Abstract
The invention discloses a vaginal site-specific drug delivery syringe and application thereof. The invention provides a vaginal site-specific drug delivery injector, which comprises an injector outer shell (2), an inner layer injector (5), a drug pushing piston (6), a push rod (7) and a drug outlet piston (4); the medicine outlet piston (4) comprises a hollow medicine suction end (8) and a medicine outlet piston main body (9); the hollow medicine suction end (8) of the medicine discharge piston (4) is provided with a one-way valve (3), so that medicine can only flow into the medicine discharge piston (4) from the hollow medicine suction end (8) and cannot flow out from the hollow medicine suction end (8). The vaginal fixed-point drug delivery injector provided by the invention has the advantages of simple drug suction and drug delivery, accurate fixed-point drug delivery and capability of carrying out high-pressure flushing and continuous drug delivery on an affected part.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a gynecological appliance, in particular to a vaginal site-specific drug delivery syringe and application thereof.
Background
The gynecological drug delivery device is a necessary device for treating gynecological diseases such as colpitis, can be used for delivering therapeutic drugs to affected parts at fixed points, and is greatly convenient for drug delivery and treatment of external drugs for the gynecological diseases, however, the affected parts of the gynecological diseases are often local parts, and the vaginal fixed-point drug delivery is very important in the treatment of the gynecological diseases. At present, gynecological disease fixed-point drug delivery devices are already known and generally fall into two types from clinical application, namely a balloon compression type and a syringe type. The air bag pressing type vaginal drug delivery device has the defects that more drug remains in the device after the device is used, serious waste is caused, and the device is easy to suck back; the syringe type vaginal applicator overcomes the disadvantages of the balloon type. However, the currently available syringe-type vaginal applicators also have some drawbacks. For example, the components are more, the structure is complex, the production cost is higher, the operation is more complicated, and the operation is difficult for common patients at home.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to make up for the defects in the field, the invention provides a vaginal fixed-point administration syringe which is simple in medicine suction and pushing and accurate in fixed-point administration and can be used for high-pressure flushing and continuous administration of an affected part.
The invention is realized according to the following technical scheme:
the vaginal site-specific drug delivery injector comprises an injector outer shell 2, an inner layer injector 5, a drug pushing piston 6, a push rod 7 and a drug outlet piston 4; the medicine outlet piston 4 comprises a hollow medicine suction end 8 and a medicine outlet piston main body 9; the hollow medicine suction end 8 of the medicine outlet piston 4 is provided with a one-way valve, so that medicine can only flow into the medicine outlet piston 4 from the hollow medicine suction end 8, but cannot flow out from the hollow medicine suction end 8;
the rear end of the outer shell 2 of the injector is open, and the front end is provided with an opening; a medicine outlet piston 4 and an inner layer injector 5 are sequentially connected in series in the outer shell 2 of the injector; the inner layer injector 5 is sequentially connected with a medicine pushing piston 6 and a push rod 7 in series; the medicine outlet piston 4 is arranged in the outer shell 2 of the injector in a closed type in a push-pull manner; the medicine pushing piston 6 is arranged in the inner layer injector 5 in a closed type in a push-pull manner;
the needle cylinder wall of the syringe outer shell 2 is provided with a medicine outlet 12.
The medicine outlet piston main body 9 is a hollow cylinder; a drug delivery cavity 10 is arranged inside the hollow cylinder; one end of the drug delivery cavity 10 is communicated with the hollow drug suction end 8, and the other end is communicated with the interior of the inner layer syringe 5; the medicine outlet piston main body 9 is provided with a medicine outlet hole 11, and the medicine outlet hole 11 is communicated with the medicine administration cavity 10.
The one-way valve 3 is a steel ball, and the inner diameter of the hollow medicine sucking end 8 is matched with the diameter of the steel ball, so that when the syringe sucks medicine, the steel ball can be opened to enable the medicine to enter the medicine outlet piston 4; when the syringe pushes the medicine, the steel ball is closed, so that the medicine cannot flow out from the medicine sucking end 8.
