背景技术
托辊是带式输送机的重要部件,用于支撑输送皮带及其上承载物料,保证输送皮带稳定运行的装置。托辊分有平行托辊、槽形托辊、调心托辊及缓冲托辊。目前,带式输送机的平行托辊是用无缝钢管制造,平行托辊与输送皮带接触面积大,易产生粘料、堆料,加大现场清理难度,增大摩擦阻力,加剧平行托辊磨损,增加维修费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种带式输送机的带穿孔滑环式平行托辊,有效解决平行托辊与输送皮带接触面积大的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
本发明提供一种带式输送机用的滑环式平行托辊,包括托辊轴,托辊轴上安装有轴套,轴套通过轴承与托辊轴连接,轴套上安装有多个沿轴套轴向方向均匀分布的滑环,相邻的两个滑环之间有间隙,滑环上设置多个呈环形阵列分布的穿孔,穿孔处于与滑环上靠近轴套侧。
进一步地,穿孔沿滑环轴向方向且沿着轴套外壁面贯穿滑环使得穿孔呈弧形长条孔。

其中,穿孔沿滑环3轴向方向且沿着轴套4外壁面贯穿滑环3使得穿孔呈弧形长条孔。
本实施例中,通过滑环3间隙安装以减少平行托辊与输送皮带的接触面积,降低粘料、堆料,且物料可通过穿孔流通于间隙之间,降低堆料挤压,利于现场清理,利于提高平行托辊的使用寿命,降低维修费用。
