技术领域
本发明涉及一种翠绿色包装纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
包装纸指用于包装的纸。包装用纸有牛皮纸、鸡皮纸、纸袋纸、羊皮纸、玻璃纸、柏油纸、防潮纸、火药包装纸、中性包装纸、半透明纸、防锈纸、防油纸、食品包装纸、石蜡纸、茶叶袋纸、红电光炮纸、真空镀铝纸、复合纸等。
用于包装各种商品物资的纸张。一般具有较高的物理强度及一定的抗水性。根据商品的特点,包装纸具有相应的特殊性能包装纸中,用量最大的是包装大宗粉粒状工农业原料,如水泥、化肥等用的纸袋纸,一般均用3~4层以上纸制成,故又称为多层纸袋纸,以区别于包装轻细商品的其他袋纸。这类包装纸主要要求强度高、耐重载、抗冲击,并有适当的透气度。食品包装纸的品种规格最多。并分为内包装用及外包装用两大类。直接接触食品的称为内包装纸,主要要求清洁,不带病菌,具有防潮、防油、防粘、防霉等特性。外包装纸主要为了美化和保护商品,除要求一定物理强度外,还需洁净美观,适于印刷多色的商品图案和文字。供牛奶、菜汁等液体饮料的包装纸,还必须具有极好防渗透性。为了能较长期保存、保鲜的需要,发展了纸与金属薄膜复合、纸与塑料及金属薄膜复合的特种饮料软包装纸(见食品包装容器)。为适应金属仪器及工具的防锈需要,发展了防锈纸。纸板中绝大部分也是供商品包装用的,主要用于制造纸箱、纸盒和包装衬垫。
目前,现有的包装纸存在挺度差,光滑度低,超压后透明差,起皱和有泡纱的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种挺度好,光滑度高,超压后透明好,无起皱和无泡泡纱的翠绿色包装纸及其制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种翠绿色包装纸,由漂白针叶28-32份、漂白阔叶28-32份、白色进口废纸36-44份、纯碱0.1-0.3份、颜料0.33-0.75份、CMCC 3-5份、工业盐山1-1.5份、AKD 3-5份、湿强剂2-5份、蜡乳液1-3份和滑石粉5-15份制成。
进一步的,所述翠绿色包装纸由漂白针叶32份、漂白阔叶28份、白色进口废纸36份、纯碱0.1份、颜料0.33份、CMCC 3份、工业盐山1份、AKD 3份、湿强剂2份、蜡乳液1份和滑石粉5份制成。

本发明要解决的另一技术问题为提供一种如权利要求1所述的翠绿色包装纸的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取3-5份CMCC与颜料0.33-0.75份混合并放置到搅拌机内,通过搅拌机以30r/pm的转速搅拌混合,增加颜料吸附性及透明度,并在搅拌过程中加入工业盐山1-1.5份,增加颜料的透明度及固色,加10倍于颜料重量的水稀释,并将颜料添加到加工浆液的锥形磨浆机内,备用;
2)取漂白针叶28-32份、漂白阔叶28-32份、白色进口废纸36-44份放入锥形磨浆机内与颜料混合,并启动锥形磨浆机对漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸在70-80℃下进行粘式打浆1-2小时,使得漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸与颜料混合均匀,制得浓度为4.5-6.0%的浆液,并在锥形磨浆机内保存70-80℃的打浆温度,备用;
3)取纯碱0.1-0.3份添加到步骤2)的锥形磨浆机内,与浆液混合,然后启动锥形磨浆机搅拌浆液,使得纯碱软化浆液,备用;