The medicine outlet piston 4 is provided with a bayonet which is used for connecting the inner layer injector 5; the drug delivery piston 4 has at least one position that enables communication between the drug delivery port 11 and the drug delivery port 12 when rotated within the syringe housing 2.
The needle cylinder of the inner-layer injector 5 is provided with scale marks for controlling the dosage of the medicine.
The insertion end of the outer shell 2 of the injector is provided with an arc chamfer to avoid scratching skin.
A needle head 1 is arranged on a hollow medicine suction end 8 of the medicine outlet piston 4; the needle head 1 is detachable, is installed during medicine suction, and is detached during medicine discharge.
The outer wall of the medicine outlet piston 4 is provided with a square groove with an area larger than that of the medicine outlet hole 11 at the position corresponding to the medicine outlet hole 11.
The medicine pushing piston 6 is provided with a bayonet which is used for being connected with a push rod 7.
The application of the vaginal site-specific administration injector in vaginal site-specific administration and vaginal site-specific irrigation also belongs to the protection scope of the invention.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) The invention is very convenient to suck the liquid medicine and does not cause waste.
(2) The structure of the existing syringe type vaginal drug delivery device is complex, and the structure composition of the invention is simpler.
(3) The invention can control fixed-point drug delivery by adjusting the relative position of the drug outlet piston, and adjust two modes of drug suction and drug outlet, and has simple operation and convenient household use.
(4) When the medicine outlet hole 12 on the outer layer syringe shell is opened to be smaller, the medicine piston 6 can be pushed quickly to directly wash the affected part.

Detailed Description
Example 1, vaginal site-directed administration device
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the vaginal site-specific administration syringe comprises a syringe outer shell 2, an inner layer syringe 5, a medicine pushing piston 6, a push rod 7 and a medicine outlet piston 4; the medicine outlet piston 4 comprises a hollow medicine suction end 8 and a medicine outlet piston main body 9; the hollow medicine sucking end 8 of the medicine discharging piston 4 is provided with a one-way valve, so that medicine can only flow into the medicine discharging piston 4 from the hollow medicine sucking end 8, but cannot flow out from the hollow medicine sucking end 8;
the rear end of the outer shell 2 of the injector is open, and the front end is provided with an opening; a medicine outlet piston 4 and an inner layer injector 5 are connected in series in the injector outer shell 2; the inner layer injector 5 is sequentially connected with a medicine pushing piston 6 and a push rod 7 in series; the medicine outlet piston 4 is arranged in the injector outer shell 2 in a closed type in a push-pull manner; the medicine pushing piston 6 is arranged in the inner layer injector 5 in a closed type in a pushing and pulling way;
as shown in fig. 5, the needle cylinder wall of the syringe outer casing 2 is provided with a medicine outlet 12.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the drug piston body 9 is a hollow cylinder; a drug delivery cavity 10 is arranged inside the hollow cylinder; one end of the drug administration cavity 10 is communicated with the hollow drug sucking end 8, and the other end is communicated with the inside of the inner layer syringe 5; the medicine outlet piston main body 9 is provided with a medicine outlet hole 11, and the medicine outlet hole 11 is communicated with the medicine feeding cavity 10.
As shown in fig. 2, the one-way valve 3 is a steel ball, and the inner diameter of the hollow medicine sucking end 8 is matched with the diameter of the steel ball, so that when the syringe sucks medicine, the steel ball can be opened to enable the medicine to enter the medicine outlet piston 4; when the syringe pushes the medicine, the steel ball is closed, so that the medicine cannot flow out from the medicine sucking end 8. The medicine outlet piston 4 is provided with a bayonet used for connecting the inner layer injector 5; when the drug delivery piston 4 rotates in the syringe outer housing 2, there is at least one position that enables communication between the drug delivery port 11 and the drug delivery port 12. The medicine pushing piston 6 is provided with a bayonet for connecting the push rod 7.
