本发明公开了一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯是由三根绝缘线芯和一根光纤单元绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水缆膏,缆芯外挤包铝塑复合带分屏,塑复合带分屏外编织钢丝总屏蔽层,钢丝总屏蔽层外设有齿形阻水外护套;所述的齿形阻水外护套的齿形处内设有防火泥;所述的外护套内还设有温度监测线芯。所述的外护套内还设有温度监测线芯,能够监控电缆使用时的温度变化,通过监控缆线连接外部监控设备进行报警。

技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体是指一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆。
背景技术
目前,国内的高层建筑、石油、矿山、冶金、船舶、电站、地铁、隧道等防火安全条件要求高,现有的防火电缆只能在出现危险状况时利用电缆自身的材料特性进行普通的防火,然而在出现险情待发现时,一般是火势已经蔓延,这可能会导致救援不及时而造成伤害;另外,阻水性也一般,一旦进水,导致电缆容易烧坏。
因此,研制出一种能进行监控报警的柔软耐火传输信号电缆便成为业内人士亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,能够监控电缆使用时的温度变化,通过监控缆线连接外部监控设备进行报警,并且具有阻水,防火性能。
本发明所述的一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯是由三根绝缘线芯和一根光纤单元绞合而成;其特征在于,在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水缆膏,缆芯外挤包铝塑复合带分屏,塑复合带分屏外编织钢丝总屏蔽层,钢丝总屏蔽层外设有齿形阻水外护套;所述的齿形阻水外护套的齿形处内设有防火泥;所述的外护套内还设有温度监测线芯
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体、绕包在铜导体外的半导电布带以及挤包在半导电布带外的聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的监视线芯由光纤、绕包在光纤外的金属屏蔽层以及挤包在金属屏蔽层外的第一玻璃丝带构成。
进一步改进,所述的光纤单元由光纤、绕包在光纤外的金属屏蔽层以及挤包在金属屏蔽层外的涂有光纤油膏的束管构成。
进一步改进,所述的测温线芯由测温导体以及挤包在测温导体外的热敏绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的铜导体内设有钢丝加强芯。
本发明的有益效果在于:
与现有技术相比,本发明缆芯由绝缘线芯和光纤监视线芯绞合而成,再在缆芯外挤包铝塑复合带分屏和钢丝总屏,可大大提高电缆的屏蔽效果,并且铝塑复合膜还具有柔韧性好、防潮、隔氧、遮光、抗静电等优点,避免干扰信号进入内层导体干拢同时降低传输信号的损耗;使用这类结构具有很强的耐火性,外径小,重量轻,体积小,歪曲半径小,在生产大规格的电缆时,不需要使用大型设备,同时未降低安全级别,同时也大大缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本,减少了原材料的使用和减少了能源的使用。
本发明的填充采用阻水缆膏,很好的保护了缆芯不易进水,光纤外也采用了涂有光纤油膏的束管,保护了光纤;本发明具有很强的自承载性能,电缆的导体中心层有一根中心加强芯,导体的受力点集中在中心加强芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了导体退火铜丝,并且不易折断。
本发明还设有温度监测线缆,能够监控电缆使用时的温度变化,通过监控缆线连接外部监控设备进行报警,大大减少了危害度。
本发明外护套的齿形内挤塑防火泥,这样的设计既起到防火、隔火效果,防火层又不占地方,减轻电缆重量,减小电缆的外径,外护套还具有阻水性能。

如图1所示,本发明所述的一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯是由三根绝缘线芯和一根光纤单元绞合而成;所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体1、绕包在铜导体外的半导电布带2以及挤包在半导电布带外的聚乙烯绝缘层3构成;所述的光纤单元由光纤4、绕包在光纤外的金属屏蔽层5以及挤包在金属屏蔽层外的涂有光纤油膏的束管6构成;在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水缆膏13,缆芯外挤包铝塑复合带分屏9,塑复合带分屏外编织钢丝总屏蔽层10,钢丝总屏蔽层外设有齿形阻水外护套11;所述的齿形阻水外护套的齿形处内设有防火泥14;所述的外护套内还设有温度监测线芯,所述的测温线芯由测温导体7以及挤包在测温导体外的热敏绝缘层8构成,能够监控电缆使用时的温度变化,通过监控缆线连接外部监控设备进行报警。
所述的铜导体内设有钢丝加强芯,导体的受力点集中在中心加强芯上,电缆在收放卷绕过程中,保护了导体退火铜丝,并且不易折断。

1.一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯是由三根绝缘线芯和一根光纤单元绞合而成;其特征在于,在缆芯的空隙处填充阻水缆膏,缆芯外挤包铝塑复合带分屏,塑复合带分屏外编织钢丝总屏蔽层,钢丝总屏蔽层外设有齿形阻水外护套;所述的齿形阻水外护套的齿形处内设有防火泥;所述的外护套内还设有温度监测线芯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的绝缘线芯由铜导体、绕包在铜导体外的半导电布带以及挤包在半导电布带外的聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的光纤单元由光纤、绕包在光纤外的金属屏蔽层以及挤包在金属屏蔽层外的涂有光纤油膏的束管构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的测温线芯由测温导体以及挤包在测温导体外的热敏绝缘层构成。
5.根据权利要求2所述的测温柔软防火阻水信号电力电缆,其特征在于,所述的铜导体内设有钢丝加强芯。
