the self-repairing scratch resistance test is to use a 200g copper brush to brush for 10 times at 25 ℃ and test the recovery time of scratches;
the oil shrinkage effect test is to use an oily pen to slide, make oil stains appear in the shape of one oil bead, then wipe the oil stains by using cloth, and observe the wiping condition of the oil stains;
the water drop angle test of the self-repairing layer is to test the self-repairing layer by using a water drop angle tester;
the attaching effect is that the manufactured flexible full-wrapping soft film is attached to a curved-surface screen mobile phone (such as a samsung S7 mobile phone) and the like, and the attaching condition of the flexible full-wrapping soft film is observed.
According to the test and result data, the flexible full-wrapping soft film prepared by the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of smooth hand feeling, large peeling force, capability of comprehensively wrapping a curved screen, better rebound resilience and self-repairing effect, capability of automatically repairing scratch marks in a short time, capability of preventing the scratch marks from influencing the appearance and the using effect of the flexible full-wrapping soft film and prolonging the service life of the flexible full-wrapping soft film.

1. A flexible full-wrapping film is characterized in that: the protective film comprises a protective film layer, a using layer and a stripping layer which are sequentially laminated from top to bottom, wherein the protective film layer comprises a base material layer and a protective film adhesive layer which are sequentially laminated from top to bottom, the using layer comprises a self-repairing layer, a flexible soft film layer and a using adhesive layer which are sequentially laminated from top to bottom, the lower surface of the protective film adhesive layer is laminated with the upper surface of the self-repairing layer, and the lower surface of the using adhesive layer is laminated with the upper surface of the stripping layer;
the self-repairing layer is made of self-repairing resin, and the self-repairing resin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
90-110 parts of polyol polyester resin
15-35 parts of curing agent
1-5 parts of hand feeling agent
50-150 parts of a solvent;

A flexible, fully flexible film according to claim 1, wherein: the thickness of the self-repairing layer is 5-40 μm; the flexible soft film layer is a flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin layer, a rubber layer, a TPU film or a PET film; the using adhesive layer is an organic silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer or a polyurethane pressure-sensitive adhesive resin layer with the thickness of 20-60 mu m and the peeling force of 50-200gf/25 mm; the stripping layer is a fluoroplastic release film or a silicone oil release film with the thickness of 36-75 mu m and the release force of 5-10gf/25 mm.
4. A method of making a flexible, fully flexible film according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein: when the flexible soft film layer is a flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin layer or a rubber layer, the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a protective film layer: taking a substrate layer, coating a protective film adhesive on the surface of the substrate layer, forming a protective film adhesive layer after primary curing to obtain a protective film layer, and covering an isolation film on the surface of the protective film adhesive layer;
(2) preparing a composite layer: tearing off the isolating membrane from the protective membrane glue layer covered with the isolating membrane in the step (1), then coating self-repairing resin on the surface of the protective membrane glue layer, forming a self-repairing layer after secondary curing, coating flexible polyurethane modified organic silicon resin or rubber on the surface of the self-repairing layer, forming a flexible soft membrane layer after third curing, and covering the isolating membrane on the surface of the flexible soft membrane layer;
(3) preparing a flexible full-wrapping soft film: tearing off the isolating film from the flexible soft film layer covered with the isolating film in the step (2), coating a use layer glue on the surface of the flexible soft film layer, forming a use glue layer after fourth curing, and covering a stripping layer on the surface of the use glue layer to obtain the flexible fully-wrapped soft film.

The method for preparing the flexible full-soft film according to claim 4, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (1), the first curing is thermal curing, the curing temperature is 140-170 ℃, and the curing time is 60-75 s; in the step (2), the second curing is thermal curing, the curing temperature is 80-130 ℃, and the curing time is 60-90 s; the third curing is thermal curing, the curing temperature is 130-170 ℃, and the curing time is 60-90 s; in the step (3), the fourth curing is thermal curing, the curing temperature is 140-170 ℃, and the curing time is 60-90 s.
6. A method of making a flexible, fully flexible film according to any of claims 1 to 3, wherein: when the flexible soft film layer is a TPU film or a PET film, the method comprises the following steps:

(2) preparing a flexible full-wrapping soft film: taking a TPU film or a PET film, coating self-repairing resin on one surface of the TPU film or the PET film, forming a self-repairing layer after secondary curing, tearing off the isolating film from the protecting film layer prepared in the step (1), and covering the isolating film on the surface of the self-repairing layer; coating the other side of the TPU film or the PET film with using layer glue, forming a using glue layer after third curing, and then covering the surface of the using glue layer with a stripping layer to obtain the flexible fully-wrapped soft film.

The method for preparing the flexible full-soft film according to claim 6, wherein the method comprises the following steps: in the step (1), the first curing is thermal curing, the curing temperature is 140-170 ℃, and the curing time is 60-75 s; in the step (2), the second curing is thermal curing, the curing temperature is 80-130 ℃, and the curing time is 60-90 s; the third curing is thermal curing, the curing temperature is 140-170 ℃, and the curing time is 60-90 s.
