechanical specifications of the VPX cold conduction reinforcement module to ensure mechanical interchangeability of the cold conduction unit.
The VPX plug-in module is connected with a back plate in the case through a reed type connector, the plug-in force is very large, and the VPX plug-in module can be separated and pulled out only by means of a special device, namely a pull-out aid. However, the ANSI/VITA 48.2 specification only defines the key envelope dimensions of the VPX plug-in module and the chassis, and there is no specific requirement and description on how to implement the VPX plug-in module, and particularly, the external dimensions of the plug-in assist device are not specified, which brings a certain flexibility to the design.
The conventional pulling-assisted method of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module is shown in fig. 1, and the method needs to open a pulling-assisted slot in a chassis 3 ', and install a pulling-assisted device 1 ' in a VPX plug-in module 2 ', wherein the size and the installation position of the pulling-assisted device must be determined according to the calculation of the separation height of the VPX module. When the pulling-assisting method is used, complicated design calculation is needed, and the problems that the effective separation stroke is too short, the pulling-out is not thorough, the loosening is easy to happen in a severe vibration environment and the like easily occur. The pull-up aid installed in the VPX card module also encroaches on the layout space of the PCB, which is not conducive to the design of high-density products.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of complex design, inconvenient use and the like of the conventional VPX module pulling-assisting method, provides a simple, reliable and easy-to-realize pulling-assisting method on the basis of meeting VITA (virtual appliance automation) specification requirements, and provides a matched pulling-assisting device.
The invention firstly provides a VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling aid, which comprises a pulling aid frame and a left pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body and a right pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body, wherein the left pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body and the right pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body have the same structure and respectively comprise a pull rod, a pull handle and a limiting device; the pulling aid is characterized in that the pulling rod of the pulling aid is provided with a mounting boss, the pulling aid handle is provided with a mounting groove, and the mounting groove of the pulling aid handle is matched with the mounting boss of the pulling aid pull rod; the pull-out assisting device comprises a pull-out assisting device frame, a pull-out assisting device pull rod handle assembly and a pull-out assisting device pull rod handle assembly, wherein the pull-out assisting device frame is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the left pull-out assisting device pull rod handle assembly and the right pull-out assisting device pull rod handle assembly, and the left pull-out assisting device pull rod handle assembly and the right pull-out assisting.
As a better choice for the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling-out aid, the lower end of the pulling-out aid frame is provided with a left boss and a right boss, and the bosses are abutted on a supporting plane at the front part of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing case; the lower end of the pull rod of the pulling aid is provided with a cylindrical boss which is respectively inserted into circular pulling-aid holes at the left end and the right end of the upper part of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module.
As a better choice for the VPX cold-conducting reinforced module pulling aid, the upper end of the pulling rod of the pulling aid is provided with threads, the limiting device is a limiting nut, the pulling rod handle assembly body of the pulling aid further comprises a gasket and a spring, and the limiting nut adjusts the position of the pulling rod of the pulling aid extending out of the frame of the pulling aid; the spring penetrates through the upper end of the pulling-aid device pull rod and is clamped between the limiting nut and the pulling-aid device frame, and the spring enables the pulling-aid device pull rod to be in a tightened state when the pulling-aid device pull rod is static; the gasket is penetrated at the upper end of the pull-out aid pull rod and clamped between the pull-out aid handle and the pull-out aid frame.
The invention also provides a VPX cold-conducting reinforcing case, wherein the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module is inserted into the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing case, and the front part of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing case is provided with a supporting plane for placing the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling aid.
The invention also provides a VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module, wherein the left end and the right end of the upper part of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module are provided with two circular pulling-assisted holes for inserting the pulling-assisted devices of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module.
The invention also provides a VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling-assisting method, which comprises a VPX cold-conducting reinforcing case, a plurality of VPX cold-conducting reinforcing modules and VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling-assisting devices; the VPX cold conduction reinforcing module is inserted into the VPX cold conduction reinforcing case and is pulled out by a VPX cold conduction reinforcing module pulling aid when the VPX cold conduction reinforcing module needs to be pulled out.
Specifically, a support plane is arranged at the front part of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing case and used for placing the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling-out assistor; two pulling-assisting holes are formed in the left end and the right end of the upper portion of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module, are round holes and are used for being inserted into the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling-assisting device.
