本发明公开了一种保温包装袋,由下列重量份数的成分混合制成:石蜡3‑5份、聚乙烯树脂10‑15份、远红外发射粉3‑5份、纳米银粉1‑2份、钙粉1‑2份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯1‑2份、明胶2‑3份、塑化剂5‑6份。本发明原料采用的远红外发射粉、纳米银粉、钙粉具有自发热功能,选用的其余原料皆无毒环保,制成的包装袋可以自发热,且保温效果好,可以使其中的物品保持需要的温度。

本发明涉及一种保温包装袋,属于包装材料。
背景技术
包装袋由于制作成本低,使用方便,已经越来越多的被应用到人们生活的各个领域,然而当前的一些包装袋大多不具有保温的功能,不便于一些对温度有要求的物品如食品等的使用,因此如何生产出具有保温功能的包装袋成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种保温包装袋,可以制作出具有保温效果的包装袋,使其中的物品保持需要的温度。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种保温包装袋,由下列重量份数的成分混合制成:石蜡3-5份、聚乙烯树脂10-15份、远红外发射粉3-5份、纳米银粉1-2份、钙粉1-2份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯1-2份、明胶2-3份、塑化剂5-6份。
优选的,由下列重量份数的成分混合制成:石蜡5份、聚乙烯树脂10份、远红外发射粉3份、纳米银粉2份、钙粉2份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯2份、明胶2份、塑化剂5份。
优选的,所述远红外发射粉为300-400目。
优选的,所述纳米银粉、钙粉的粒径为10-20微米。
优选的,所述塑化剂为脂肪族二元酸酯。
本发明原料采用的远红外发射粉、纳米银粉、钙粉具有自发热功能,选用的其余原料皆无毒环保,制成的包装袋可以自发热,且保温效果好,可以使其中的物品保持需要的温度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1
保温包装袋的制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称量原料石蜡3份、聚乙烯树脂10份、远红外发射粉3份、纳米银粉1份、钙粉1份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯1份、明胶2份、塑化剂5份,将石蜡、聚乙烯树脂、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、明胶在50℃下熔化后均匀混合,放置7小时;
(2)将远红外发射粉、纳米银粉、钙粉、塑化剂混合均匀,放置1小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物加入步骤(1)的混合料中,熔融共混;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合料在5Mpa、160℃下热压5min;
(5)热压后在8Mpa下冷压3min成型,即可得包装袋。
上述原料采用的远红外发射粉、纳米银粉、钙粉具有自发热功能,选用的其余原料皆无毒环保,制成的包装袋可以自发热,且保温效果好。
实施例2
制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称量原料石蜡5份、聚乙烯树脂15份、远红外发射粉5份、纳米银粉2份、钙粉2份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯2份、明胶3份、塑化剂6份,将石蜡、聚乙烯树脂、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、明胶在60℃下熔化后均匀混合,放置9小时;
(2)将远红外发射粉、纳米银粉、钙粉、塑化剂混合均匀,放置2小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物加入步骤(1)的混合料中,熔融共混;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合料在8Mpa、180℃下热压8min;
(5)热压后在10Mpa下冷压5min成型,即可得包装袋。
本实施例制得的包装袋性能与实施例1类似。
实施例3
制作方法包括如下步骤:
(1)称量原料石蜡5份、聚乙烯树脂10份、远红外发射粉3份、纳米银粉2份、钙粉2份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯2份、明胶2份、塑化剂5份,将石蜡、聚乙烯树脂、聚羟基脂肪酸酯、明胶在55℃下熔化后均匀混合,放置7小时;
(2)将远红外发射粉、纳米银粉、钙粉、塑化剂混合均匀,放置1小时;
(3)将步骤(2)的混合物加入步骤(1)的混合料中,熔融共混;
(4)将步骤(3)的混合料在5Mpa、160℃下热压8min;
(5)热压后在10Mpa下冷压5min成型,即可得包装袋。

1.一种保温包装袋,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的成分混合制成:石蜡3-5份、聚乙烯树脂10-15份、远红外发射粉3-5份、纳米银粉1-2份、钙粉1-2份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯1-2份、明胶2-3份、塑化剂5-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温包装袋,其特征在于,由下列重量份数的成分混合制成:石蜡5份、聚乙烯树脂10份、远红外发射粉3份、纳米银粉2份、钙粉2份、聚羟基脂肪酸酯2份、明胶2份、塑化剂5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温包装袋,其特征在于,所述远红外发射粉为300-400目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温包装袋,其特征在于,所述纳米银粉、钙粉的粒径为10-20微米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温包装袋,其特征在于,所述塑化剂为脂肪族二元酸酯。
