Abstract
本发明涉及一种功能性运动服装面料,包括依次复合的面料外层、面料中间层和面料内层,其中,面料外层采用圆形纤维作为外层经纱、异形纤维作为外层纬纱,并由外层经纱与外层纬纱交织而成,面料中间层采用中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成的复绞纱线织成网格布结构,面料内层以氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱,以间隔排列的牛奶蛋白纤维与竹炭纤维作为内层纬纱,然后由内层经纱与内层纬纱交织而成。与现有技术相比,本发明的服装面料具有优异的透气吸汗效果,同时,贴身柔软冰爽,强度高,不易磨损,特别适合于制作高档运动、健身等服装。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及服装面料领域,尤其是涉及一种功能性运动服装面料。
背景技术
目前,人体运动或外界温度上升时因体温升高而流汗,如果排出的汗水不能及时散发,皮肤与衣物之间的湿度就会上升,使皮肤很不舒服。同时,现有的运动类服装面料往往由于自身强度不够而极易由于剧烈动作被拉扯破坏,或者由于耐刮擦性不强而导致磨损,更换频率极高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种功能性运动服装面料。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种功能性运动服装面料,包括依次复合的面料外层、面料中间层和面料内层,其中,
面料外层采用圆形纤维作为外层经纱、异形纤维作为外层纬纱,并由外层经纱与外层纬纱交织而成,
面料中间层采用中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成的复绞纱线织成网格布结构,
面料内层以氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱,以间隔排列的牛奶蛋白纤维与竹炭纤维作为内层纬纱,然后由内层经纱与内层纬纱交织而成。
优选的,所述的异形纤维为椭圆形纤维或三角形纤维。
优选的,所述的圆形纤维的收缩率高于异形纤维,使得热处理后的外层经纱收缩并拱起外层纬纱以形成凹凸结构。
更优选的,所述的外层经纱与外层纬纱按照外层经纱每过三根外层纬纱,再压三根外层纬纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成。
优选的,所述的复绞纱线由三根中空涤纶长丝与一根高弹涤纶丝绞合而成。
优选的,所述的中空涤纶长丝上布有碧玺石粉末颗粒。
优选的,所述的牛奶蛋白纤维与竹炭纤维按照3:1的数量间隔排列,且内层经纱与内层纬纱按照每根内层经纱每过三根牛奶蛋白纤维,再压一根竹炭纤维的方式循环编织,
或按照每根内层经纱过一根竹炭纤维,再压三根牛奶蛋白纤维的方式循环编织。
更优选的,沿纬向相邻两根内层经纱分别与内层纬纱的编织方式恰好相反。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)面料外层采用圆形纤维与异形纤维编织,两种纤维之间容易形成细小的透气孔,有助于提高透气性能,并及时基于毛细效应将汗液排到服装外侧。
(2)面料外层采用高收缩率的圆形纤维经热处理后拱起异形纤维,一方面可增加褶皱,提高装饰效果。另一方面,可以提高面料外层与面料中间层、面料内层之间的空隙,提高空气对流能力。
(3)面料中间层采用网格布结构设置,能提高面料外层与面料内层之间的对流空隙。编织纤维采用中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成,中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝均具有优异的弹性,其复绞的形式可以复合中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝的优点,使得复绞纱线同时具备优异的高弹性力。此外,中空涤纶长丝的中空部分还可以存储或释放空气,使得面料在弹性伸缩时实现呼吸效果,提高散热性能。
(4)中空涤纶长丝的外表面可以在纺丝时即融入碧玺石粉末,这样可以持续向外释放负离子,配合高透气、易对流的设计结构,提高人身体周围的负离子浓度,有力身心健康。
