技术领域
本发明涉及一种靠垫,特别是一种高弹性靠垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
靠垫一般由芯层以及包覆物组成,其中芯层多采用海绵、乳胶,包覆物采用皮革、棉麻等材质,但是现有的芯层弹性不够,长时间使用后会出现变形的问题,另外包覆物的问题是面料不够舒适且不耐磨,同时由于人们对于生活品质的追求是越来越高,对于面料的高弹性也提出了新的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术的不足而提供一种具有较强耐磨损性和舒适度的高弹性靠垫及其制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高弹性靠垫,包括位于中间的海绵层以及包覆海绵层的纺织面料,所述海绵层按重量份包括60-70份天然胶乳、20-40份聚氨酯、10-15份起泡剂、1-3份石墨烯、1-3份硫磺、1-5份促进剂、1-3份异氰酸酯、5-10份氟硅酸钠、2-8份氧化锌;
所述纺织面料由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线按重量份包括40-65份涤纶、20-30份氨纶、5-10份分散剂和1-5份改性剂,其中所述分散剂按重量份包括30-50份壳聚糖盐酸盐、20-30份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10-15份聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、5-10份木质素;所述改性剂按重量份包括50-70份硅藻土、10-20份膨润土、1-5份蒙脱土、5-10份氧化铝;
所述纬线由丙纶和包覆在丙纶外侧的高弹性薄膜组成,其中丙纶和高弹性薄膜的重量份配比为丙纶85-90份,高弹性薄膜10-15份,所述高弹性薄膜按重量份由95份聚丙烯以及5份高弹性粉末组成,该高弹性粉末按重量份包括40-50份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、5-10份丙烯弹性体、2-5份三元乙丙橡胶、5-8份聚烯烃弹性体、1-3份高弹聚氨脂、1-5份偶联剂。
本发明还公开了一种高弹性靠垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备经线,先将50-70份硅藻土、10-20份膨润土、1-5份蒙脱土、5-10份氧化铝混合后球磨分散1小时得到改性剂,然后将30-50份壳聚糖盐酸盐、20-30份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10-15份聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、5-10份木质素混合在200℃温度下加热30min,冷却后研磨成粉得到分散剂,最后将40-65份涤纶、20-30份氨纶、5-10份分散剂和1-5份改性剂混合均匀,在250-300℃下经螺杆机挤出造粒、拉丝后得到经线;
第二步,制备高弹性粉末,将40-50份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、5-10份丙烯弹性体、2-5份三元乙丙橡胶、5-8份聚烯烃弹性体、1-3份高弹聚氨脂、1-5份偶联剂混合均匀,并于300-400℃中搅拌加热2h,待冷却后研磨成粉末即得高弹性粉末;
第三步,制备纬线,先将95份聚丙烯以及5份高弹性粉末混合加热得到高弹性薄膜的熔体,然后按重量配比丙纶85-90份,高弹性薄膜10-15份通过共轭纺丝组件将高弹性薄膜包覆在丙纶外侧后进行拉丝得到纬线;
第四步,制备海绵层,将60-70份天然胶乳、20-40份聚氨酯混合,然后加入1-3份石墨烯、1-5份促进剂、1-3份异氰酸酯,在室温下熟化1-2天,接着加入10-15份起泡剂进行起泡,其中起泡过程中先以250-300r/min的速度搅拌10min,然后以120-150r/min的速度进行匀泡,再是以180-200r/min的速度搅拌,并在搅拌过程加入2-8份氧化锌,搅拌1 min后加入5-10份氟硅酸钠,再搅拌至胶凝点时立即注模,放入90-120 ℃环境下定型20 min,最后在100℃的沸水浴中加入1-3份硫磺后硫化1h,取出水洗,烘干,即得海绵层;
