本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种内置通风管道的计算机电缆,包括电缆芯,述的电缆芯为铝合金导体,所述的铝合金导体的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层的外部挤包有金属铠装屏蔽层,所述的金属铠装屏蔽层的外部设置有数个铝片,所述的铝片的端部设置有通风树脂管道,所述的铝片的外部挤包有发泡聚乙烯隔离层,所述的发泡聚乙烯隔离层的外部挤包有甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶弹性层,所述的甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶弹性层的外部挤包有氟塑料护套,利用铝片与通风树脂管道的结合使得电缆内部的热量得到快速挥发;采用陶瓷粉末作为填充层,耐高温性能好;利用丁腈橡胶块作为铝片之间的隔离可减少对铝片的磨损。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种内置通风管道的计算机电缆。
背景技术
计算机电缆属于电气装备用电缆,本电缆适用于额定电压500V及以下对于防干扰性要求较高的电子计算机和自动化仪器仪表。根据不同环境和设备的使用要求,电缆绝缘可采用聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、交联聚乙烯、氟塑料、硅橡胶等材料。计算机电缆由于使用频率高,极易发生内部过热现象,内部的高热不但影响计算机电缆的传输速度,同时容易对内部造成损坏,因此计算机内部的热量处理非常重要。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种内置通风管道的计算机电缆。
一种内置通风管道的计算机电缆,包括电缆芯,述的电缆芯为铝合金导体,所述的铝合金导体的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层的外部挤包有金属铠装屏蔽层,所述的金属铠装屏蔽层的外部设置有数个用于散热的铝片,所述的铝片的端部设置有用于通风的通风树脂管道,所述的铝片的外部挤包有用于隔热的发泡聚乙烯隔离层,所述的发泡聚乙烯隔离层的外部挤包有甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶弹性层,所述的甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶弹性层的外部挤包有氟塑料护套。
所述的相邻的两个铝片之间设置有用于间隔防止铝片发生碰撞并产生错位的丁腈橡胶块,所述的丁腈橡胶块的横截面为具有稳定性的三角状。
所述的铝合金导体与交联聚乙烯绝缘层之间、交联聚乙烯绝缘层与金属铠装屏蔽层之间、金属铠装屏蔽层与铝片之间均设置有耐高温的陶瓷粉末填充层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用铝片与通风树脂管道的结合使得电缆内部的热量得到快速挥发;采用陶瓷粉末作为填充层替代传统的纤维绳,填充效果好,具有高强度的耐高温性能;利用丁腈橡胶块作为铝片之间的隔离,弹性高,减少对铝片的磨损。

如图1所示,一种内置通风管道的计算机电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯为铝合金导体2,所述的铝合金导体2的外部挤包有交联聚乙烯绝缘层3,所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘层3的外部挤包有金属铠装屏蔽层4,所述的金属铠装屏蔽层4的外部设置有数个用于散热的铝片1,所述的铝片1的端部设置有用于通风的通风树脂管道9,所述的铝片1的外部挤包有用于隔热的发泡聚乙烯隔离层6,所述的发泡聚乙烯隔离层6的外部挤包有甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶弹性层7,所述的甲基苯基乙烯基硅橡胶弹性层7的外部挤包有氟塑料护套8。
所述的通风树脂管道9为中空的管道状。
所述的相邻的两个铝片1之间设置有用于间隔防止铝片1发生碰撞并产生错位的丁腈橡胶块5,所述的丁腈橡胶块5的横截面为具有稳定性的三角状。
所述的铝合金导体2与交联聚乙烯绝缘层3之间、交联聚乙烯绝缘层3与金属铠装屏蔽层4之间、金属铠装屏蔽层4与铝片1之间均设置有耐高温的陶瓷粉末填充层10。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内置通风管道的计算机电缆,其特征在于:所述的相邻的两个铝片(1)之间设置有用于间隔防止铝片(1)发生碰撞并产生错位的丁腈橡胶块(5),所述的丁腈橡胶块(5)的横截面为具有稳定性的三角状。
