目前较为常见的防腐材料主要有涂层防腐材料、电化学防腐材料两大类,在保护金属结构设施方面也发挥了显著效果。而在石油化工、钢铁、电力以及桥梁、滨海构筑物设施等领域广泛应用的钢结构普遍存在较复杂的金属结构,如部件焊接连接部位、钢结构球形或螺栓连接部位、结构并缝钢组件、储罐底座边缘板、阀门、法兰等,由于结构复杂难以达到表面处理要求的级别,特别是对于螺栓连接的金属板件通常需要有一定的摩擦力故连接缝隙部位几乎不能做处理,腐蚀介质进入缝隙内后难以排出,而焊接部位表面由于材质不均一更易存在电化学腐蚀;焊接应力和焊接变形的存在导致表面涂层脱落,使得螺栓或焊接连接部位腐蚀严重,易在该部位发生脆性断裂严重威胁金属结构的寿命和安全;长期处于轻微震动中的设施如桥梁、锅炉钢架及其他运行中的设备如储罐等,防腐涂层通常由于长时间的应力变化而疲劳并逐渐脱附,丧失对设施的保护功能;另外钢结构都普遍存在不同程度的微生物腐蚀,易滋生硫酸盐还原菌、硫氧化菌、腐生菌、铁细菌和真菌等,因微生物细胞新陈代谢的中间产物和/或最终产物的分泌物以及外酵素都能够引起防腐材料失效,常规防腐材料难以对微生物腐蚀起到有效的抑制作用的;处于工业大气、盐碱地带及近海海洋性气候等环境中的钢结构的腐蚀速度进一步加快了;最后,火灾是威胁设施和人员安全的极大隐患,而钢结构连接部位等更需要有相应的阻燃材料进行保护,这样在发生火灾时能够使钢结构的承重能力保持较长时间,为灭火赢得时间,同时减少损失,所以特殊部位所使用的防腐材料具备一定的阻燃功能也具有很重要的现实意义。
发明专利CN 102127770 A公开了一种钢结构连接部位的防腐方法,该方法采用防蚀膏、防蚀带、防腐保护罩、胶衣等,通过一系列步骤实现防腐保护的目的,对钢结构节点如螺栓节点等具有长效的保护作用。但由于防蚀膏及防蚀带为矿物脂类产品,在高温时有不同程度的流失,另外作为保护及密封保护罩在制作时直接和防蚀带中的矿物脂接触,由于树脂固化时温度上升导致矿脂高温流淌,而流淌形成的通道难以在制作保护罩过程中实现完全密封,同时由于现场施工环境复杂,较难保证质量的绝对可控,于是完工后存在不同程度的防腐蚀成分流失情况,这大大影响了防腐保护的有效期;而该体系所采用的外涂层不饱和聚酯树脂胶衣的耐粘污性能及耐候性能均较差,胶衣涂层外表面易沾染上粉灰等大气污染物,而且涂层易黄变脱落,这些严重影响美观;同时该防腐体系并不具备阻燃功能。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系及其施工方法,该阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系能够用于石油化工、钢铁、电力以及滨海构筑物设施等领域钢结构,旨在解决各类腐蚀的防护问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为一种阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系,沿金属结构表面依次向外包括用于防止金属结构表面生锈且具有灭菌功能的防腐蚀膏、阻燃型防腐蚀带、用于防止防腐蚀成分的流失的隔油底涂层、用于阻燃的阻燃型非金属保护罩以及具有耐沾污性能和耐候性的耐粘污面涂层。
进一步,所述防腐蚀膏由以下质量分数的各组分组成:植物油基础油15~40%、粘附剂10~24%、抗氧剂0.8~1.5%、灭菌剂5~8%、分散渗透剂6~10%、氢化蓖麻油衍生物3~8%、气相二氧化硅3~8%、颜料1~4%、金属缓蚀剂6~12%、贝壳粉10~24%。
进一步,所述阻燃型防腐蚀带由以下质量分数的各组分组成:阻燃不织布7~11%、植物油基础油25~35%、硅树脂11~15%、抗氧剂1~2%、灭菌剂4~8%、氢化蓖麻油衍生物3~7%、大豆卵磷脂4~6%、气相二氧化硅3~7%、叶蜡石粉8~12%、水镁石粉6~10%、金属缓蚀剂5~10%;所述阻燃型防腐蚀带的制备方法包括:a、将植物油基础油、硅树脂、抗氧剂、灭菌剂、氢化蓖麻油衍生物、大豆卵磷脂、气相二氧化硅、叶蜡石粉、水镁石粉、金属缓蚀剂依次加入反应釜中,在80℃~120℃下高速搅拌60min~90min后即得浸液,将浸液放料至浸胶槽中;b、将成卷的阻燃不织布开卷后通过浸胶槽中浸液,保持2~4m/min的运行速度,通过浸胶槽后收卷于收卷辊轴上;c、根据需要将收卷后已浸足浸液的阻燃不织布利用激光切割机切割成需要的宽幅后封装并装箱,即得阻燃型防腐蚀带。