(5)面料内层的内层纬纱采用牛奶蛋白纤维与竹炭纤维间隔排列,并由氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱与这两种内层纬纱采用特殊编织结构编织成两面对称式结构,这样,不仅可以提高面料的手感厚实度,而且更容易发挥牛奶蛋白纤维的贴身舒适效果,整个面料内层吸湿透气性能优异。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种功能性运动服装面料,其结构如图1所示,包括依次复合的面料外层1、面料中间层2和面料内层3,其中,面料外层1采用圆形纤维作为外层经纱11、异形纤维作为外层纬纱12,并由外层经纱11与外层纬纱12交织而成,面料中间层2采用中空涤纶长丝21与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成的复绞纱线织成网格布结构,如图3所示,面料内层3以氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱31,以间隔排列的牛奶蛋白纤维33与竹炭纤维34作为内层纬纱32,然后由内层经纱31与内层纬纱32交织而成。
实施例2
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例进一步设置成:
参见图2所示,异形纤维为椭圆形纤维或三角形纤维。
实施例3
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例进一步设置成:
圆形纤维的收缩率高于异形纤维,使得热处理后的外层经纱11收缩并拱起外层纬纱12以形成凹凸结构。
实施例4
在实施例2的基础上,本实施例进一步设置成:
外层经纱11与外层纬纱12按照外层经纱11每过三根外层纬纱12,再压三根外层纬纱12的方式循环浮沉编织而成,参见图2所示。
实施例5
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例进一步设置成:
复绞纱线由三根中空涤纶长丝21与一根高弹涤纶丝绞合而成,中空涤纶长丝21上布有碧玺石粉末22颗粒,参见图4所示。
实施例6
在实施例1的基础上,本实施例进一步设置成:
参见图5所示,牛奶蛋白纤维33与竹炭纤维34按照3:1的数量间隔排列,且内层经纱31与内层纬纱32按照每根内层经纱31每过三根牛奶蛋白纤维33,再压一根竹炭纤维34的方式循环编织,
或按照每根内层经纱31过一根竹炭纤维34,再压三根牛奶蛋白纤维33的方式循环编织。
实施例7
在实施例6的基础上,本实施例进一步设置成:
沿纬向相邻两根内层经纱31分别与内层纬纱32的编织方式恰好相反。
实施例8
一种功能性运动服装面料,参见图1所示,包括依次复合的面料外层1、面料中间层2和面料内层3,其中,面料外层1采用圆形纤维作为外层经纱11、异形纤维作为外层纬纱12,并由外层经纱11与外层纬纱12交织而成,面料中间层2采用中空涤纶长丝21与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成的复绞纱线织成网格布结构,如图3所示,面料内层3以氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱31,以间隔排列的牛奶蛋白纤维33与竹炭纤维34作为内层纬纱32,然后由内层经纱31与内层纬纱32交织而成。
本实施例中,异形纤维为椭圆形纤维或三角形纤维,圆形纤维的收缩率高于异形纤维,使得热处理后的外层经纱11收缩并拱起外层纬纱12以形成凹凸结构,外层经纱11与外层纬纱12按照外层经纱11每过三根外层纬纱12,再压三根外层纬纱12的方式循环浮沉编织而成,参见图2所示。
本实施例中,复绞纱线由三根中空涤纶长丝21与一根高弹涤纶丝绞合而成,中空涤纶长丝21上布有碧玺石粉末22颗粒,参见图4所示。
本实施例中,参见图5所示,牛奶蛋白纤维33与竹炭纤维34按照3:1的数量间隔排列,且内层经纱31与内层纬纱32按照每根内层经纱31每过三根牛奶蛋白纤维33,再压一根竹炭纤维34的方式循环编织,
或按照每根内层经纱31过一根竹炭纤维34,再压三根牛奶蛋白纤维33的方式循环编织。
本实施例中,沿纬向相邻两根内层经纱分别与内层纬纱的编织方式恰好相反。

1.一种功能性运动服装面料,其特征在于,包括依次复合的面料外层、面料中间层和面料内层,其中,
面料外层采用圆形纤维作为外层经纱、异形纤维作为外层纬纱,并由外层经纱与外层纬纱交织而成,
面料中间层采用中空涤纶长丝与高弹涤纶丝绞合而成的复绞纱线织成网格布结构,
面料内层以氨纶包芯纱作为内层经纱,以间隔排列的牛奶蛋白纤维与竹炭纤维作为内层纬纱,然后由内层经纱与内层纬纱交织而成;
所述的异形纤维为椭圆形纤维或三角形纤维;
所述的圆形纤维的收缩率高于异形纤维,使得热处理后的外层经纱收缩并拱起外层纬纱以形成凹凸结构;
所述的外层经纱与外层纬纱按照外层经纱每过三根外层纬纱,再压三根外层纬纱的方式循环浮沉编织而成;
所述的复绞纱线由三根中空涤纶长丝与一根高弹涤纶丝绞合而成;
所述的中空涤纶长丝上布有碧玺石粉末颗粒;