Further, a VPX cold-conducting and reinforcing module pulling aid is provided, which comprises a pulling aid frame and a left pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body and a right pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body; the left pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body and the right pulling aid pull rod handle assembly body are of the same structure and respectively comprise a pull rod, a handle, a gasket, a spring, a connecting screw and a limiting nut; the pulling rod of the pulling aid is provided with a mounting boss, the pulling handle of the pulling aid is provided with a mounting groove, and the mounting groove of the pulling aid is inserted into the mounting boss of the pulling rod of the pulling aid and is fastened by the connecting screw; the extraction aid frame is provided with mounting holes of the left and right extraction aid pull rod handle assembly bodies, and the left and right extraction aid pull rod handle assembly bodies can rotate around the mounting holes of the extraction aid frame.
Specifically, the lower end of the pulling aid frame is provided with a left boss and a right boss which are propped against a supporting plane at the front part of the VPX cold-conducting and reinforcing chassis when in use; the lower end of the pull rod of the pulling aid is provided with a cylindrical boss which is respectively inserted into circular pulling-aid holes at the left end and the right end of the upper part of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module when in use.
Specifically, the upper end of the pulling rod of the pulling aid is provided with a thread for screwing the limiting nut, and the limiting nut can adjust the position of the pulling rod of the pulling aid extending out of the frame of the pulling aid; the spring penetrates through the upper end of the pulling-aid device pull rod and is clamped between the limiting nut and the pulling-aid device frame, and the spring can enable the pulling-aid device pull rod to be in a tightened state when the pulling-aid device pull rod is static; the gasket is penetrated at the upper end of the pull-out aid pull rod and clamped between the pull-out aid handle and the pull-out aid frame.
Compared with the traditional pulling aid of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module, the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module is only provided with two pulling-aid holes, so that the structural design of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module and the chassis is greatly simplified, the PCB layout space is saved, and the design of a high-density product is facilitated; the matched special pulling aid has simple structure and convenient use, and can control the pulling force by both hands to avoid the damage to the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a VPX cold conduction reinforcement module pulling-assisted method, including a VPX cold conduction reinforcement chassis 3, a plurality of VPX cold conduction reinforcement modules 2, and a VPX cold conduction reinforcement module pulling-assisted device 1. The VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module is inserted into a guide groove of the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing case and is pulled out by a VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module pulling aid when the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module needs to be pulled out.
The VPX cold-conducting and reinforcing module is shown in figure 3, the external dimension of the VPX cold-conducting and reinforcing module conforms to ANSI/VITA 48.2 standard, and the left end and the right end of the upper part of the VPX cold-conducting and reinforcing module are provided with two circular pulling-assisting holes 2h1 and 2h 2.
The VPX cold-conducting reinforcing module extraction aid is shown in fig. 4, and includes an extraction aid frame 11 and two extraction aid pull rod handle assemblies 121 and 122.
Specifically, when the pulling aid is used for pulling out the VPX cold conduction reinforcing module, the bosses 11t1 and 11t2 at the lower end of the pulling aid frame are abutted against the supporting plane of the chassis, the cylindrical bosses 1211t and 1221t at the lower end of the pulling aid pull rod are inserted into the circular pulling aid holes 2h1 and 2h2 of the VPX cold conduction reinforcing module, and the pulling aid pull handles 1212 and 1222 are pulled outwards by two hands, so that the VPX cold conduction reinforcing module can be pulled out of the chassis.
Referring to fig. 4, the left and right pull-aid lever handle assemblies 121 and 122 have the same structure, and the left pull-aid lever handle assembly 121 is taken as an example and includes a lever 1211, a handle 1212, a connecting screw 1213, a washer 1214, a spring 1215, and a stop nut 1216. The pulling-aid grip 1211 passes through the mounting hole 11k1 of the pulling-aid frame 11 to be assembled with the pulling-aid grip 1212, the groove 1212a of the grip 1212 is inserted into the mounting boss 1211a of the pulling-aid grip 1211, the mounting screw 1213 passes through the through hole 1211k of the pulling-aid grip 1211 and is screwed into the threaded hole 1212n of the grip 1212 for fastening, and the pulling-aid grip are combined into an assembly. A washer 1214 is sleeved on the upper end of the pull rod 1211, passes through the mounting hole 11k2 of the extraction aid frame 11, is sleeved with a spring 1215, and a limit nut 1216 is screwed on the thread 1211w on the upper part of the pull rod 1211. The stop nut 1216 may adjust the position of the pull rod 1211 extending out of the extraction aid frame 11, and the spring 1215 may keep the extraction aid pull rod 1211 in a tightened state when at rest.
The VPX cold-conducting reinforcing modules with the circular pulling-assisting holes can be inserted into the case, and when the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing modules are pulled out of the case by the pulling-assisting device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pulling force can be controlled by two hands, so that the damage to the VPX cold-conducting reinforcing modules is avoided.