Application of vaginal site-specific drug delivery device: when the medicine is sucked, the push rod 7 is pushed to the bottom, the inner layer injector 5 is rotated by a certain angle, the medicine outlet hole 11 on the medicine outlet piston main body is not overlapped with the medicine outlet hole 12 on the injector outer shell, the hollow medicine suction end of the medicine outlet piston 4 is immersed in the medicine liquid, and then the injector push rod is pulled to suck the medicine. When in administration, the inner layer injector is pushed and pulled to a required position and rotated, so that the medicine outlet hole 11 on the medicine outlet piston main body is overlapped with the medicine outlet hole 12 on the injector outer shell, and then the push rod 7 is pushed to administer medicine.
Further, as shown in fig. 7, the medicine outlet holes 12 are arranged on the outer casing 2 of the injector in a spiral shape, when the medicine outlet piston 4 rotates to a proper position and the injector push rod 7 is pushed, the medicine outlet holes 11 on the medicine outlet piston 4 are overlapped with the medicine outlet holes 12 arranged on the outer casing 2 of the injector in a spiral shape, so that vaginal spiral medicine feeding is realized.
Further, the medicine outlet holes 12 are alternately arranged on the outer shell 2 of the injector in the circumferential direction, and when the medicine outlet piston 4 rotates to a proper position and the push rod 7 of the injector is pushed, the medicine outlet holes 11 on the medicine outlet piston 4 are overlapped with the medicine outlet holes 12 alternately arranged in the circumferential direction on the outer shell 2 of the injector, so that vaginal alternate medicine administration is realized.
Further embodiments also include, as shown in fig. 4, graduations on the barrel of the inner layer syringe 5 for controlling the dosage of the drug.
Further embodiments further include, as shown in fig. 6, a needle 1 is disposed on the hollow drug-absorbing end 8 of the drug piston 4; the needle head 1 can be detached, and is installed during medicine suction and detached during medicine discharge.
Further embodiments also include that the insertion end of the outer syringe housing 2 is rounded to avoid scratching the skin.
Further embodiments further comprise that square grooves with areas larger than the medicine outlet holes 11 are arranged on the outer wall of the medicine outlet piston 4 corresponding to the medicine outlet holes 11, so that the medicine outlet holes 11 are aligned to the medicine outlet holes 12.
While the foregoing is directed to the preferred embodiments of the present invention, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations may be made without departing from the principles of the present invention, such as the arrangement of the openings in the outer housing of the syringe is not limited to the three examples, and reasonable opening sizes, modes, sequences, etc. may be selected according to the application requirements and are also contemplated as being within the scope of the present invention.

the rear end of the outer shell (2) of the injector is open, and the front end of the outer shell is provided with an opening; a medicine outlet piston (4) and an inner layer injector (5) are connected in series in the outer shell (2) of the injector; the inner layer injector (5) is internally and sequentially connected with a medicine pushing piston (6) and a push rod (7) in series; the medicine outlet piston (4) is arranged in the outer shell (2) of the injector in a closed type in a push-pull manner; the medicine pushing piston (6) is arranged in the inner layer injector (5) in a closed type in a push-pull manner; the medicine outlet piston main body (9) is a hollow cylinder; a drug delivery cavity (10) is arranged inside the hollow cylinder; one end of the drug delivery cavity (10) is communicated with the hollow drug suction end (8), and the other end is communicated with the inside of the inner layer syringe (5); the medicine outlet piston main body (9) is provided with a medicine outlet hole I (11), and the medicine outlet hole I (11) is communicated with the medicine feeding cavity (10);
a second medicine outlet hole (12) is formed in the wall of the needle cylinder of the outer syringe shell (2); the medicine outlet piston (4) is provided with a bayonet which is used for connecting the inner layer injector (5); when the medicine outlet piston (4) rotates in the outer shell (2) of the injector, at least one position exists, so that the medicine outlet hole I (11) is communicated with the medicine outlet hole II (12).