第五步,制备高弹性靠垫,将上述经线和纬线在编织机上进行编织得到纺织面料,然后将其包覆在上述海绵层的外侧即得高弹性靠垫。
所述海绵层中的天然胶乳和聚氨酯混合,可以增加其使用舒适度,配合石墨烯则使得该海绵层中的交联性更好,氟硅酸钠和氧化锌则作为分散剂。
所述经线由涤纶和氨纶混合制得,其中涤纶面料强度高、耐热性很好。氨纶纤维具有高弹性,高恢复性,具有较好的耐酸、耐碱、耐光等性质。添加分散剂和改性剂,用于提高经线的特性。
所述分散剂中的壳聚糖盐酸盐、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、木质素均可以提高改性剂在涤纶、氨纶中分散程度,使其分布均匀。其中聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮作为高分子表面活性剂,可以作为分散剂,分散机理是可以吸附到颗粒表面,起到空间位阻的作用;聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵具有极强的极性和对阴离子物质的亲和性;木质素盐既有亲水部分,又有疏水部分,具有阴离子表面活性剂的性质,可以用作分散剂。
所述改性剂中的硅藻土、膨润土、蒙脱土、氧化铝用于提高纤维的强度。
所述纬线中的丙纶强度高,相对密度轻,有较好的耐化学腐蚀性,所述高弹性薄膜中包覆在丙纶外侧,可提高纤维的高弹性性。
所述高弹性粉末中的乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物和丙烯弹性体为主要弹性体,其具有高弹性、高收缩率的特点,同时配合三元乙丙橡胶、聚烯烃弹性体、高弹聚氨脂并通过偶联剂联结在一起,起到互相协同的作用,进一步起到高弹性的效果。
本发明得到的高弹性靠垫,通过对海绵层中添加聚氨酯和石墨烯,从而增加其舒适度,同时分别对经线和纬线来进行改性,从而使得该纺织面料具有一定的高弹性。最后通过简单、无毒的制备方法,获得一种具有耐磨损性以及舒适度的高弹性靠垫。

本实施例提供的一种高弹性靠垫,包括位于中间的海绵层以及包覆海绵层的纺织面料,所述海绵层按重量份包括60份天然胶乳、20份聚氨酯、10份起泡剂、1份石墨烯、1份硫磺、1份促进剂、1份异氰酸酯、5份氟硅酸钠、2份氧化锌;
所述纺织面料由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线按重量份包括40份涤纶、20份氨纶、5份分散剂和1份改性剂,其中所述分散剂按重量份包括30份壳聚糖盐酸盐、20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10份聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、5份木质素;所述改性剂按重量份包括50份硅藻土、10份膨润土、1份蒙脱土、5份氧化铝;

第一步,制备经线,先将50份硅藻土、10份膨润土、1份蒙脱土、5份氧化铝混合后球磨分散1小时得到改性剂,然后将30份壳聚糖盐酸盐、20份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10份聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、5份木质素混合在200℃温度下加热30min,冷却后研磨成粉得到分散剂,最后将40份涤纶、20份氨纶、5份分散剂和1份改性剂混合均匀,在250-300℃下经螺杆机挤出造粒、拉丝后得到经线;
第二步,制备高弹性粉末,将40份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、5份丙烯弹性体、2份三元乙丙橡胶、5份聚烯烃弹性体、1份高弹聚氨脂、1份偶联剂混合均匀,并于300-400℃中搅拌加热2h,待冷却后研磨成粉末即得高弹性粉末;
第三步,制备纬线,先将95份聚丙烯以及5份高弹性粉末混合加热得到高弹性薄膜的熔体,然后按重量配比丙纶85份,高弹性薄膜15份通过共轭纺丝组件将高弹性薄膜包覆在丙纶外侧后进行拉丝得到纬线;
