背景技术
当下,手机主播平台的盛行催生了主播行业,进而产生了众多主播,如戏主播、生活主播、野外主播;但是大多数的主播是在室内进行工作,尤其是坐在座位上进行主播。
室内主播的特点是长时间坐于座位上,进而导致其腰部、颈部的压力较大,那么主播往往会使用到座位靠垫或者护脖,而靠垫或者护脖中常用的填充物为珍珠棉或记忆棉(聚氨酯),珍珠棉或记忆棉具有吸汗的效果。现有的靠垫或者护脖长时间吸汗后,往往会容易滋生细菌进而导致对人体造成伤害,甚至会产生异味。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种主播用除菌靠垫及其制备方法,该方法制得的珍靠垫具有优异的除菌效果并且该制备方法具有工序简单和原料易得的优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种主播用除菌靠垫的制备方法,该制备方法包括:
1)将青蒿、大黄、秦艽、雷公藤、苍术、车前子、金钱草、吴茱萸和枳实于水中进行煎煮,然后过滤取滤液以得到中草药提取液;
2)将凹凸棒土、环糊精、甘油脂肪酸酯、中草药提取液进行浸泡处理,接着过滤取滤饼进行干燥,然后进行球磨以得到球磨粉末;

2)将凹凸棒土、环糊精、甘油脂肪酸酯、中草药提取液按照100:25:10:400的重量比进行浸泡处理(处理温度为50℃,处理时间为9h),接着过滤取滤饼进行干燥(干燥温度为130℃,干燥时间为2.5h),然后进行球磨(大球与小球的质量比为2:1,磨球与物料的质量比为20:1,转速为1000rpm,球磨时间为30min)以得到球磨粉末;

2)将凹凸棒土、环糊精、甘油脂肪酸酯、中草药提取液按照100:30:13:500的重量比进行浸泡处理(处理温度为60℃,处理时间为10h),接着过滤取滤饼进行干燥(干燥温度为140℃,干燥时间为3h),然后进行球磨(大球与小球的质量比为2:1.2,磨球与物料的质量比为20:1.2,转速为1200rpm,球磨时间为35min)以得到球磨粉末;

Claims (10)

1.一种主播用除菌靠垫的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括:
1)将青蒿、大黄、秦艽、雷公藤、苍术、车前子、金钱草、吴茱萸和枳实于水中进行煎煮,然后过滤取滤液以得到中草药提取液;
2)将凹凸棒土、环糊精、甘油脂肪酸酯、中草药提取液进行浸泡处理,接着过滤取滤饼进行干燥,然后进行球磨以得到球磨粉末;
3)将所述球磨粉末置于紫外线存在下进行激活处理以制得除菌剂;
4)将聚乙烯塑料粒子、过氧化双月桂酰、硬脂酸、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、凡士林、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钙、所述除菌剂进行混炼、成型以制得珍珠棉材料;
5)将所述珍珠棉材料填充于靠垫套中以制得所述主播用除菌靠垫。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,所述青蒿、大黄、秦艽、雷公藤、苍术、车前子、金钱草、吴茱萸、枳实、水的重量比为10:10-15:5-10:8-12:10-16:5-10:2-6:8-10:10-15:500-1000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤1)中,所述煎煮至少满足以下条件:煎煮温度为100-120℃,煎煮时间为2-4h。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤2)中,所述凹凸棒土、环糊精、甘油脂肪酸酯、中草药提取液的重量比为100:20-30:8-13:300-500。
5.根据权利要求4述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤2)中,所述浸泡处理至少满足以下条件:处理温度为45-60℃,处理时间为8-10h。
6.根据权利要求4述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤2)中,所述干燥至少满足以下条件:干燥温度为120-140℃,干燥时间为2-3h。
7.根据权利要求4述的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤2)中,所述球磨至少满足以下条件:大球与小球的质量比为2:0.8-1.2,磨球与物料的质量比为20:0.8-1.2,转速为600-1200rpm,球磨时间为25-35min。
8.根据权利要求1-3、5-7中任意一项所述的制备方法,特征在于,在步骤3)中,所述激活处理满足以下条件:处理温度为20-30℃,处理时间为3-5h,紫外线由500-1000w的紫外灯提供。
9.根据权利要求8所述的制备方法,特征在于,在步骤4)中,聚乙烯塑料粒子、过氧化双月桂酰、硬脂酸、邻苯二甲酸二辛脂、凡士林、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钙、除菌剂的重量比为100:5-16:20-26:15-22:22-29:8-15:4-9:10-18;
优选地,所述混炼满足以下条件:混炼温度为165-170℃,混炼时间为4-6h。
10.一种主播用除菌靠垫,其特征在于,所述主播用除菌靠垫通过权利要求1-9中任意一项所述的制备方法制备而得。