进一步,所述隔油底涂层由以下质量分数的各组分组成:柔性环氧树脂40~60%、分散剂0.5~2%、消泡剂0.2~1%、非浮型铝粉4~10%、石墨粉3~5%、云母粉5~10%、聚酰胺蜡1~3%、稀释型环氧树脂5~10%、脂肪族环氧胺加成物20~30%;所述柔性环氧树脂的环氧当量为200~400g/mol。
进一步,所述耐粘污面涂层由以下质量分数的各组分组成:羟基丙烯酸树脂20~40%、有机硅树脂10~15%、分散剂0.3~1%、消泡剂0.4~0.8%、聚脲防沉剂0.1~0.5%、硫酸钡5~10%、金红石型钛白粉15~25%、色浆0.2~5%、脂肪族聚异氰酸酯10~15%、醋酸丁酯5~10%、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3~6%、二甲苯10~15%。
进一步,本发明还提供了所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)钢结构表面处理:对施工区域的金属结构表面进行清理打磨至St2标准以上,无钢刺、附着物及明显鼓泡;
(2)涂抹防腐蚀膏:在经过步骤(1)处理的金属结构表面均匀涂抹防腐蚀膏;
(3)缠绕阻燃型防腐蚀带:在防蚀膏外覆盖缠绕1~3层阻燃型防腐蚀带;
(4)隔油底涂层的涂布:在阻燃型防腐蚀带的表面及外延区域涂布隔油底涂两道;
(5)在防蚀带表面包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩:首先在施工作业面向外延展形成外延区域,然后在固化后的隔油底涂涂层表面及外延区域包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩;
(6)涂刷耐粘污面涂层:待阻燃型非金属保护罩完全固化后,在阻燃型非金属保护罩的表面涂布耐粘污面涂两道。
进一步,所述阻燃型非金属保护罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)配制阻燃型树脂胶液:将树脂、固化剂、促进剂、色糊按照100:2~2.5:2~3:1~1.5的重量比充分混合后备用;
2)无纺布铺设和第一层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:将裁剪好的无纺布包覆在隔油底涂层表面,并涂刷步骤1)中配置好的配制阻燃型树脂胶液,并涂刷至已进行过表面处理的外延区域;
3)增强纤维毡的铺设和第二层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:铺设增强纤维毡后继续涂刷阻燃型树脂胶液,待阻燃型树脂胶液固化后,即获得阻燃型非金属保护罩。
优选的,步骤1)中,所述树脂为环氧树脂,获得的阻燃型非金属保护罩为阻燃型乙烯基脂树脂玻璃钢保护罩。
优选的,步骤1)中,所述树脂为不饱和聚酯树脂,获得的阻燃型非金属保护罩为不饱和聚酯树脂玻璃钢保护罩。
进一步,本发明的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系能够应用于钢结构球形接头、钢结构异形连接部位、钢结构螺栓节点、油气管道、阀门、法兰、储罐边缘板或浪溅区域的钢管桩、采油平台导管架。
与现有技术相比,本发明方法具有如下优点:
(1)本发明的施工方法具有极好的施工宽容性及适应性,表面处理要求低,可带水作业,同时具有极佳的追随性,可适应较复杂的异形金属结构表面防腐。
(2)本发明的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系,其防腐蚀效果好且长效持久。首先,本发明采用具有极佳灭菌功能的防腐蚀膏及防腐蚀带,灭菌抑菌功能广谱持久,可有效杀灭硫酸盐还原菌、硫氧化菌、腐生菌、铁细菌和真菌等微生物等,从而消除或防止微生物腐蚀;其次,本发明的防腐蚀膏及防腐蚀带均具有极强防锈及锈转化能力,且渗透性强,能够对已经产生腐蚀的表面的锈层通过络合反应形成稳定的络合物,并且可以彻底阻止锈蚀的重现;再次,防腐蚀有效成分的流失严重影响防腐功能的长效性,这也是本发明重点解决的课题,而本发明中隔油底涂的使用增强了保护罩的对防腐蚀有效成分如缓蚀剂等的密封,避免了防腐蚀成分的流失,可保障防腐蚀效果的长期持续发挥,这些也达到了本发明的目的。
