本发明公开了一种恒温暖内衣面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:40~60份棉纤维,20~40份莱竹纤维,30~40份莫代尔纤维,25~30份氨纶,5~15份羊绒,25~45份OUTLAST纤维,15~20份NYLON半光长丝。本发明的恒温棉面料OUTLAST纤维是一种微胶囊包裹的变性材料,植入织物或纤维内,吸收或储存,发挥潜能作用,释放大量能量,固液状态相互转化,对温度起一定的调节作用,再配以羊绒,能够提高面料保暖性,棉纤维能能够,使面料柔顺,亲肤性增强;氨纶纤维能够提高面料弹性,使服装更加贴身。

本发明涉及一种恒温暖内衣面料。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对穿衣的要求也越来越高。保暖服装已由外衣向内衣发展,御寒服由传统的“暖、厚、重、肿”逐步向“暖、轻、薄、柔、健”发展。如今的保暖内衣也由单一保暖型向舒适型、功能型、健康保暖型发展,保暖内衣已成为我国针织工业中新的支柱型产品。
面料的保暖性、弹性、舒适性是保暖内衣之永恒主题。作为讲求实用功能的保暖内衣来说,无论怎么变,都不能脱离“保暖”这一主线,尤其是天气一冷,从消费者的选购上最能反映出这种主题。内衣的保暖功能是防护人体过多地失掉热量,防止不利的环境和气候对人体的影响。以织物包覆人体上的导热性来看,人体接触空气,当空气温度与人体温有温差时,就产生热的传导、对流和辐射,人体就会感到冷和热。在寒冷的气候条件下,人体代谢的80%以上的热量是经皮肤表面通过内衣向周围环境发散的。若内衣具有良好的保温效果,则从皮肤表面发出的热量就会将皮肤和衣服间的空气层加温,使人体产生温暖感。服装的保温性主要取决于其内部储存的空气数量,所含空气数量越多,则保暖性越好。目前,可以从原料、织物组织结构以及相应的后整理工艺等方面增加面料内部空气的含量,从而提高面料的保暖性。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种恒温暖内衣面料。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现,
一种恒温暖内衣面料,其特征在于,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:40~60份棉纤维,20~40份莱竹纤维,30~40份莫代尔纤维,25~30份氨纶,5~15份羊绒,25~45份OUTLAST纤维,15~20份NYLON半光长丝。
优选地,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:40~50份棉纤维,20~30份莱竹纤维,35~40份莫代尔纤维,28~30份氨纶,10~15份羊绒,30~45份OUTLAST纤维,18~29份NYLON半光长丝。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述棉纤维的规格为14.0~15.5tex。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述羊绒直径为14.0~15.5μm。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述OUTLAST纤维为40S/1的OUTLAST纤维。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,成纱线密度为40tex~9tex。
进一步地,在上述技术方案中,所述NYLON半光长丝为40D/12F的NYLON半光长丝。
发明有益效果
本发明的恒温棉面料OUTLAST纤维是一种微胶囊包裹的变性材料,植入织物或纤维内,吸收或储存,发挥潜能作用,释放大量能量,固液状态相互转化,对温度起一定的调节作用,再配以羊绒,能够提高面料保暖性,棉纤维能能够,使面料柔顺,亲肤性增强;氨纶纤维能够提高面料弹性,使服装更加贴身。

一种恒温暖内衣面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:40份棉纤维,20份莱竹纤维,30份莫代尔纤维,25份氨纶,5份羊绒,25份OUTLAST纤维,15份NYLON半光长丝。
所述棉纤维的规格为14.0~15.5tex。
所述羊绒直径为14.0~15.5μm。
所述OUTLAST纤维为40S/1的OUTLAST纤维。
成纱线密度为40tex~9tex。
所述NYLON半光长丝为40D/12F的NYLON半光长丝。
实施例2
一种恒温暖内衣面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:50份棉纤维,30份莱竹纤维,40份莫代尔纤维,30份氨纶,15份羊绒,45份OUTLAST纤维,19份NYLON半光长丝。
所述棉纤维的规格为14.0~15.5tex。
所述羊绒直径为14.0~15.5μm。
所述OUTLAST纤维为40S/1的OUTLAST纤维。
成纱线密度为40tex~9tex。
所述NYLON半光长丝为40D/12F的NYLON半光长丝。

一种恒温暖内衣面料,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:45份棉纤维,25份莱竹纤维,35份莫代尔纤维,28份氨纶,10份羊绒,30份OUTLAST纤维,19份NYLON半光长丝。
所述棉纤维的规格为14.0~15.5tex。
所述羊绒直径为14.0~15.5μm。
所述OUTLAST纤维为40S/1的OUTLAST纤维。
成纱线密度为40tex~9tex。
所述NYLON半光长丝为40D/12F的NYLON半光长丝。

1.一种恒温暖内衣面料,其特征在于,由下述重量份纤维混纺织造而成:40~60份棉纤维,20~40份莱竹纤维,30~40份莫代尔纤维,25~30份氨纶,5~15份羊绒,25~45份OUTLAST纤维,15~20份NYLON半光长丝。
