背景技术
电梯安装过程中,经常会用到各种各样的密封胶,电梯运转环境气候较为寒冷,对密封胶的要求较高,现有密封胶耐外界腐蚀性不好。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种耐腐蚀的密封胶配方,耐腐蚀的密封胶具有良好的耐外界腐蚀性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种耐腐蚀的密封胶,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:107胶75-85%、硅油1-5%、锌粉1-10%、磷酸锌5-15%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-5%、稀释剂11-19%、偶联剂5-7%、催化剂3-5%。
有益效果:耐腐蚀的密封胶具有良好的耐外界腐蚀性。

一种耐腐蚀的密封胶配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:107胶85%、硅油5%、锌粉10%、磷酸锌15%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5%、稀释剂19%、偶联剂7%、催化剂5%,此时耐腐蚀的密封胶成本较高。

一种耐腐蚀的密封胶配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:107胶80%、硅油3%、锌粉5.5%、磷酸锌10%、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯3%、稀释剂15%、偶联剂6%、催化剂4%,此时耐腐蚀的密封胶具有良好的耐外界腐蚀性。