(3)本发明采用了阻燃型防腐蚀带及阻燃型非金属保护罩,具有的阻燃功能,在一定程度上能够有效应对突发性火灾,降低火灾对设备设施的破坏程度,保障人员的安全及减少火灾造成的损失,具有积极意义。
(4)本发明在对非金属保护罩表面采用耐粘污面涂层作为保护层,具有极好的耐沾污性能和耐候性,在提供防腐蚀效果的同时也具有美观大方的视觉效果。
(5)本发明的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系应用范围广,可应用于钢结构球形接头、钢结构异形连接部位、钢结构螺栓节点、油气管道、阀门、法兰、储罐边缘板以及浪溅区域的钢管桩、采油平台导管架等领域。
综合上述,本发明采用复层包覆防腐体系材料,能够通过产品中所含的缓蚀剂及转绣剂对被保护金属结构表层的锈层进行转化,并最终在金属结构表面形成钝化层从而达到保护金属结构的目的。本发明的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系具有极好的施工宽容性及适应性,长效持久的防腐蚀效果,并具有的阻燃功能,外观美观大方,极好的耐沾污性能和耐候性,其应用领域广泛,特别是钢结构连接部位、局部腐蚀严重部位、海洋中处于浪溅区的设施等,防腐蚀效果可达20年以上,且在防腐有效期内免维护,具有显著的经济效益及广阔推广前景。

具体实施方式
本发明的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系采用“防腐蚀膏+阻燃型防腐蚀带+隔油底涂层+阻燃型非金属保护罩+耐沾污面涂层”的五层防护体系,由于其极佳的追随性可与基材结合紧密,防腐蚀膏和防腐蚀带形成的保护膜可络合基材表面氧化物同时防止二次腐蚀的发生,同时隔绝腐蚀性介质对基材的侵蚀,外部隔油底涂层与非金属保护罩对防腐蚀成分形成密封保护,确保防腐成分不流失,阻燃型非金属保护罩的耐沾污面涂层,耐污性能突出且耐候性能优异,对保护罩提供长久的外保护功能。
一种阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系,沿钢结构(也可为其他金属结构)表面依次向外通过防腐蚀膏、阻燃型防腐蚀带、隔油底涂层、阻燃型非金属保护罩、耐粘污面涂层组成的一种阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系实施方案,这种复层包覆防腐体系材料能够通过产品中所含的缓蚀剂及转绣剂对被保护金属结构表层的锈层进行转化并最终在金属结构表面形成钝化层从而达到保护金属结构的目的。
所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)钢结构表面处理:对施工区域的金属结构表面进行清理打磨至St2标准以上,无钢刺、附着物及明显鼓泡等。
(2)涂抹防腐蚀膏:在经过步骤(1)处理的金属结构表面均匀涂抹防腐蚀膏,所述防腐蚀膏的用料量为0.2~1L/m2
(3)缠绕阻燃型防腐蚀带:在防蚀膏外覆盖缠绕1~3层阻燃型防腐蚀带,所述阻燃型防腐蚀带的用料量为1.5~3.5m2/m2
(4)隔油底涂层的涂布:在阻燃型防腐蚀带的表面及外延区域涂布隔油底涂两道,所述隔油底涂用料量为0.5~0.8L/m2
(5)在防蚀带表面包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩:首先在施工作业面向外延展形成外延区域,然后在固化后的隔油底涂涂层表面及外延区域包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩。
(6)涂刷耐粘污面涂层:待阻燃型非金属保护罩完全固化后,在阻燃型非金属保护罩的表面涂布耐粘污面涂两道,所述耐粘污面涂的用料量为0.4~1L/m2
通过以上步骤,获得上述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系。

所述阻燃型非金属保护罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)配制阻燃型树脂胶液:将树脂、固化剂、促进剂、色糊按照100:2~2.5:2~3:1~1.5的重量比充分混合后备用。
2)无纺布铺设和第一层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:将裁剪好的无纺布包覆在隔油底涂层表面,并涂刷步骤1)中配置好的配制阻燃型树脂胶液,并涂刷至已进行过表面处理的外延区域,所述的阻燃型树脂胶液的用料量为1~3kg/m2