4)取AKD 3-5份和湿强剂2-5份同时添加到白水池内,启动搅拌机以45r/pm的转速转动搅拌棒,使得AKD和湿强剂搅拌均匀,增强施胶剂的湿润度和拉力,然后在搅拌过程中添加蜡乳液1-3份增强施胶剂的滑度,制得用于浆内施胶的施胶剂,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的施胶剂添加到步骤3)的锥形磨浆机内,再次启动锥形磨浆机,使得施胶剂与软化后的浆液混合并在锥形磨浆机的运动下,施胶剂在浆内施胶均匀,制得打浆度为80-82°SR,湿重6-7gm2的浆液,最后添加滑石粉5-15份进行除尘除粘,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的浆液经多辊真空复合压榨、烘干机烘干脱水、软压光后制成原纸,最后将原纸经超级压光而制得包装纸,即得。
本发明的有益效果是:本申请通过将漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸经过打浆制成原浆,再结合纯碱、颜料、CMCC、工业盐山、AKD、湿强剂、蜡乳液和滑石粉制成挺度好,光滑度高的翠绿色包装纸,最后经过超压后提高翠绿色包装纸的透明,制得无起皱和无泡泡纱的翠绿色包装纸。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种翠绿色包装纸,由漂白针叶32份、漂白阔叶28份、白色进口废纸36份、纯碱0.1份、颜料0.33份、CMCC 3份、工业盐山1份、AKD 3份、湿强剂2份、蜡乳液1份和滑石粉5份制成。
一种翠绿色包装纸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取3份CMCC与颜料0.33份混合并放置到搅拌机内,通过搅拌机以30r/pm的转速搅拌混合,增加颜料吸附性及透明度,并在搅拌过程中加入工业盐山1份,增加颜料的透明度及固色,加10倍于颜料重量的水稀释,并将颜料添加到加工浆液的锥形磨浆机内,备用;
2)取漂白针叶32份、漂白阔叶28份、白色进口废纸36份放入锥形磨浆机内与颜料混合,并启动锥形磨浆机对漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸在70℃下进行粘式打浆1小时,使得漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸与颜料混合均匀,制得浓度为4.5%的浆液,并在锥形磨浆机内保存70℃的打浆温度,备用;
3)取纯碱0.1份添加到步骤2)的锥形磨浆机内,与浆液混合,然后启动锥形磨浆机搅拌浆液,使得纯碱软化浆液,备用;
4)取AKD 3份和湿强剂2份同时添加到白水池内,启动搅拌机以45r/pm的转速转动搅拌棒,使得AKD和湿强剂搅拌均匀,增强施胶剂的湿润度和拉力,然后在搅拌过程中添加蜡乳液1份增强施胶剂的滑度,制得用于浆内施胶的施胶剂,备用;

实施例2
一种翠绿色包装纸,由漂白针叶28份、漂白阔叶32份、白色进口废纸44份、纯碱0.3份、颜料0.75份、CMCC 5份、工业盐山1.5份、AKD 5份、湿强剂5份、蜡乳液1-3份和滑石粉15份制成。
一种翠绿色包装纸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取5份CMCC与颜料0.75份混合并放置到搅拌机内,通过搅拌机以30r/pm的转速搅拌混合,增加颜料吸附性及透明度,并在搅拌过程中加入工业盐山1.5份,增加颜料的透明度及固色,加10倍于颜料重量的水稀释,并将颜料添加到加工浆液的锥形磨浆机内,备用;
2)取漂白针叶28份、漂白阔叶32份、白色进口废纸44份放入锥形磨浆机内与颜料混合,并启动锥形磨浆机对漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸在80℃下进行粘式打浆2小时,使得漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸与颜料混合均匀,制得浓度为6.0%的浆液,并在锥形磨浆机内保存80℃的打浆温度,备用;
3)取纯碱0.3份添加到步骤2)的锥形磨浆机内,与浆液混合,然后启动锥形磨浆机搅拌浆液,使得纯碱软化浆液,备用;
