Abstract

本发明公开了一种中药组合物，该组合物由黄芪，芡实，水蛭，山楂，柴胡，玉米须，黄葵，石韦组成；按质量份计，其中黄芪30～100份，芡实5～40份，水蛭3～30份，山楂5～40份，柴胡5～30份，玉米须10～50份，黄葵5～40份，石韦5～40份。该中药组合物对乙肝相关肾炎有比较显著的疗效，并且副作用小，延缓缩主清除乙型肝炎病毒的能力，可以作为乙肝相关肾炎的治疗药剂进行应用。

Description

一种治疗乙肝相关性肾炎的中药组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及生物医药领域，特别涉及一种治疗乙肝相关性肾炎的中药组合物。
背景技术
乙型肝炎相关性肾小球肾炎是指由乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)直接或间接诱发的肾小球肾炎。本病曾称为乙型肝炎肾炎、乙型肝炎免疫复合物肾炎、乙型肝炎病毒抗原相关性肾炎等。我国是HBV感染的高发区，人群HBV携带率高达15％，而乙肝相关性肾炎的发生率占HBsAg阳性者的23～65％。
乙型肝炎病毒与肾炎在发病机理上的联系尚未完全清楚，可能与乙型肝炎病毒抗原体复合物沉积于肾小球引起免疫损伤、病毒直接感染肾脏细胞、乙型肝炎病毒感染导致自身免疫致病有关。由于儿童和青少年抗HBe反应不完善，可能是乙肝肾炎青睐他们的主要原因。
临床上乙肝肾炎患者在发病前或发病时，肯定有乙肝病毒感染或乙型肝炎病史。乙肝表面抗原、乙肝e抗原或乙肝核心抗体持续阳性或乙肝脱氧核糖核酸曾多次阳性，伴或不伴转氨酶升高，有血尿、水肿、高血压等肾炎表现或表现为肾病综合征。症状不典型，常伴肝脏肿大，病情多变，起病时以肾炎表现为主，一段时间后又转为以肾病表现为主，无一定规律可循。血清补体正常或降低，循环免疫复合物阳性，有的在肾小管内皮细胞中找见乙肝病毒，肾穿刺活检或免疫电镜可协助确诊。多数乙肝肾炎病例病程迁延，药物疗效不佳，对糖皮质激素及细胞毒免疫抑制剂大都耐药，以致发展为慢性肾功能不全；而免疫抑制剂虽然对多种类型肾小球肾炎有益，但可能延缓缩主清除乙型肝炎病毒的能力，多数人不主张激素治疗。因此，发明一种可以有效治疗乙型肝炎肾炎的药物具有十分重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于公开一种治疗乙肝相关性肾炎的中药组合物。
本发明所采取的技术方案是：一种中药组合物，该组合物由黄芪，芡实，水蛭，山楂，柴胡，玉米须，黄葵，石韦组成。
优选的，按质量份计，组合物由黄芪30～100份，芡实5～40份，水蛭3～30份，山楂5～40份，柴胡5～30份，玉米须10～50份，黄葵5～40份，石韦5～40份组成。
优选的，按质量份计，组合物由黄芪50份，芡实20份，水蛭10份，山楂25份，柴胡10份，玉米须30份，黄葵20份，石韦15份组成。
中药组合物在制备治疗乙肝相关性肾炎药物中的应用。
中药组合物在辅助治疗乙肝相关性肾炎中的应用。
本发明的有益效果是：对乙肝相关肾炎有比较显著的疗效，并且副作用小，延缓缩主清除乙型肝炎病毒的能力，可以作为乙肝相关肾炎的治疗药剂进行应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按照下列配方配置中药组合物：黄芪50克，芡实20克，水蛭10克，山楂25克，柴胡10克，玉米须30克，黄葵20克，石韦15克。
实施例2
按照下列配方配置中药组合物：黄芪100克，芡实40克，水蛭3克，山楂40克，柴胡30克，玉米须10克，黄葵5克，石韦40克。
实施例3
按照下列配方配置中药组合物：黄芪30克，芡实5克，水蛭30克，山楂5克，柴胡5克，玉米须50克，黄葵40克，石韦5克。
实施例4
按照下列配方配置中药组合物：黄芪25克，芡实15克，水蛭15克，山楂20克，柴胡15克，玉米须25克，黄葵30克，石韦25克。
实验例
1.实验方法
将62例病例进行随机分组。治疗组32例，其中HBsAg(+)者21例，HBeAg(+)者11例；单纯性血尿者3例，单纯性蛋白尿者9例，肾小球肾炎5例，肾病综合征15例；肝功能异常20例，肾功能异常12例，伴高血压6例，伴腹水4例，伴胸腹水1例。对照组30例，其中HBsAg(+)者18例，HBeAg(+)者12例；单纯性血尿者2例，单纯性蛋白尿者10例，肾小球肾炎4例，肾病综合征14例；肝功能异常17例，肾功能异常8例，伴高血压7例，伴腹水3例，伴胸腹水2例。两组患者在性别、年龄、病情等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。所有患者均与乙肝相关性肾炎所诊断的标准相符并且在研究以前没有接受过相关治疗。诊断标准：1、血清乙型肝炎病毒抗原阳性；患肾小球肾炎并可排除其他继发性肾小球肾炎；肾组织切片中检测乙型肝炎病毒抗原及HBV－DNA阳性；排除其它类型病毒感染。
治疗方法：对照组予阿德福韦酯片(福建广生堂药业有限公司生产)10mg口服，每日1次。治疗组：在对照组治疗基础上加用实施例一处方。每日1剂，水煎，早晚2次温服。两组均以1个月为1个疗程，1个疗程结束后，观察疗效。
疗效评定标准：临床治愈:临床症状、体征消失，肝肾功能正常，24h尿蛋白、尿红细胞正常，HBsAg转阴，HBV－DNA滴度转阴(500单位以下)；显效：治疗后症状、体征消失，肝肾功能正常，24h尿蛋白、尿红细胞较治疗前减少＞50％，血HBsAg阳性，HBV－DNA滴度较治疗前下降＞50％；有效：临床症状、体征基本消失，肝肾功能基本正常，24h尿蛋白、尿红细胞较治疗前减少＜50％，HBsAg阳性，HBV－DNA滴度较治疗前下降＜50％；无效：治疗后症状、体征无改善，HBsAg阳性，肝肾功能，24h尿蛋白、尿红细胞，HBV－DNA滴度无改善。

上述数据表明，本技术发明的中药配方，对乙肝相关肾炎有比较显著的疗效，可以作为乙肝相关肾炎的治疗药剂进行应用。

1.一种中药组合物，其特征在于，所述组合物由黄芪，芡实，水蛭，山楂，柴胡，玉米须，黄葵，石韦组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，按质量份计，组合物由黄芪30～100份，芡实5～40份，水蛭3～30份，山楂5～40份，柴胡5～30份，玉米须10～50份，黄葵5～40份，石韦5～40份组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于，按质量份计，组合物由黄芪50份，芡实20份，水蛭10份，山楂25份，柴胡10份，玉米须30份，黄葵20份，石韦15份组成。
4.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述的中药组合物在制备治疗乙肝相关性肾炎药物中的应用。
5.根据权利要求1～3任一项所述的中药组合物在辅助治疗乙肝相关性肾炎中的应用。
