本发明公开了一种湿巾低温流水线自动包装生产线用膜加工方法,包括:步骤一,通过电晕处理机对外层OPP消光薄膜进行电晕处理,电晕值为40~45达因等,该加工方法中的聚乙烯在85度就可以正常热封,比正常市场流通的聚乙烯膜热封温度要低35度,加工时间显著减少,可以显著提高热封效率和工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及自动化包装技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种湿巾低温流水线自动包装生产线用膜加工方法。
背景技术
湿巾是选用湿强柔纤高渗透性基材,经折叠、加湿、包装制成一次性清洁卫生用品,因其具有清洁、保湿皮肤的基本功能以及便于携带等特点成为人们日常生活中必不可少的清洁用品。以前多用于如民航、酒店、餐馆、展会等商务及接待场所,近几年来随着人们生活水平的提高,湿巾的个人消费量逐渐增多,主要应用于旅行、旅游等户外用水不方便的场合,还有家庭婴幼儿的清洁护理等。湿巾产品正向多品类及适用的多途径发展。目前市面上的湿巾包装袋基本都是以聚乙烯为主要原料,其保水、抗菌能力不高,湿巾长时间放置会失水变干、感染细菌,故有待提高,而且加工过程中用到的热封温度较高,加重了设备使用难度和降低了热封的工作效率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种湿巾低温流水线自动包装生产线用膜加工方法,该加工方法中的聚乙烯在85度就可以正常热封,比正常市场流通的聚乙烯膜热封温度要低35度,加工时间减少20%,可以显著提高热封效率和工作效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种湿巾超低温流水线自动包装生产线用膜加工方法,它包括:
步骤一,通过电晕处理机对外层OPP消光薄膜进行电晕处理,电晕值为40~45达因;
步骤二,在内层乳白流延聚乙烯内加入HDPE(高密度聚乙烯)、EPC(乙烯丙烯共聚物)和LLDPE(线性低密度聚乙烯)混合物,混合后挤出吹膜,其中聚乙烯与后三者重量比为1:0.9:0.1:0.2,HDPE为MI 20g/10min粉末,EPC为MI0.5g/10min粉末,LLDPE为MI 2g/10min粉末;
步骤三,通过印刷机在外层膜上印刷图案;
步骤四,通过复合机将印刷好的外层膜与内层膜进行热封复合处理制得复合膜,其中热封温度为80~90度;
步骤五,将复合膜放入熟化室内进行熟化处理,室内温度为44~47度,熟化1200~1300分钟;
步骤六,将熟化后的复合膜取出放置在常温下自然冷却,再经分条后之制成成品。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明采用电晕处理的外层OPP消光薄膜和加入混合物处理的聚乙烯内层膜,可以使得获得良好的强度和热粘合性,良好的夹杂物热封性以及良好的耐撕裂强度,可以减少热封复合温度,提高了热封效率,降低对高温热封设备的损耗。

步骤二,在内层乳白流延聚乙烯内加入HDPE、EPC和LLDPE混合物,混合后挤出吹膜,其中聚乙烯与后三者重量比为1:0.9:0.1:0.2,HDPE为MI 20g/10min粉末,EPC为MI 0.5g/10min粉末,LLDPE为MI 2g/10min粉末;
步骤三,通过印刷机在外层膜上印刷图案;
步骤四,通过复合机将印刷好的外层膜与内层膜进行热封复合处理制得复合膜,其中热封温度为80~90度;
步骤五,将复合膜放入熟化室内进行熟化处理,室内温度为44~47度,熟化1200~1300分钟;
步骤六,将熟化后的复合膜取出放置在常温下自然冷却,再经分条后之制成成品。