3)增强纤维毡的铺设和第二层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:铺设增强纤维毡后继续涂刷阻燃型树脂胶液,所述的阻燃型树脂胶液的用料量为1~3kg/m2,待阻燃型树脂胶液固化后,即获得阻燃型非金属保护罩。
根据步骤1)中主体树脂的选择不同,获得的阻燃型非金属保护罩类型不同。其中,所述树脂为环氧树脂,获得的阻燃型非金属保护罩为阻燃型乙烯基脂树脂玻璃钢保护罩;所述树脂为不饱和聚酯树脂,获得的阻燃型非金属保护罩为不饱和聚酯树脂玻璃钢保护罩;所述阻燃型非金属保护罩也可为阻燃型聚脲涂层。
所述耐粘污面涂层由以下质量分数的各组分组成:羟基丙烯酸树脂20~40%、有机硅树脂10~15%、分散剂0.3~1%、消泡剂0.4~0.8%、聚脲防沉剂0.1~0.5%、硫酸钡5~10%、金红石型钛白粉15~25%、色浆0.2~5%、脂肪族聚异氰酸酯10~15%、醋酸丁酯5~10%、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3~6%、二甲苯10~15%。
本发明的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系能够应用于钢结构球形接头、钢结构异形连接部位、钢结构螺栓节点、油气管道、阀门、法兰、储罐边缘板或浪溅区域的钢管桩、采油平台导管架,并不限制其他领域的应用。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的方法进行详细描述。
实施例1
一种阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)施工位置区域确定:根据“H”型螺栓节点防腐施工部位尺寸和形状,螺栓连接以及沿其各方向延伸5~20cm为施工区域即防护罩覆盖区域,拐角处要将施工区域延伸到另外一个立面。
(2)钢结构表面处理:先将需保护的金属结构表面进行清理打磨,表面处理级别不低于St 2.0,无钢刺、附着物及明显鼓泡等。
(3)涂抹防腐蚀膏:在经过步骤(2)处理的金属结构表面均匀涂抹一道防腐蚀膏,所述防腐蚀膏的用料量为0.2L/m2
(4)缠绕阻燃型防腐蚀带:在防蚀膏外覆盖缠绕1层阻燃型防腐蚀带,衔接处重合不得低于30mm,注意防腐蚀带在基材表面压实,用压辊将气泡从边缘轻轻赶出,尽可能是防腐蚀带表面保持平整,所述阻燃型防腐蚀带的用料量为1.5m2/m2
(5)隔油底涂层的涂布:在阻燃型防腐蚀带的表面及外延区域涂布隔油底涂两道,涂刷间隔不低于4h,所述隔油底涂用料量为0.7L/m2
(6)在防蚀带表面包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩:首先在施工作业面向外延展形成外延区域,然后在固化后的隔油底涂涂层表面及外延区域包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩。
(7)涂刷耐粘污面涂层:待阻燃型非金属保护罩完全固化后,在阻燃型非金属保护罩的表面涂布耐粘污面涂两道,所述耐粘污面涂的用料量为1L/m2
通过以上步骤,获得上述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系。
所述阻燃型非金属保护罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)配制阻燃型树脂胶液:将树脂(阻燃型不饱和聚酯树脂4803A)、固化剂M50、促进剂421-3、色糊按照100:2:2:1.5的重量比充分混合后备用。
2)无纺布铺设和第一层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:选取200g/m2缝编无纺布,将裁剪好的无纺布包覆在隔油底涂层表面,并涂刷步骤1)中配置好的配制阻燃型树脂胶液,并涂刷至已进行过表面处理的外延区域。
3)增强纤维毡的铺设和第二层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:选取225g/m2增强纤维毡,铺设增强纤维毡后继续涂刷阻燃型树脂胶液,待阻燃型树脂胶液固化后,即获得阻燃型非金属保护罩。
实施例2
