Abstract

本发明属于液压作动领域,涉及一种径向柱塞马达,包括配流阀、柱塞盖(1)、复位弹簧(2)、柱塞(3)、壳体(5)、曲轴(8)、滚子轴承、推力轴承(10)、滚针轴承(11);所述壳体(5)具有轴孔和三个均布的柱塞安装座,柱塞安装座具有安装柱塞的内孔,内孔与轴孔连通,柱塞3安装在柱塞座内孔中。与传统的滑靴与曲轴柱面滑动接触方式相比,能够大幅降低摩擦力;柱塞(3)密封腔通过组合密封件(13)密封,与传统的间隙配合密封方式相比,该处不仅加工难度得以降低,泄漏也接近于零。通过降低摩擦、减少泄漏,该马达能够实现低转速、大转矩的输出。

技术领域
本发明属于液压作动领域,涉及一种径向柱塞马达。
背景技术
目前,飞机上使用的马达以轴向柱塞马达、叶片马达为主,这些马达存在低速性能差、效率低、噪声大,加工难度高等缺点,如果需要保证低速性能,则需要增加多级减速机构,带来的体积、重量等问题限制了其应用。在这种情况下,一种能够在低速大扭矩情况下稳定工作的马达是解决问题的关键。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种能在低速情况下,输出稳定转矩的径向柱塞马达。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种径向柱塞马达,包括配流阀、柱塞盖1、复位弹簧2、柱塞3、壳体5、曲轴8、第一滚子轴承9、推力轴承10、滚针轴承11、第二滚子轴承12;所述壳体5具有轴孔和三个均布的柱塞安装座,柱塞安装座具有安装柱塞的内孔,内孔与轴孔连通,柱塞3安装在柱塞座内孔中;柱塞3具有内腔,其中安装有复位弹簧2,柱塞盖1安装在柱塞安装座上,并对复位弹簧2进行限位,柱塞盖1与柱塞安装座通过密封圈进行密封;
柱塞盖1与柱塞3及壳体5形成柱塞腔;三个柱塞腔轴线不在同一平面上,曲轴8两端通过滚子轴承安装在壳体5的轴孔中,曲轴8偏心段两端各安装一组推力轴承10,两组推力轴承之间均布三个滚针轴承 11,每个滚针轴承与一个柱塞3底面接触;
配流阀包括配流阀壳体6和配流轴7,配流阀通过螺钉安装在壳体 5上,配流轴7与曲轴8连接,壳体5上设有油道连通柱塞腔和配流阀。
为了保证柱塞复位的平顺性,在柱塞内腔中设有弹簧座4,用于安装复位弹簧2。
柱塞3与壳体5之间通过组合密封圈13进行密封,运动的柱塞3 通过组合密封圈13进行密封,减少了泄漏,也降低了配合加工的难度。
曲轴8两端分布了推力轴承10防止轴向不均衡力引起摩擦。
曲轴8上有三个无内圈滚针轴承11,对应三个柱塞3,使传统径向柱塞马达的滑动摩擦变成了滚动摩擦,并消除了传统马达滑靴处的泄漏。
柱塞3通过复位弹簧2保证柱塞3与曲轴8上的轴承保持接触,减小冲击。
本发明与传统轴配流径向柱塞马达相比,取消了连杆滑靴机构,在曲轴上增加了推力轴承10,滚针轴承11,柱塞3底面为平面,并通过复位弹簧2推动保证底部平面与滚针轴承11接触,使传统的滑靴式的滑动摩擦变成了滚动摩擦,每个柱塞3对应一个滚针轴承11;柱塞3处的动密封采用了组合密封圈13,该处密封接近零泄漏;通过消除摩擦、减小泄漏的措施,保证了马达的低速稳定性。本发明能够应用于飞机上多种低速旋转的场合,具有结构紧凑,泄漏小,具有低转速、大转矩等有益效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1~3,一种径向柱塞马达,包括配流阀、柱塞盖1、复位弹簧2、柱塞3、壳体5、曲轴8、第一滚子轴承9、推力轴承10、滚针轴承11、第二滚子轴承12;所述壳体5具有轴孔和三个均布的柱塞安装座,柱塞安装座具有安装柱塞的内孔,内孔与轴孔连通,柱塞3安装在柱塞座内孔中;柱塞具有内腔,其中安装有复位弹簧2,柱塞盖1安装在柱塞安装座上,并对复位弹簧2进行限位,柱塞盖1与柱塞安装座通过密封圈进行密封;
柱塞盖1与柱塞3及壳体5形成柱塞腔;三个柱塞腔轴线不在同一平面上,曲轴8两端通过滚子轴承安装在壳体5的轴孔中,曲轴8偏心段两端各安装一组推力轴承10,两组推力轴承之间均布三个滚针轴承 11,每个滚针轴承与一个柱塞3底面接触;
配流阀包括配流阀壳体6和配流轴7,配流阀通过螺钉安装在壳体 5上,配流轴7与曲轴8连接,壳体5上设有油道连通柱塞腔和配流阀。
为了保证柱塞复位的平顺性,在柱塞内腔中设有弹簧座4,用于安装复位弹簧2。
柱塞3与壳体5之间通过组合密封圈13进行密封。运动的柱塞3 通过组合密封圈13进行密封,减少了泄漏,也降低了配合加工的难度。
产品工作过程如下:
当马达通压力油时,通过配流阀,将压力油分配到柱塞腔,柱塞3 在压力作用下,施力在曲轴8上,通过曲轴8偏心段的偏心距形成的力臂,推动曲轴8绕曲轴两端的第一滚子轴承11和第二滚子轴承12共轴线旋转,曲轴8的旋转带动配流轴7旋转,切换各柱塞腔进回油,曲轴 8每旋转60°,便有一个柱塞腔从进油状态 切换到回油状态,或由回油状态切换到进油状态,各柱塞3交替推动曲轴8产品输出稳定的转矩和转速。在柱塞缸3推动曲轴8的过程中曲轴8上的滚针轴承5,除了随曲轴8整体转动,滚针轴承5外圈在柱塞3底面摩擦力的作用下,围绕曲轴8偏心段自转,降低摩擦。
本发明与传统轴配流径向柱塞马达相比,取消了连杆滑靴机构,通过消除摩擦、减小泄漏的措施,保证了马达的低速稳定性。

