背景技术
电梯安装过程中,经常会用到各种各样的密封胶,电梯运转环境较为复杂特殊,需要密封胶具有良好的热稳定性能力,增强使用寿命,以此避免密封胶的经常替换,使密封胶具有良好的密封能力,因此对密封胶的要求较高,但现有密封胶热稳定性较差,影响工作效率。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种热稳定密封胶配方,热稳定密封胶具有良好的热稳定性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种热稳定密封胶,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:铝酸钡纳米片75-85%、呋喃树脂1-5%、聚丙烯1-10%、甲基硅酸钠5-15%、填充剂1-5%、催化剂11-19%、乙烯乙酸酯5-7%、偶联剂3-5%。
有益效果:热稳定密封胶具有良好的热稳定性。

一种热稳定密封胶配方,配方中的原料按重量百分比组成分别是:铝酸钡纳米片80%、呋喃树脂3%、聚丙烯5.5%、甲基硅酸钠10%、填充剂3%、催化剂15%、乙烯乙酸酯6%、偶联剂4%,此时热稳定密封胶具有良好的热稳定性。
