Technical Field
The invention relates to a medical appliance, in particular to a surgical appliance for human alimentary tracts, gastrointestinal tracts and the like, and particularly relates to a catheter fixer for postoperative drainage.
Background
Following surgery, such as the digestive tract, gastrointestinal tract, etc., it is often necessary to drain the fluid post-operatively. For example, chinese patent application 201310379014.4 discloses a complete diversion type intestinal fistulization surgical kit, which includes a drainage tube for assisting the healing of sinus and a peripheral fixing ring integrally formed with the drainage tube, and the peripheral fixing ring can be adhered to a stoma chassis to fix the drainage tube. This prior art catheter securement structure is very simple, essentially by adhesively securing the catheter to the stoma chassis via a peripheral securement ring, which is very useful for assisting the healing of the sinus in the short term, but less secure for longer periods of catheter securement.
Chinese patent application 200580003100.9 discloses a self-suturing anchor for a catheter, which is a prior art catheter anchor that secures a catheter by automatically deploying one or more sutures to secure the catheter without requiring a physician to manually secure the catheter to the self-suturing anchor. This prior art catheter securement requires tying the catheter with knotted sutures and once the securement is complete, if the securement is continued after release, the sutures need to be cut and the entire device must be replaced.

The catheter fixing device can ensure that the catheter is kept fixed relative to the skin of a patient, discomfort is avoided, and the catheter falling and pain of the patient caused by traction are prevented. The fixing of the catheter can be released through simple operation in use, so that the water absorbing dressing is convenient to replace.
However, some of the structures of this prior art are still quite complex, the structural components are easily detached and difficult to accurately position, the versatility of the structural design is poor, the description and definition of the straps and the like are quite ambiguous, and the realization thereof is difficult to be abstracted by those skilled in the art, so that further improvements are needed.

Compared with the defects of the prior art, particularly aiming at the problems of complex structure, insecure connection and difficult universality of CN 106806974A, the invention provides an improved structure of a catheter fixer, and the basic operation principles of the catheter fixer and the catheter fixer are the same, and are not described in detail herein. The following description focuses on the improvement of the present invention over this prior art.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic structural view of a catheter holder according to an embodiment of the present invention, which includes a ring-shaped fixing base 21 capable of being fixed by adhesion, and an operation outer ring 24 is mounted on the upper portion of the ring-shaped fixing base 21 in a covering manner, and similar to the prior art, a ring-shaped ratchet 251 is provided on the inner side of the operation outer ring 24, as shown in fig. 2, which shows a bottom upward bottom view of the operation outer ring 24. The annular fixed base 21 is provided with a ratchet locking piece 25 (see fig. 5) which is engaged with the annular ratchet 251.
The annular fixing base 21 extends outwards to form a support 219, the support 219 is provided with a buckle seat 32, and at least one binding clamping strip 31 for binding a drainage tube (not shown in the figure) is inserted into the buckle seat 32 and used for reliably fixing the drainage tube and preventing the drainage tube from being displaced due to pulling. The basic structure of the catheter holder in the external form shown in fig. 1 is substantially the same as CN 106806974a, and the working principle of each specific structure can be understood by those skilled in the art with reference to the prior art, and will not be described further herein.
Fig. 3 shows an exploded perspective view of the catheter holder of fig. 1, in which the operating outer ring 24 of fig. 1 is shown exploded to expose the structure above the annular fixing base 21 covered by the operating outer ring 24. Fig. 4 shows a side view of the annular securing base, in which the middle of the annular securing base 21 is partly sectioned. Fig. 5 shows a further exploded view of the partial structure of fig. 3, with the binding strip 31 and the outer ring 24 of operation removed for clarity of illustration.
