背景技术
随着电线电缆使用的增加,电线电缆在的市场也是越来越广泛,电线电缆在使用的性能的不同可以分为很多的种类,如高压电缆、矿用通信电缆及计算机电缆,其中,计算机电缆最重要的是屏蔽外界干扰及防止过热进行传输,因此应将主要材料放在屏蔽干扰与及时散热上。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套计算机电缆。
一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套计算机电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体,所述的导体的外部挤包有聚乙烯绝缘层,所述的聚乙烯绝缘层的外部绕包有用于屏蔽外界干扰的屏蔽层,所述的屏蔽层的外部挤包有钢带铠甲层,所述的钢带铠甲层的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯护套,所述的聚乙烯绝缘层与聚氯乙烯护套上均设置有用于散热的软金属薄片。
所述的导体为退火铜导体或镀锡铜导体。
所述的导体与聚乙烯绝缘层之间、聚乙烯绝缘层与屏蔽层之间均填充有减少外界冲击力的填充绳。
所述的屏蔽层为铝塑复合薄膜与铜丝编织屏蔽层的组合物。
本发明的有益效果是:屏蔽层采用铝塑复合薄膜与铜丝编织双层屏蔽,屏蔽效果好,电缆不受干扰;在聚乙烯绝缘层与聚氯乙烯护套上均设置有用于散热的软金属薄片,防止计算机电缆过热导致传输不稳定无法进行传输工作;使用聚乙烯绝缘和聚氯乙烯护套阻燃,绝缘和阻燃效果好,电缆传输工作稳定,延长电缆寿命,降低使用成本。

如图1所示,一种聚乙烯绝缘阻燃聚氯乙烯护套计算机电缆,包括电缆芯,所述的电缆芯包括导体1,所述的导体1的外部挤包有聚乙烯绝缘层2,所述的聚乙烯绝缘层2的外部绕包有用于屏蔽外界干扰的屏蔽层4,所述的屏蔽层4的外部挤包有钢带铠甲层5,所述的钢带铠甲层5的外部挤包有聚氯乙烯护套7,所述的聚乙烯绝缘层2与聚氯乙烯护套7上均设置有用于散热的软金属薄片3。
所述的导体1退火铜导体或镀锡铜导体。
所述的导体1与聚乙烯绝缘层2之间、聚乙烯绝缘层2与屏蔽层4之间均填充有减少外界冲击力的填充绳6。
