本发明公开了一种具备照明功能的搅拌系统,解决了现有技术能源消耗大、搅拌不均匀、浪费能源、以及太阳能利用率低的问题。本发明包括设有支撑架体的搅拌壳体,搅拌壳体设出料口、进液料管、进固料斗、环形孔道、主搅拌轴、副搅拌轴、主搅拌桨叶、副搅拌桨叶、主电机、副电机、旋转盘和旋转电机;支撑架体上设电杆、太阳能电池板、LED灯和电控箱,电控箱内设相互电连接的太阳能控制器和太阳能蓄电池,太阳能电池板和电杆之间设有转轴,电杆上设有驱动转轴运行的驱动电机,太阳能电池板在转轴运行时可相对于电杆转动,太阳能电池板一侧设有太阳能跟踪器,电杆上设有亮度传感器。本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,节能环保,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具备照明功能的搅拌系统。
背景技术
搅拌机作为一种工业设备,经常被人们在各个领域使用,现有技术在使用过程中对电能的消耗非常大,在浪费能源的同时也给环保事业带来的压力;再有现有的搅拌机经常出现搅拌不均匀的情形,主要原因是搅拌桨不能全方位搅拌,若需均匀搅拌,势必要增加搅拌时间,从而也加大了对电能的消耗。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具备照明功能的搅拌系统,解决现有技术能源消耗大、搅拌不均匀、浪费能源、以及太阳能利用率低的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种具备照明功能的搅拌系统,包括设有支撑架体的搅拌壳体,所述搅拌壳体底部设有出料口,顶部设有进液料管、进固料斗和环形孔道,所述搅拌壳体内设有主搅拌轴和副搅拌轴,所述主搅拌轴底端设有主搅拌桨叶,所述副搅拌轴底端设有副搅拌桨叶,所述搅拌壳体顶部设有分别与所述主搅拌轴和所述副搅拌轴连接的主电机和副电机,所述支撑架体上设有旋转盘,所述旋转盘底部通过连轴与所述副电机固定连接,支撑架体顶板底部固定有旋转电机,所述旋转盘通过连轴与所述旋转电机固定连接,所述旋转电机驱动所述旋转盘旋转,从而使所述副电机和所述副搅拌轴沿着所述环形孔道做圆周运动;
所述支撑架体顶板顶面上设有电杆,所述电杆顶部设有太阳能电池板,所述电杆一侧设有LED灯,所述支撑架体一侧设有电控箱,所述电控箱内设有相互电连接的太阳能控制器和太阳能蓄电池;
所述太阳能电池板和所述电杆之间设有转轴,所述电杆上设有驱动所述转轴运行的驱动电机,所述太阳能电池板在转轴运行时可相对于所述电杆转动,所述太阳能电池板一侧设有太阳能跟踪器,所述电杆上设有亮度传感器,所述太阳能控制器分别与太阳能电池板、所述LED灯、主电机、副电机、旋转电机、所述驱动电机、所述太阳能跟踪器和所述亮度传感器电连接。
进一步地,所述主搅拌桨叶由两片相互垂直的带孔叶板组成。
进一步地,所述副搅拌桨叶为一片带孔叶板。
进一步地,所述支撑架体底部四角各设有一个万向轮。
进一步地,所述LED灯通过曲杆与所述电杆的一侧连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明结构简单、设计科学合理,使用方便,节能环保,太阳能利用率高,搅拌均匀,采用太阳能电池板发电供整个系统运行和照明,在节约能源的同时,还经济实惠且利于环保;在太阳能电池板上设太阳能跟踪器,如此太阳能电池板通过太阳能控制器控制驱动电机从而控制转轴转动可以一直朝向太阳,使其吸收太阳能更加充分,可有效提高太阳能利用率;通过设主搅拌轴和副搅拌轴,可以使搅拌更加均匀;通过在立柱上设有亮度传感器,在晚上工作时能根据天黑程度开启照明灯为施工进行照明,有效节约能源;在搅拌壳体上设进液料管和进固料斗,扩大了适用范围;在搅拌架体底部设万向轮,移动极其方便;本发明通过上述组合,相比于现有技术不仅操作更加简单,使用更加方便,还扩大了适用范围,节约了能源,同时也极大地减少了环保事业的压力,适于广泛推广应用。

如图1-3所示,一种具备照明功能的搅拌系统,结构简单、设计科学合理,节能环保,使用方便。本发明包括设有支撑架体9的搅拌壳体1,所述搅拌壳体1底部设有出料口2,顶部设有进液料管3、进固料斗4和环形孔道11,所述搅拌壳体1内设有主搅拌轴5和副搅拌轴6,所述主搅拌轴5底端设有主搅拌桨叶19,所述副搅拌轴6底端设有副搅拌桨叶20,所述搅拌壳体1顶部设有分别与所述主搅拌轴5和所述副搅拌轴6连接的主电机7和副电机8,所述支撑架体9上设有旋转盘10,所述旋转盘10底部通过连轴与所述副电机8固定连接,支撑架体9顶板底部固定有旋转电机12,所述旋转盘10通过连轴与所述旋转电机12固定连接,所述旋转电机12驱动所述旋转盘10旋转,从而使所述副电机8和所述副搅拌轴6沿着所述环形孔道11做圆周运动。
本发明所述支撑架体9顶板顶面上设有电杆13,所述电杆13顶部设有太阳能电池板14,所述电杆13一侧设有LED灯15,所述支撑架体9一侧设有电控箱16,所述电控箱16内设有相互电连接的太阳能控制器17和太阳能蓄电池18;
所述太阳能电池板14和所述电杆13之间设有转轴,所述电杆13上设有驱动所述转轴运行的驱动电机23,所述太阳能电池板14在转轴运行时可相对于所述电杆13转动,所述太阳能电池板14一侧设有太阳能跟踪器24,所述电杆13上设有亮度传感器25,所述太阳能控制器17分别与太阳能电池板14、所述LED灯15、主电机7、副电机8、旋转电机12、所述驱动电机23、所述太阳能跟踪器24和所述亮度传感器25电连接。
本发明所述主搅拌桨叶19由两片相互垂直的带孔叶板组成,所述副搅拌桨叶20为一片带孔叶板。
本发明所述支撑架体9底部四角各设有一个万向轮21,所述LED灯15通过曲杆22与所述电杆13的一侧连接。

所述支撑架体(9)顶板顶面上设有电杆(13),所述电杆(13)顶部设有太阳能电池板(14),所述电杆(13)一侧设有LED灯(15),所述支撑架体(9)一侧设有电控箱(16),所述电控箱(16)内设有相互电连接的太阳能控制器(17)和太阳能蓄电池(18);