第四步,制备海绵层,将60份天然胶乳、20份聚氨酯混合,然后加入1份石墨烯、1份促进剂、1份异氰酸酯,在室温下熟化1-2天,接着加入10份起泡剂进行起泡,其中起泡过程中先以250-300r/min的速度搅拌10min,然后以120-150r/min的速度进行匀泡,再是以180-200r/min的速度搅拌,并在搅拌过程加入2份氧化锌,搅拌1 min后加入5份氟硅酸钠,再搅拌至胶凝点时立即注模,放入90-120 ℃环境下定型20 min,最后在100 ℃的沸水浴中加入1份硫磺后硫化1h,取出水洗,烘干,即得海绵层;

Claims (2)
1.一种高弹性靠垫,其特征在于:包括位于中间的海绵层以及包覆海绵层的纺织面料,所述海绵层按重量份包括60-70份天然胶乳、20-40份聚氨酯、10-15份起泡剂、1-3份石墨烯、1-3份硫磺、1-5份促进剂、1-3份异氰酸酯、5-10份氟硅酸钠、2-8份氧化锌;
所述纺织面料由经线和纬线编织而成,所述经线按重量份包括40-65份涤纶、20-30份氨纶、5-10份分散剂和1-5份改性剂,其中所述分散剂按重量份包括30-50份壳聚糖盐酸盐、20-30份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10-15份聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、5-10份木质素;所述改性剂按重量份包括50-70份硅藻土、10-20份膨润土、1-5份蒙脱土、5-10份氧化铝;
所述纬线由丙纶和包覆在丙纶外侧的高弹性薄膜组成,其中丙纶和高弹性薄膜的重量份配比为丙纶85-90份,高弹性薄膜10-15份,所述高弹性薄膜按重量份由95份聚丙烯以及5份高弹性粉末组成,该高弹性粉末按重量份包括40-50份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、5-10份丙烯弹性体、2-5份三元乙丙橡胶、5-8份聚烯烃弹性体、1-3份高弹聚氨脂、1-5份偶联剂。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的高弹性靠垫的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,制备经线,先将50-70份硅藻土、10-20份膨润土、1-5份蒙脱土、5-10份氧化铝混合后球磨分散1小时得到改性剂,然后将30-50份壳聚糖盐酸盐、20-30份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、10-15份聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵、5-10份木质素混合在200℃温度下加热30min,冷却后研磨成粉得到分散剂,最后将40-65份涤纶、20-30份氨纶、5-10份分散剂和1-5份改性剂混合均匀,在250-300℃下经螺杆机挤出造粒、拉丝后得到经线;
第二步,制备高弹性粉末,将40-50份苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、5-10份丙烯弹性体、2-5份三元乙丙橡胶、5-8份聚烯烃弹性体、1-3份高弹聚氨脂、1-5份偶联剂混合均匀,并于300-400℃中搅拌加热2h,待冷却后研磨成粉末即得高弹性粉末;
第三步,制备纬线,先将95份聚丙烯以及5份高弹性粉末混合加热得到高弹性薄膜的熔体,然后按重量配比丙纶85-90份,高弹性薄膜10-15份通过共轭纺丝组件将高弹性薄膜包覆在丙纶外侧后进行拉丝得到纬线;
第四步,制备海绵层,将60-70份天然胶乳、20-40份聚氨酯混合,然后加入1-3份石墨烯、1-5份促进剂、1-3份异氰酸酯,在室温下熟化1-2天,接着加入10-15份起泡剂进行起泡,其中起泡过程中先以250-300r/min的速度搅拌10min,然后以120-150r/min的速度进行匀泡,再是以180-200r/min的速度搅拌,并在搅拌过程加入2-8份氧化锌,搅拌1 min后加入5-10份氟硅酸钠,再搅拌至胶凝点时立即注模,放入90-120 ℃环境下定型20 min,最后在100℃的沸水浴中加入1-3份硫磺后硫化1h,取出水洗,烘干,即得海绵层;
第五步,制备高弹性靠垫,将上述经线和纬线在编织机上进行编织得到纺织面料,然后将其包覆在上述海绵层的外侧即得高弹性靠垫。