Claims (4)

1.一种径向柱塞马达,其特征在于:包括配流阀、柱塞盖(1)、复位弹簧(2)、柱塞(3)、壳体(5)、曲轴(8)、第一滚子轴承(9)、推力轴承(10)、滚针轴承(11)、第二滚子轴承(12);所述壳体(5)具有轴孔和三个均布的柱塞安装座,柱塞安装座具有安装柱塞的内孔,内孔与轴孔连通,柱塞(3)安装在柱塞座内孔中;柱塞具有内腔,其中安装有复位弹簧(2),柱塞盖(1)安装在柱塞安装座上,并对复位弹簧(2)进行限位,柱塞盖(1)与柱塞安装座通过密封圈进行密封;
柱塞盖(1)与柱塞(3)及壳体(5)形成柱塞腔;三个柱塞腔轴线不在同一平面上,曲轴(8)两端通过滚子轴承安装在壳体(5)的轴孔中,曲轴(8)偏心段两端各安装一组推力轴承(10),两组推力轴承之间均布三个滚针轴承(11),每个滚针轴承与一个柱塞(3)底面接触;
配流阀包括配流阀壳体(6)和配流轴(7),配流阀通过螺钉安装在壳体(5)上,配流轴(7)与曲轴(8)连接,壳体(5)上设有油道连通柱塞腔和配流阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的径向柱塞马达,其特征在于:在柱塞内腔中设有弹簧座(4),用于安装复位弹簧(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的径向柱塞马达,其特征在于:柱塞(3)与壳体(5)之间通过组合密封圈(13)进行密封。
4.根据权利要求1所述的径向柱塞马达,其特征在于:第二滚子轴承(12)设有花键,用于传递转矩和转速。
