The second baffle 7 is provided with a stop component, the stop component comprises a stop rod 17 and a screw shaft 18, the second baffle 7 is provided with a threaded hole matched with the screw shaft 18, the inner end of the screw shaft 18 is fixedly connected with the stop rod 17, and the outer end of the screw shaft 18 is fixedly connected with a rotating handle 19. When one wire bundle is bundled, the rotary handle 19 is manually rotated to enable the screw shaft 18 to move forwards, the screw shaft 18 pushes the stop rod 17 to press the wire bundle, the wire bundle is fixed, the motor 1 is started to rotate reversely, the bundling shaft 5 rotates reversely to enable the wire bundle to be separated from the wire hanging groove 16, and the wire bundle is convenient to take off.
The power input shaft of the speed reducer 3 is fixedly connected with the belt pulley 2, and the motor 1 is connected with the belt pulley 2 through a belt.
The using method of the junked tire steel wire bundling machine comprises the following steps:
s1: installing the bundling shaft 5, inserting a cylindrical table 13 at the thin end of the bundling shaft 5 into a deep hole 15 of a quick-connection coupler 14, manually pressing down a locking plate 9 to clamp an arc-shaped notch 11 in an annular groove 10, completing transverse locking of the bundling shaft 5, then hanging steel wires to be bundled in a wire hanging groove 16, and locking a cover plate 6;
s2: the power supply is started, the motor 1 drives the bundling shaft 5 to rotate forwards through the speed reducer 3, and the steel wire is continuously coiled on the bundling shaft 5 to finally form a cylindrical steel wire bundle;
s3: manually rotating the rotating handle 19 to enable the screw shaft 18 to move forwards, pushing the stop rod 17 by the screw shaft 18 to press the steel wire bundle, fixing the steel wire bundle, starting the motor 1 to rotate reversely, and enabling the steel wire bundle to be separated from the wire hanging groove 16;
s4: closing the power supply, lifting the locking plate 9, pulling out the bundling shaft 5 to separate the wire bundle from the bundling shaft 5, lifting the cover plate 6, pushing out the wire bundle, and completing one round of bundling work.
Preferably, one end of the quick-connection coupler 14 is connected with the bundling shaft 5 through the matching of the deep hole 15 and the cylindrical table 13, and the other end of the quick-connection coupler is connected with the output shaft of the speed reducer 3 through key slot matching.
