Abstract
本发明公开了一种组合隔热式铝合金防火窗双层玻璃,为两层间隔相对的玻璃组成的组合式结构,相对的玻璃之间设有环形密封圈,玻璃表面周边与环形密封圈贴合,形成夹层空腔,所述夹层空腔中充有氩气;上面一层玻璃外表面设有隔热涂层,进一步改进在于:下面一层玻璃外表面设有隔热涂层。本发明采用组合式隔热结构显著减少热能传导损失。

本发明涉及一种建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种铝合金防火窗玻璃。
背景技术
铝合金防火窗美观,具有较好的防火性能,但也存在一定的缺陷:热能损失大,其中大部分热能通过玻璃传导损失。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种能显著减少热能传导损失的组合隔热式铝合金防火窗双层玻璃。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
组合隔热式铝合金防火窗双层玻璃,其改进之处在于:为两层间隔相对的玻璃组成的组合式结构,相对的玻璃之间设有环形密封圈,玻璃表面周边与环形密封圈贴合,形成夹层空腔,所述夹层空腔中充有氩气;上面一层玻璃外表面设有隔热涂层。
上述结构中,下面一层玻璃外表面设有隔热涂层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1.本发明在两层间隔相对的玻璃形成的夹层空腔中充有氩气,并在上面一层玻璃外表面设有隔热涂层,双重措施显著减少热能传导损失。
2.下面一层玻璃外表面设有隔热涂层,进一步减少热能传导损失。

附图所示组合隔热式铝合金防火窗双层玻璃,为两层间隔相对的玻璃1组成的组合式结构,相对的玻璃1之间设有环形密封圈2,玻璃1表面周边与环形密封圈2贴合,形成夹层空腔4,夹层空腔4中充有氩气;上、下面两层玻璃3外表面分别设有隔热涂层2。

1.一种组合隔热式铝合金防火窗双层玻璃,其特征在于:为两层间隔相对的玻璃(1)组成的组合式结构,相对的玻璃(1)之间设有环形密封圈(2),玻璃(1)表面周边与环形密封圈(2)贴合,形成夹层空腔(4),所述夹层空腔(4)中充有氩气;上面一层玻璃(3)外表面设有隔热涂层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合隔热式铝合金防火窗双层玻璃,其特征在于:下面一层玻璃(3)外表面设有隔热涂层(2)。
