Abstract
The application discloses a catheter hooping device which comprises an outer fixing frame, a laryngeal hoop fixing device arranged in an inner fixing cavity of the outer fixing frame and an outer fixing device arranged on one side of the outer fixing frame. Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the drawings and examples, in order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the application.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a catheter clamp according to the present embodiment includes an outer fixing frame 10, a clamp fixing device 30 provided in an inner fixing cavity of the outer fixing frame 10, and an outer fixing device provided at one side of the outer fixing frame 10. Wherein the laryngeal cuff is secured 30 is adapted to define the longitudinal outward displacement of the conduit 50 and the external securing means is adapted to define the lateral displacement of the conduit 50, which in combination prevent the conduit from being pulled to promote the securing effect and stability of the securing.

As shown in figure 3, when not in use, the hooping member is retracted to the inner wall of the inner fixing cavity, thereby having the technical effects of convenient replacement of the liquid absorbing pad, compact structure and beautiful appearance. In this embodiment, the arcuate securing portions of the two ferrules combine to form a ferrule 40 through which the catheter is secured. The inner arc cavity of the arc fixing portion 31 includes a longitudinally extending inner arc fixing surface 311 and a guiding inclined surface 312 disposed at an upper end of the inner arc fixing surface. It should be noted that, the surface of the inner arc fixing surface 311 is an anti-slip surface to increase the friction force with the catheter, so that the fixing effect of the catheter is better. The guiding inclined plane 312 plays a guiding role on bending of the catheter, and avoids overlarge bending amplitude of the catheter.
It should be noted that the use of two hooping members in this embodiment is only a preferred embodiment, and the number of hooping members may be more than three. In this embodiment, the hoop member includes only one arcuate fixing portion 31, and as a modification of this embodiment, one hoop member may have a plurality of arcuate fixing portions when a plurality of catheters are required to be fixed. The arcuate securing portions of the plurality of hooping members may form a plurality of hooping cavities 40.
In this embodiment, a connecting device 35 is provided between adjacent connecting portions of two adjacent hooping members. Preferably, the connection device 35 comprises a buckle 351 and a grommet 352 that are matched with each other, wherein the buckle 351 is provided on one connection portion and the grommet 352 is provided on the other connection portion. As a preferred option, the buckle 351 includes two buckle pieces that overlap from top to bottom, be equipped with clearance 353 between two buckle pieces, when unbuckling, let two buckle pieces draw close to the centre, can pull out the buckle from the button hole, have the convenient technological effect of unbuckling operation.
A preferred embodiment wherein the buckle 351 is a multi-gear adjustment buckle, each gear buckle forms a different sized clamping cavity 40 after mating with the grommet to accommodate different sized catheter securement.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned connection device formed by the buckle and the button hole is only a preferred embodiment, and the above-mentioned connection device may also be in other forms such as an adhesive, a velcro, a bandage, a ribbon, etc. having the same technical effect as the present embodiment.
In a preferred embodiment, the external fixing device of the present embodiment includes at least one external hoop buckle 15, as shown in fig. 7, the external hoop buckle 15 includes a fixed end 151 and an adjusting end 152, and the external fixing frame is provided with a fixing button hole 141 matching the fixed end and an adjusting button hole 142 matching the adjusting end. The purpose of setting up the regulation end is, is suitable for the pipe of more specifications.
Preferably, in this embodiment, an outer fixing portion 14 extending outwards is provided at one side of the outer fixing frame, wherein the outer hoop is snapped onto said outer fixing portion 14. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the external fixing frame in this embodiment includes a base 11 and an upper cover 12 fastened up and down, wherein a skin adhesive layer 13 is provided on the lower surface of the base 11. In this embodiment, a pivot shaft 17 and a shaft sleeve 18 that are matched with each other are disposed between the base 11 and the upper cover 12, and a pivot hole 36 that is matched with the pivot shaft is disposed at an end of the connecting arm. One of the hooping pieces corresponds to two pivoting shafts, and the number of the pivoting shafts is determined according to the number of the hooping pieces.
Of course, the above-mentioned up-and-down fastening of the outer fixing frame is only a preferred embodiment, and the outer fastening member may be a radially multi-piece fastening structure. The outer fixing frame may have a circular ring shape or a square frame shape in the present embodiment.

The catheter ferrule of this embodiment differs from that of the first embodiment in the manner of laterally securing the catheter. As shown in fig. 8, in this embodiment, the edge of the external fixing frame 10 is provided with a fixing notch 60 adapted to the pipeline, and the lateral direction of the catheter is limited by the auxiliary fixing of a pair of ropes 61 or straps arranged opposite to the ends of the notch, and the protruding height of the catheter can be reduced, and the catheter is protected by the external fixing frame. Wherein the width or number of the fixing notches is determined according to the number of the guide pipes.