一种阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)施工位置区域确定:根据“H”型螺栓节点防腐施工部位尺寸和形状,螺栓连接以及沿其各方向延伸5~20cm为施工区域即防护罩覆盖区域,拐角处要将施工区域延伸到另外一个立面。
(2)钢结构表面处理:先将需保护的金属结构表面进行清理打磨,表面处理级别不低于St 2.0,无钢刺、附着物及明显鼓泡等。
(3)涂抹防腐蚀膏:在经过步骤(2)处理的金属结构表面均匀涂抹一道防腐蚀膏,所述防腐蚀膏的用料量为1L/m2
(4)缠绕阻燃型防腐蚀带:在防蚀膏外覆盖缠绕1层阻燃型防腐蚀带,衔接处重合不得低于20mm,注意防腐蚀带在基材表面压实,用压辊将气泡从边缘轻轻赶出,尽可能是防腐蚀带表面保持平整,所述阻燃型防腐蚀带的用料量为3.5m2/m2
(5)隔油底涂层的涂布:在阻燃型防腐蚀带的表面及外延区域涂布隔油底涂两道,涂刷间隔不低于4h,所述隔油底涂用料量为0.5L/m2
(6)在防蚀带表面包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩:首先在施工作业面向外延展形成外延区域,然后在固化后的隔油底涂涂层表面及外延区域包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩。
(7)涂刷耐粘污面涂层:待阻燃型非金属保护罩完全固化后,在阻燃型非金属保护罩的表面涂布耐粘污面涂两道,所述耐粘污面涂的用料量为0.5L/m2
通过以上步骤,获得上述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系。
所述阻燃型非金属保护罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)配制阻燃型树脂胶液:将树脂(阻燃型乙烯基脂树脂Atlac 750)、固化剂V388、促进剂421-2、色糊按照100:2.5:3:1的重量比充分混合后备用。
2)无纺布铺设和第一层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:选取200g/m2缝编无纺布,将裁剪好的无纺布包覆在隔油底涂层表面,并涂刷步骤1)中配置好的配制阻燃型树脂胶液,并涂刷至已进行过表面处理的外延区域。
3)增强纤维毡的铺设和第二层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:选取225g/m2增强纤维毡,铺设增强纤维毡后继续涂刷阻燃型树脂胶液,待阻燃型树脂胶液固化后,即获得阻燃型非金属保护罩。
实施例3
对实施例1和实施例2获得的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系进行相关技术指标的检测,测试结果见表1。

由表1可知,本发明制备的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系具有极佳的耐腐蚀性和阻燃功能。
选择市售的某种防腐配套体系作为对照组,将本发明制备的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系作为实验组,将两者于2011年4月份同时应用于南海海滨某电厂锅炉钢架螺栓节点防腐工程中,实施后5年后的结果见图1和图2(两张附图均为2016年4月份拍摄图片),如图1所示,对照组在螺栓节点部位出现泄漏情况及表面严重粘污现象,如图2所示,而采用本发明制备的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系进行施工的部位螺栓节点则仍保持完好。

1.一种阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系,其特征在于,沿金属结构表面依次向外包括:防腐蚀膏、阻燃型防腐蚀带、隔油底涂层、阻燃型非金属保护罩和耐粘污面涂层;
其中,所述阻燃型防腐蚀带由以下质量分数的各组分组成:阻燃不织布7~11%、植物油基础油25~35%、硅树脂11~15%、抗氧剂1~2%、灭菌剂4~8%、氢化蓖麻油衍生物3~7%、大豆卵磷脂4~6%、气相二氧化硅3~7%、叶蜡石粉8~12%、水镁石粉6~10%、金属缓蚀剂5~10%;
所述阻燃型防腐蚀带的制备方法包括:
a、将植物油基础油、硅树脂、抗氧剂、灭菌剂、氢化蓖麻油衍生物、大豆卵磷脂、气相二氧化硅、叶蜡石粉、水镁石粉、金属缓蚀剂依次加入反应釜中,在80℃~120℃下高速搅拌60min~90min后即得浸液,将浸液放料至浸胶槽中;
b、将成卷的阻燃不织布开卷后通过浸胶槽中浸液,保持2~4m/min的运行速度,通过浸胶槽后收卷于收卷辊轴上;
c、根据需要将收卷后已浸足浸液的阻燃不织布利用激光切割机切割成需要的宽幅后封装并装箱,即得阻燃型防腐蚀带;
所述隔油底涂层由以下质量分数的各组分组成:柔性环氧树脂40~60%、分散剂0.5~2%、消泡剂0.2~1%、非浮型铝粉4~10%、石墨粉3~5%、云母粉5~10%、聚酰胺蜡1~3%、稀释型环氧树脂5~10%、脂肪族环氧胺加成物20~30%;所述柔性环氧树脂的环氧当量为200~400g/mol;
所述耐粘污面涂层由以下质量分数的各组分组成:羟基丙烯酸树脂20~40%、有机硅树脂10~15%、分散剂0.3~1%、消泡剂0.4~0.8%、聚脲防沉剂0.1~0.5%、硫酸钡5~10%、金红石型钛白粉15~25%、色浆0.2~5%、脂肪族聚异氰酸酯10~15%、醋酸丁酯5~10%、二丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯3~6%、二甲苯10~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系,其特征在于,所述防腐蚀膏由以下质量分数的各组分组成:植物油基础油15~40%、粘附剂10~24%、抗氧剂0.8~1.5%、灭菌剂5~8%、分散渗透剂6~10%、氢化蓖麻油衍生物3~8%、气相二氧化硅3~8%、颜料1~4%、金属缓蚀剂6~12%、贝壳粉10~24%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)钢结构表面处理:对施工区域的金属结构表面进行清理打磨至St2标准以上,无钢刺、附着物及明显鼓泡;
(2)涂抹防腐蚀膏:在经过步骤(1)处理的金属结构表面均匀涂抹防腐蚀膏;
(3)缠绕阻燃型防腐蚀带:在防蚀膏外覆盖缠绕1~3层阻燃型防腐蚀带;
(4)隔油底涂层的涂布:在阻燃型防腐蚀带的表面及外延区域涂布隔油底涂两道,;
(5)在防蚀带表面包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩:首先在施工作业面向外延展形成外延区域,然后在固化后的隔油底涂涂层表面及外延区域包覆阻燃型非金属保护罩;
(6)涂刷耐粘污面涂层:待阻燃型非金属保护罩完全固化后,在阻燃型非金属保护罩的表面涂布耐粘污面涂两道。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,其特征在于:
所述阻燃型非金属保护罩的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)配制阻燃型树脂胶液:将树脂、固化剂、促进剂、色糊按照100:2~2.5:2~3:1~1.5的重量比充分混合后备用;
2)无纺布铺设和第一层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:将裁剪好的无纺布包覆在隔油底涂层表面,并涂刷步骤1)中配置好的配制阻燃型树脂胶液,并涂刷至已进行过表面处理的外延区域;
3)增强纤维毡的铺设和第二层阻燃型树脂胶液的涂刷:铺设增强纤维毡后继续涂刷阻燃型树脂胶液,待阻燃型树脂胶液固化后,即获得阻燃型非金属保护罩。
5.根据权利要求4所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,所述树脂为环氧树脂,获得的阻燃型非金属保护罩为阻燃型乙烯基脂树脂玻璃钢保护罩。
6.根据权利要求4所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系的施工方法,其特征在于:步骤1)中,所述树脂为不饱和聚酯树脂,获得的阻燃型非金属保护罩为不饱和聚酯树脂玻璃钢保护罩。
7.根据权利要求1所述的阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系,其特征在于:所述阻燃型复层包覆防腐体系能够应用于钢结构球形接头、钢结构异形连接部位、钢结构螺栓节点、油气管道、阀门、法兰、储罐边缘板或浪溅区域的钢管桩、采油平台导管架。