Referring to fig. 3-5, the annular stationary base 21 of the present invention is formed by plastic through injection molding, and has a through hole 217 in the middle, a flange 216 extending upward along the through hole 217, a groove 212 (see fig. 4 and 5) provided on the outer periphery of the flange 216, an annular sliding ring 22 snap-fitted to the groove 212 and freely rotatable along the groove 212, the annular sliding ring 22 having a protrusion 225 snap-fitted to the groove 212; at least one flexible hoop strip 23 (three flexible hoop strips 23 arranged at intervals are shown in the specific embodiment of the figure) is connected between the annular fixed base 21 and the annular sliding ring 22, one end of the flexible hoop strip 23 is provided with a fixed plug 231, and the other end is provided with a hanging ring 232; the annular fixing base 21 is provided with a plug hole 211 which can be in press fit with the fixing plug 231; the annular sliding ring 22 is provided with a clamping column 221 which can be in snap fit with the hanging ring 232.
Unlike the prior art, the annular sliding ring 22 of the present invention is formed by connecting two half rings 229 end to end into an integral ring shape and is disposed outside the groove 212 of the annular fixing base 21 in a snap fit manner. Among the prior art, be provided with three rotatory slider along the recess, three rotatory slider though can be through the recess direction, but break away from in the recess very easily, in order to avoid the problem that breaks away from, three rotatory slider need rely on the operation outer loop to carry out the buckle completely, consequently, the top structure that leads to three rotatory slider of prior art is very complicated, and because three rotatory slider can freely move when initial installation, hardly guarantee to be located the recess with three rotatory slider, still aim at the invisible buckle structure in operation outer loop bottom simultaneously, the location is very difficult, the dismouting degree of difficulty is very big.
In the present invention, two half rings 229 are connected end to form an integral ring, so that the two half rings 229 can be connected to form an integral body and locked in the groove 212 before the outer ring 24 is assembled, and the two half rings 229 are connected end to form an integral body, so that the annular sliding ring 22 formed by connecting the two half rings 229 can be ensured not to be separated from the groove 212 even if the outer ring 24 is not assembled. That is, the present invention can perform the catheter fixing operation without operating the outer ring 24 due to the structure that the two half rings 229 are connected end to form an integral ring, and thus the reliability is remarkably improved. Moreover, since the position of the annular sliding ring 22 formed by connecting the two half rings 229 is determined, only a simple snap hole 228 needs to be provided to be inserted into a bayonet 241 (see fig. 2) at the bottom of the operation outer ring 24, so that the operation outer ring 24 can drive the annular sliding ring 22 to rotate when rotating. In fig. 3 and 5, four fastening holes 228 are provided at equal intervals along the annular sliding ring 22, and after two half rings 229 are connected end to end, the relative positions of the three fastening holes 228 are fixed, so that when the operation outer ring 24 is installed, only one locking pin 241 (fig. 2) at the bottom of the operation outer ring 24 is aligned with one fastening hole 228 on the annular sliding ring 22, so that the remaining locking pins 241 are aligned with the other fastening holes 228, and the positioning is very simple and the assembly and disassembly are easy. In the bottom structure of the operating outer ring 24 shown in fig. 2, for the convenience of alignment, twelve equally spaced detents 241 are provided at the bottom of the operating outer ring 24, corresponding to three detent holes 228 provided at equal intervals, twelve equally spaced detents 241 can be aligned with one detent hole 228 using any one detent 241, and necessarily two other detents 241 can be aligned with the remaining two detent holes 228. Compared with the prior art, the structure has great positioning advantages, is very convenient and fast to operate, and can greatly improve the assembly efficiency so as to reduce the production cost.
In addition, since the structure of the present invention in which the two half rings 229 are connected end to form an integral ring can independently perform the operation function, the connection importance of the operation outer ring 24 is greatly reduced, the operation outer ring 24 can be easily disassembled and assembled for maintenance, and the original function is not damaged, so that the top structure of the annular sliding ring 22 is simplified to the form of the individual snap hole 228, the structure is simplified, the mold cost is reduced, and the reliability of the structure is also improved.
