Abstract

本发明涉及洗涤用品,具体涉及一种消毒杀菌洗洁精。由以下原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷、抗菌剂、人参提取液和水。本发明采用纳米抗菌剂实现杀菌抗病毒的效果,其在以上各组分的配合下,抗菌剂分散更佳,其抗菌效果更好。本发明外加人参提取液,能够有效滋养皮肤,防止皮肤干裂和粗糙,有效保护双手表皮。本发明摒弃了传统的阴离子表面活性剂,在确保良好的去污洗涤效果的同时,大大降低了对手表面的刺激性,满足市场经济需要,意义深远。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗涤用品,具体涉及一种消毒杀菌洗洁精。
背景技术
洗洁精,日常清洁用品。其洁净温和、泡沫柔细、迅速分解油腻、快速去污、除菌,有效彻底清洁、不残留,散发淡雅果香味,洗后洁白光亮如新。时常使用以确保居家卫生,避免病菌传染。目前,洗洁精的主要成分是烷基磺酸钠、脂肪醇醚硫酸钠、泡沫剂、增溶剂、香精、水、色素和防腐剂等。
但是,传统的洗洁精刺激性较大,脱脂能力较强,长期接触可使皮肤变的粗糙,其残留在食物中,积少成多,会对人体的肝脏有所损伤,含有家用洗涤剂的污水不经任何处理就排放到水体中,可能会对鱼类造成影响,造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是如何克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种消毒杀菌洗洁精。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,由以下原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷、抗菌剂、人参提取液和水。
进一步的,本发明由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠25-60%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱20-55%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物15-30%、烷基糖苷10-35%、抗菌剂0.1-0.5、人参提取液0.05-0.10、余量的水。
更进一步的是,本发明由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠30%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱30%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物15%、烷基糖苷10%、抗菌剂0.3%、人参提取液0.1%、余量的水。
更进一步的是,本发明还可由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠35%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱20%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物15%、烷基糖苷10%、抗菌剂0.2%、人参提取液0.08%、余量的水。
更进一步的是,本发明还可由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠26%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱34%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物16%、烷基糖苷14%、抗菌剂0.5%、人参提取液0.05%、余量的水。
作为优先,本发明所述组分还包括重量百分比不超过0.05%乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐。
更进一步的是,本发明所述抗菌剂由纳米TiO2和纳米Ag组成,其重量比为1~5∶0.5~3。
作为优先,本发明还含有香精或香料、食用色素。
本发明有益效果:(1)本发明采用纳米抗菌剂实现杀菌抗病毒的效果,其在以上各组分的配合下,抗菌剂分散更佳,其抗菌效果更好。(2)本发明外加人参提取液,能够有效滋养皮肤,防止皮肤干裂和粗糙,有效保护双手表皮。(3)本发明摒弃了传统的阴离子表面活性剂,在确保良好的去污洗涤效果的同时,大大降低了对手表面的刺激性,满足市场经济需要,意义深远。

下面通过实施例更详细地说明本发明消毒洗洁精。
实施例1一种消毒杀菌洗洁精
其采用如下配方:
组分 重量百分比
月桂酰两性基乙酸钠 35%
异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱 20%
椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物 15%
烷基糖苷 10%
抗菌剂 0.2%
人参提取液 0.08%
乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐 0.05
余量的水
所述抗菌剂由纳米TiO2和纳米Ag组成,其重量比为1∶0.5,上述各组分含量百分数之和等于100%。
本实施例的洗洁精的制备方法如下:1、加入计量好的桂酰两性基乙酸钠、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷开始搅拌,采用电动搅拌机高速搅拌,使得混合均匀。2、加入计量好的去离子水,继续高速搅拌,然后边搅拌边加入人参提取液和抗菌剂,继续搅拌30min,之后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐,再次搅拌15min。3、将步骤3的混合液放入超声波中超声30min,加入香精,混合均匀,得到产品。
实施例2一种杀菌洗洁精
其采用如下配方:

椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物 16%
烷基糖苷 14%
抗菌剂 0.5%
人参提取液 0.05%
乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐 0.05
余量的水
所述抗菌剂由纳米TiO2和纳米Ag组成,其重量比为1∶1,上述各组分含量百分数之和等于100%。
本实施例的洗洁精的制备方法如下:1、加入计量好的桂酰两性基乙酸钠、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷开始搅拌,采用电动搅拌机高速搅拌,使得混合均匀。2、加入计量好的去离子水,继续高速搅拌,然后边搅拌边加入人参提取液和抗菌剂,继续搅拌30min,之后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐,再次搅拌15min。3、将步骤3的混合液放入超声波中超声30min,加入香精,混合均匀,得到产品。
实施例3一种杀菌洗洁精
其采用如下配方:

本实施例的洗洁精的制备方法如下:1、加入计量好的桂酰两性基乙酸钠、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷开始搅拌,采用电动搅拌机高速搅拌,使得混合均匀。2、加入计量好的去离子水,继续高速搅拌,然后边搅拌边加入人参提取液和抗菌剂,继续搅拌30min,之后加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐,再次搅拌15min。3、将步骤3的混合液放入超声波中超声30min,加入香精,混合均匀,得到产品。
实施例4
本发明抗菌洗洁精的抑菌评价测试
根据QB/T 2738-2005《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》中抗菌抑菌型日化产品的抑菌效果检验方法测定本发明施例1~3和对比例(超市购得大众品牌洗洁精)抑菌效果评价,其结果如表4:
由表4可知,本发明实施例1~3洗洁精的抑菌效果好,对金黄色葡萄球菌以及大肠杆菌的抑菌作用均达到90%以上,说明本发明具有很强的抑菌作用。
实施例5:本发明抗菌洗洁精的皮肤刺激性测试
根据《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验对实施例1~3的洗洁精进行皮肤反应评分,经过评分,该洗洁精的积分评价小于0.5,无刺激性,由此可知,该洗洁精作用温和,对皮肤无刺激性。

1.一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物、烷基糖苷、抗菌剂、人参提取液和水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠25-60%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱20-55%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物15-30%、烷基糖苷10-35%、抗菌剂0.1-0.5、人参提取液0.05-0.10、余量的水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠30%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱30%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物15%、烷基糖苷10%、抗菌剂0.3%、人参提取液0.1%、余量的水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠35%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱20%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物15%、烷基糖苷10%、抗菌剂0.2%、人参提取液0.08%、余量的水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:由以下重量份的原料组成:月桂酰两性基乙酸钠26%、异硬脂酰胺丙基甜菜碱34%、椰油酰胺丙基胺氧化物16%、烷基糖苷14%、抗菌剂0.5%、人参提取液0.05%、余量的水。
6.根据权利要求1至5所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述组分还包括重量百分比不超过0.05%乙二胺四乙酸二钠盐。
7.根据权利要求1至5所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:所述抗菌剂由纳米TiO2和纳米Ag组成,其重量比为1~5∶0.5~3。
8.根据权利要求1至5所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:还含有香精或香料。
9.根据权利要求1至5所述的一种消毒杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于:还含有食用色素。
