Abstract
本发明公开了一种清洗去污剂及其制备方法,由以下质量份数的原料组成:氯化钙3‑5份、酒石酸1‑2份、苹果酸1‑2份、水杨酸钠1.5‑3.5份、硫酸钠1.5‑3.5份、山梨酸钠4‑6份、烷基磺酸钠3‑5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1‑2份、香精0.5‑1.0份、去离子水10‑15份。去离子水加热到50‑70℃后,将其余组分缓慢加入,搅拌制成乳状液均质后得到成品。本发明采用的各组分绿色无毒,与现有去污剂相比,去污力可达97.5‑98.2%,其中含有的表面活性剂和除锈物质能够快速去除铁锈和油污,清洗过程安全简单,具有较强的清洁油污和锈迹的能力、且无残留、无腐蚀效果,且对皮肤没有伤害、有利于人体健康,成本低、环保实用;其制备方法便于操作,配制方便、无副产物。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗去污剂及其制备方法,属于化工领域。
背景技术
厨房中的油烟机、燃气灶使用一段时间后,经常会积累很多的油污,特别是燃气具的表面还容易产生锈迹,目前普遍采用的方法是用洗洁精清洗,然而用洗洁精清洁这些污渍清洁效果不好、处理不干净,并且由于其中含有的化学物质较多,对人体有很大的伤害,还会造成皮肤过敏的现象。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种清洁油污和锈迹效果好、且对皮肤和人体健康没有伤害的清洗去污剂;本发明的另一目的在于提供一种制备操作简单、易于推广的清洗去污剂的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种清洗去污剂,由以下质量份数的原料组成:氯化钙3-5份、酒石酸1-2份、苹果酸1-2份、水杨酸钠1.5-3.5份、硫酸钠1.5-3.5份、山梨酸钠4-6份、烷基磺酸钠3-5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1-2份、香精0.5-1.0份、去离子水10-15份。
作为一个优选的方案,由以下质量份数的原料组成:氯化钙5份、酒石酸1份、苹果酸1份、水杨酸钠2.0份、硫酸钠2.0份、山梨酸钠5份、烷基磺酸钠5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠2份、香精0.5份、去离子水15份。
作为一个优选的方案,由以下质量份数的原料组成:氯化钙5份、酒石酸2份、苹果酸2份、水杨酸钠3.5份、硫酸钠3.5份、山梨酸钠4份、烷基磺酸钠3份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1份、香精1.0份、去离子水15份。
本发明还提供了一种清洗去污剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按以下质量份数称量原料:氯化钙3-5份、酒石酸1-2份、苹果酸1-2份、水杨酸钠1.5-3.5份、硫酸钠1.5-3.5份、山梨酸钠4-6份、烷基磺酸钠3-5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1-2份、香精0.5-1.0份、去离子水10-15份;
(2)在反应釜中将上述计量好的去离子水加热到50-70℃;
(3)将氯化钙、酒石酸、苹果酸、水杨酸钠、硫酸钠、山梨酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、香精缓慢加入,搅拌制成乳状液;
(4)将上述乳状液在23-25℃均质5-10min得到成品。
本发明采用的各组分绿色无毒,与现有去污剂相比,去污力可达97.5-98.2%,其中含有的表面活性剂和除锈物质能够快速去除铁锈和油污,清洗过程安全简单,具有较强的清洁油污和锈迹的能力、且无残留、无腐蚀效果,且对皮肤没有伤害、有利于人体健康,成本低、环保实用;其制备方法便于操作,配制方便、无副产物,有利于工业化推广。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
制备清洗去污剂过程如下:
(1)按以下质量份数称量原料:氯化钙5份、酒石酸1份、苹果酸1份、水杨酸钠2.0份、硫酸钠2.0份、山梨酸钠5份、烷基磺酸钠5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠2份、香精0.5份、去离子水15份;
(2)在反应釜中将上述计量好的去离子水加热到70℃;
(3)将氯化钙、酒石酸、苹果酸、水杨酸钠、硫酸钠、山梨酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、香精缓慢加入,搅拌制成乳状液;
(4)将上述乳状液在25℃均质10min得到成品。
上述实施例制得的样品与市售去污剂和标准去污剂进行去油污能力对比,评价方法按GB9985-2000中去污法步骤执行,最终得到的去污率结果如下:
结果显示,本实施例的产品去污能力好过市售的各种去污剂,清洁效果更好。且使用者体验良好,皮肤无不适感。
实施例2
制备清洗去污剂过程如下:
(1)按以下质量份数称量原料:氯化钙5份、酒石酸2份、苹果酸2份、水杨酸钠3.5份、硫酸钠3.5份、山梨酸钠4份、烷基磺酸钠3份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1份、香精1.0份、去离子水15份;
(2)在反应釜中将上述计量好的去离子水加热到60℃;
(3)将氯化钙、酒石酸、苹果酸、水杨酸钠、硫酸钠、山梨酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、香精缓慢加入,搅拌制成乳状液;
(4)将上述乳状液在23℃均质10min得到成品。
经测试,本实施例的去污率可以达到98.0%。
实施例3
制备清洗去污剂过程如下:
(1)按以下质量份数称量原料:氯化钙3份、酒石酸2份、苹果酸2份、水杨酸钠2.0份、硫酸钠2.0份、山梨酸钠5份、烷基磺酸钠5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠2份、香精1.0份、去离子水10份;
(2)在反应釜中将上述计量好的软水加热到50℃;
(3)将氯化钙、酒石酸、苹果酸、水杨酸钠、硫酸钠、山梨酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、香精缓慢加入,搅拌制成乳状液;
(4)将上述乳状液在25℃均质5min得到成品。
经测试,本实施例的去污率可以达到97.5%。
Claims (4)
1.一种清洗去污剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料组成:氯化钙3-5份、酒石酸1-2份、苹果酸1-2份、水杨酸钠1.5-3.5份、硫酸钠1.5-3.5份、山梨酸钠4-6份、烷基磺酸钠3-5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1-2份、香精0.5-1.0份、去离子水10-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洗去污剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料组成:氯化钙5份、酒石酸1份、苹果酸1份、水杨酸钠2.0份、硫酸钠2.0份、山梨酸钠5份、烷基磺酸钠5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠2份、香精0.5份、去离子水15份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清洗去污剂,其特征在于,由以下质量份数的原料组成:氯化钙5份、酒石酸2份、苹果酸2份、水杨酸钠3.5份、硫酸钠3.5份、山梨酸钠4份、烷基磺酸钠3份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1份、香精1.0份、去离子水15份。
4.一种清洗去污剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按以下质量份数称量原料:氯化钙3-5份、酒石酸1-2份、苹果酸1-2份、水杨酸钠1.5-3.5份、硫酸钠1.5-3.5份、山梨酸钠4-6份、烷基磺酸钠3-5份、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠1-2份、香精0.5-1.0份、去离子水10-15份;
(2)在反应釜中将上述计量好的去离子水加热到50-70℃;
(3)将氯化钙、酒石酸、苹果酸、水杨酸钠、硫酸钠、山梨酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、乙氧基化烷基硫酸钠、香精缓慢加入,搅拌制成乳状液;
(4)将上述乳状液在23-25℃均质5-10min得到成品。
