Description

一种交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆
技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆领域,尤其是指一种交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆。
背景技术
交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆显著改善了聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆的性能。交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆 的长期允许工作温度可达 90℃。在 130℃温度下以保持弹性状态。交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆比 重量轻,直径小,安装敷设方便,附件接头简单,而得到广泛使用。但是交联聚乙烯绝缘电力 电缆在使用时容易被侵蚀或受到机械损伤,被老鼠撕咬或被虫蚁蛀蚀,从而影响其电力传输;而且大部分电线在燃烧时会产生大量的剧毒浓烟,造成重大的生命和财产损失,并给救援工作带来很大的困难,特别是在空间相对封闭的环境,如室内、隧道等环境中使用时,会 给环境安全带来隐患。因此需要对其结构进行改进,以增加其抗拉强度、抗压强度,延长使用寿命,燃烧时低烟无卤,进一步扩大其使用范围。
还有,现有的电缆在敷设中,容易被挤压和压迫的情况下,容易断芯,使得电缆的电气性能大大降低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种具有阻燃性好、耐高温、散热性好、耐火、绝缘性能好的交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆。
本发明所述的一种交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆,包括缆芯,在缆芯的空隙处设有无机矿物隔氧层;在缆芯外绕包厚度为1-2cm的第一聚酯带,在聚酯带外挤包厚度为2-4mm的内半导电屏蔽层,在内半导电屏蔽层外设有厚度为3-6mm的钢带铠装层,在钢带铠装层外挤包厚度为2-4mm的外半导电屏蔽层,在电缆的最外层设有硅胶防火套;所述的缆芯由一根地线以及以地线为轴心对称设置的两根绝缘线芯呈“一”字型绞合而成;在缆芯内以地线为轴心对称设置一组通孔。
进一步改进,所述的地线由地线导体以及挤包在地线导体外的厚度为2-4mm的第一交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
进一步改进,所述的绝缘线芯由铝合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的厚度为2-4mm的第二交联聚乙烯绝缘层以及绕包在第二交联聚乙烯绝缘层外的厚度为2-3cm的第二聚酯带构成。
进一步改进,所述的地线导体的直径是铝合金导体直径的2.5倍。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明的缆芯中设有一组通孔,不仅可以散热,还可以防挤压,在缆芯受到挤压的时候,通孔可以缓解挤压的空间;
2、本发明缆芯内填充无机矿物隔氧层,可以阻隔氧气,阻燃效果好,更好的保护线芯;
3、电缆还设有岩棉隔热层,使得电缆的绝热隔热性能好,在常温条件下(25℃左右)的热导率通常在0.03~0.047W/(moK)之间;
4、本发明的绝缘线芯最外层套有硅胶防火套管,使得电缆具有耐高温性能,保温隔热性能,阻燃性能,电绝缘性能,化学稳定性能,耐气候老化性能,耐寒,耐火,耐油,耐臭氧,耐电压、耐电弧、耐电晕性能等,特别是安全环保性能,是石棉等危害性制品的最佳替代产品;硫化后可在-65°C - 260°C温度范围内长期使用并保持其柔软弹性性能;
5、本发明各层对厚度进一步的设定,与各线芯呈“一”字型结构相配,使得电缆的圆整性更好。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明所述的一种交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一根地线以及以地线为轴心对称设置的两根绝缘线芯呈“一”字型绞合而成;其中,所述的地线由地线导体1以及挤包在地线导体外的厚度为2-4mm的第一交联聚乙烯绝缘层2构成;所述的绝缘线芯由铝合金导体3、挤包在铝合金导体外的厚度为2-4mm的第二交联聚乙烯绝缘层4以及绕包在第二交联聚乙烯绝缘层外的厚度为2-3cm的第二聚酯带5构成;而地线导体的直径是铝合金导体直径的2.5倍。
在缆芯的空隙处设有无机矿物隔氧层6;在缆芯外绕包厚度为1-2cm的第一聚酯带7,在聚酯带外挤包厚度为2-4mm的半导电屏蔽层8,在内半导电屏蔽层外设有厚度为3-6mm的钢带铠装层9,在钢带铠装层外挤包厚度为2-4mm的岩棉隔热层10,在电缆的最外层设有硅胶防火套11。
为了使电缆的散热性和防挤压性更好,使得电缆内的线芯不易被破坏,在缆芯内以地线为轴心对称设置一组通孔12。
本发明提供了一种交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆的思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。本实施例中未明确的各组成部份均可用现有技术加以实现。

Claims (4)

1.一种交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆,其特征在于:包括缆芯,在缆芯的空隙处设有无机矿物隔氧层;在缆芯外绕包厚度为1-2cm的第一聚酯带,在聚酯带外挤包厚度为2-4mm的半导电屏蔽层,在内半导电屏蔽层外设有厚度为3-6mm的钢带铠装层,在钢带铠装层外挤包厚度为2-4mm的岩棉隔热层,在电缆的最外层设有硅胶防火套;所述的缆芯由一根地线以及以地线为轴心对称设置的两根绝缘线芯呈“一”字型绞合而成;在缆芯内以地线为轴心对称设置一组通孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆,其特征在于:所述的地线由地线导体以及挤包在地线导体外的厚度为2-4mm的第一交联聚乙烯绝缘层构成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆,其特征在于:所述的绝缘线芯由铝合金导体、挤包在铝合金导体外的厚度为2-4mm的第二交联聚乙烯绝缘层以及绕包在第二交联聚乙烯绝缘层外的厚度为2-3cm的第二聚酯带构成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的交联聚乙烯绝缘多芯阻燃电缆,其特征在于:所述的地线导体的直径是铝合金导体直径的2.5倍。
