Abstract
The invention relates to a preparation method of a roof tile, step 1, preparing a sponge cement blanket, step 2, preparing or preparing a plurality of roof tile molds, wherein each roof tile mold comprises a lower mold and an upper mold; step 3, paving a sponge cement blanket in the lower die, and extruding the sponge cement blanket by using the upper die to form a drainage groove on the sponge cement blanket; step 4, spraying water mist on the sponge cement blanket, and cutting the periphery of the sponge cement blanket after the sponge cement layer is solidified; the preparation is simple, materials do not need to be weighed, only the proper size of the sponge needs to be cut, the upper-layer fabric and the lower-layer fabric are non-sticky materials, the demolding is simple, the prepared roof tile is good in seepage-proofing and leakage-proofing effects, the upper-layer fabric, the lower-layer fabric and the middle wire mesh can play a good anti-cracking effect, and the roof tile is not easy to break in the construction and transportation processes; the invention also relates to a roof tile prepared by the preparation method.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a preparation method of a roof tile and the roof tile.
Background
The roof tile is used for a slope roof of building engineering, the existing roof tile is generally prepared by the steps of metering, stirring, forming and demolding, the production efficiency can be reduced by metering raw materials, a large amount of dust can be generated in the stirring process, the demolding is difficult, the prepared roof tile is poor in anti-cracking effect, and the roof tile is easy to break in the transportation or construction process. In addition, the large-size roof tiles are usually made of color steel tiles, so that the cost is high, and the service life of the roof tiles is relatively short in some corrosive occasions; also, asbestos shingles are used, but they have poor strength and short life.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the preparation method of the roof tile, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, seepage prevention, leakage prevention, crack resistance and simple demoulding.

Further, in step 2, the preparation method of the lower die comprises the following steps: and digging water grooves corresponding to the water drainage grooves on the roof tiles on the ground to form the lower die.
The beneficial effects of the further technical scheme are that: the demoulding is simpler, and a special lower mould is not needed, so that the production cost is saved.

Further, the accelerating agent can be one or more of a mixture of aluminum oxide clinker and limestone, aluminum ore powder, sodium aluminate, 711 concrete accelerating agent, calcined ground powder, lithium carbonate and the like.
Further, the upper layer fabric and the lower layer fabric can adopt one or more of non-woven fabric, woven fabric or knitted fabric.
The invention also relates to a roof tile prepared by the preparation method, which has good seepage-proofing and leakage-proofing effects, and the upper-layer fabric, the lower-layer fabric and the middle wire mesh can play a good anti-cracking effect, so that the roof tile is not easy to break in the construction and transportation processes.

3) sewing, namely putting the lower fabric 1-3 on a sewing platform 3, putting the lower metal wire mesh 1-4 and the sponge cement layer 1-2 on the lower fabric 1-3 together, putting the upper fabric 1-1 on the sponge cement layer 1-2, sewing the upper fabric, the lower fabric, the sponge cement layer 1-2 and the lower metal wire mesh 1-4 by using fiber yarns (not shown in the figure), and finally sealing and sewing the periphery of the sponge cement layer 1-2; the sewing platform 3 comprises a sewing platform supporting leg 3-1 and a hollowed-out screen plate 3-2 arranged on the sewing platform supporting leg 3-1, and holes of the hollowed-out screen plate 3-2 are larger than the distance between adjacent fiber silk threads.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the difference from the embodiment 1 is that, in the step 1, a step of laying an upper layer wire mesh 1-5 on a sponge cement layer 1-2 before placing an upper layer fabric 1-1 is further included, and finally, a fiber thread is used to sew the upper layer fabric and the lower layer fabric, the sponge cement layer 1-2 and the upper and lower layer wire meshes;

Claims (8)
1. A method for making a roof tile, comprising the steps of:
step 1, preparing a sponge cement blanket:
1) preparing a material, preparing an upper layer fabric, a sponge and a lower layer fabric, wherein the size of the lower layer fabric is the same as that of the upper layer fabric, the size of the sponge is the same as that of the required roof tile and is smaller than that of the upper layer fabric and the lower layer fabric, and the density of the sponge is smaller than 18kg/m3;

step 2, preparing or preparing a plurality of roof tile molds, wherein each roof tile mold comprises a lower mold and an upper mold;
step 3, paving a sponge cement blanket in the lower die, and extruding the sponge cement blanket by using the upper die to form a drainage groove on the sponge cement blanket;

3. A method for making a roof tile according to claim 1 wherein in step 2 a lower mould is provided directly, the lower mould being a metal lower mould having a water channel corresponding to the drainage channel in the roof tile.

A method of making a roof tile according to any one of claims 1 to 3 including the further step of laying an upper layer of wire mesh over the layer of sponge cement prior to placing the upper layer of fabric in step 1 and finally stitching the upper and lower layers of fabric, sponge cement and wire mesh together with the upper and lower layers of wire mesh using fibre thread.
5. The method of making a roof tile according to claim 4, wherein the stitching platform comprises stitching platform legs and a perforated mesh panel disposed on the stitching platform legs, and the holes of the perforated mesh panel are larger than the spacing between adjacent fiber strands.
6. A method for making a roof tile according to claim 5 wherein the setting accelerator is one or more of a mixture of aluminous clinker and limestone, powdered aluminium ore, sodium aluminate, 711 concrete setting accelerator, calcined pulverised powder and lithium carbonate.
7. The method for manufacturing a roof tile according to claim 4, wherein the upper layer fabric and the lower layer fabric can adopt one or more of non-woven fabric, woven fabric or knitted fabric.
8. A roof tile produced by the method of making a roof tile according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