4)取AKD 5份和湿强剂5份同时添加到白水池内,启动搅拌机以45r/pm的转速转动搅拌棒,使得AKD和湿强剂搅拌均匀,增强施胶剂的湿润度和拉力,然后在搅拌过程中添加蜡乳液3份增强施胶剂的滑度,制得用于浆内施胶的施胶剂,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的施胶剂添加到步骤3)的锥形磨浆机内,再次启动锥形磨浆机,使得施胶剂与软化后的浆液混合并在锥形磨浆机的运动下,施胶剂在浆内施胶均匀,制得打浆度为82°SR,湿重7gm2的浆液,最后添加滑石粉15份进行除尘除粘,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的浆液经多辊真空复合压榨、烘干机烘干脱水、软压光后制成原纸,最后将原纸经超级压光而制得包装纸,即得。
在本实施例中,所述颜料的含量为碱性晶绿0.3份、直接冻黄0.2份、碱性嫩黄0.2份和直接晶兰0.05份。

一种翠绿色包装纸,由漂白针叶30份、漂白阔叶30份、白色进口废纸40份、纯碱0.2份、颜料0.54份、CMCC 4份、工业盐山1.25份、AKD 4份、湿强剂3.5份、蜡乳液2份和滑石粉10份制成。
一种翠绿色包装纸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)取4份CMCC与颜料0.54份混合并放置到搅拌机内,通过搅拌机以30r/pm的转速搅拌混合,增加颜料吸附性及透明度,并在搅拌过程中加入工业盐山1.25份,增加颜料的透明度及固色,加10倍于颜料重量的水稀释,并将颜料添加到加工浆液的锥形磨浆机内,备用;
2)取漂白针叶30份、漂白阔叶30份、白色进口废纸40份放入锥形磨浆机内与颜料混合,并启动锥形磨浆机对漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸在75℃下进行粘式打浆1.5小时,使得漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸与颜料混合均匀,制得浓度为5.25%的浆液,并在锥形磨浆机内保存75℃的打浆温度,备用;
3)取纯碱0.2份添加到步骤2)的锥形磨浆机内,与浆液混合,然后启动锥形磨浆机搅拌浆液,使得纯碱软化浆液,备用;
4)取AKD4份和湿强剂3份同时添加到白水池内,启动搅拌机以45r/pm的转速转动搅拌棒,使得AKD和湿强剂搅拌均匀,增强施胶剂的湿润度和拉力,然后在搅拌过程中添加蜡乳液1-3份增强施胶剂的滑度,制得用于浆内施胶的施胶剂,备用;
5)将步骤4)制得的施胶剂添加到步骤3)的锥形磨浆机内,再次启动锥形磨浆机,使得施胶剂与软化后的浆液混合并在锥形磨浆机的运动下,施胶剂在浆内施胶均匀,制得打浆度为81°SR,湿重6.5gm2的浆液,最后添加滑石粉10份进行除尘除粘,备用;
6)将步骤5)制得的浆液经多辊真空复合压榨、烘干机烘干脱水、软压光后制成原纸,最后将原纸经超级压光而制得包装纸,即得。
在本实施例中,所述颜料的含量为碱性晶绿0.2份、直接冻黄0.15份、碱性嫩黄0.15份和直接晶兰0.04份。

以上表格乃是包装纸的技术要求,根据上表的数据,将本发明的翠绿色包装纸与其他包装纸进行对比,并记录数据。
实验产品:采用普通的包装纸、特制的包装纸与本申请的翠绿色包装纸作对比,并记录具体数值,如下表所示:
结合上表,对比普通的包装纸、特制的包装纸与本申请的翠绿色包装纸,只有本发明的翠绿色包装纸各项技术指标达到优等品的标准,因此,相比普通的包装纸、特制的包装纸,本发明的翠绿色包装纸更能突出挺度好,光滑度高,超压后透明好,无起皱和无泡泡纱的优点。
本发明的有益效果是:本申请通过将漂白针叶、漂白阔叶和白色进口废纸经过打浆制成原浆,再结合纯碱、颜料、CMCC、工业盐山、AKD、湿强剂、蜡乳液和滑石粉制成挺度好,光滑度高的翠绿色包装纸,最后经过超压后提高翠绿色包装纸的透明,制得无起皱和无泡泡纱的翠绿色包装纸。