Further, the connection portions of the two half rings 229 of the annular sliding ring 22 are designed to have a structure in which the male snap 227 and the female snap 226 are engaged with each other, that is, the male snap 227 and the female snap 226 are respectively provided at the two ends of one half ring 229, correspondingly, the female snap 226 and the male snap 227 are provided at the other half ring 229, and the male snap 227 and the female snap 226 at the two ends of the two half rings 229 can be engaged with each other. During assembly, the two halves 229 of plastic material are pressed against each other in the groove 212, and the male snap 227 of one half pushes open the female snap 226 of the other half and snaps together end to form the annular slider 22 of unitary construction.
In another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the center of the plug hole 211 is located on a first circular arc with a radius R1 on the annular stationary base 21, and the catch 221 is located on a second circular arc with a radius R2 on the annular sliding ring 22, wherein (R1+ R2) is 400-700 times the cross-sectional diameter D of the flexible strap 23. The problem solved by this embodiment is that, since the prior art does not provide the characteristics of the strake at all, it only states that "the strake has flexibility and the strake has rigidity enough to substantially maintain its shape under the action of gravity", and it is impossible for those skilled in the art to implement such a fuzzy description, and those skilled in the art are not clear at all how to maintain the shape of the strake. The inventor of the present application has analyzed that firstly, the flexible strake 23 with certain rigidity and strength needs to be adopted as the strake, secondly, in consideration of the connection operability, the diameter of the flexible strake 23 cannot be too thin, otherwise, the flexible strake 23 exceeds a certain length, the flexible strake 23 cannot maintain the shape, and before the installation and fixation, the flexible strake 23 is too soft and the position cannot be fixed, so that the normal catheter fixation function cannot be realized. In addition, due to the size limitation of the appliance, the diameter of the flexible strap 23 cannot be too thick, otherwise the structure becomes large, and the bending angle is limited due to the excessive rigidity, so that the flow guide pipe cannot be firmly bound. Based on the above analysis, the cross-sectional diameter D of the flexible hoop strip 23 is preferably 0.1 to 0.5 mm, and it may be preferably made of nylon. The length of the corresponding flexible straps 23 is preferably no more than 50-350 mm. However, although the above rough calculation can solve a certain problem, it is actually troublesome for those skilled in the art to perform repeated measurement and calculation for each of the catheter holders of different sizes to determine the installation position where the length of the flexible shroud member 23 is appropriate.
Therefore, the invention creatively provides that, for the structural form of the three flexible straps 23 in the illustrated equal spacing arrangement, as long as the (R1+ R2) is set to be 400-700 times of the cross-sectional diameter D of the flexible straps 23, for any size of catheter holder, the selection of the diameter of the flexible straps 23 or the installation position of the flexible straps 23 can be easily determined. For example, for catheter holders intended for use with small children, the size of the catheter holder cannot be too large, and therefore, the range of (R1+ R2) can be easily determined when designing a catheter holder that is limited in size, and it is only necessary to select the cross-sectional diameter D of the flexible shroud segment 23 within the range of 400 to 700 (R1+ R2) to meet the design requirements and ensure proper and accurate holding operation of the catheter holder of the present invention. For another example, when the size of the drainage tube is large, the cross-sectional diameter D of the flexible strap 23 may be determined in advance because of the requirement of large fixing strength, and at this time, according to the numerical formula, the range of (R1+ R2) may be determined by 400-700 times the diameter D, and then, according to the range of (R1+ R2), various parameter indexes of the catheter fixing device may be easily calculated.
In conclusion, the invention creatively provides a calculation formula (R1+ R2) which is 400-700 times of the cross section diameter D of the flexible hoop strip 23, provides a general index model of design parameters for different application occasions, can well select the corresponding flexible hoop strip for different operation environments no matter what size of catheter fixator is needed, and is convenient to operate and use as long as the characteristic design is followed, so that the design scheme has better universality.
The above provides an improved catheter fixing device for the catheter fixing device of the present invention, especially for the catheter fixing device of CN 106806974a, and especially provides a new structure of the annular sliding ring 22 that is snap-connected into an annular shape, and further provides a generalized design model of parameters for the strakes, which can facilitate the reference design for those skilled in the art.
The operation and operation of the present invention will be fully apparent to those skilled in the art from the above prior art, which is incorporated herein in its entirety as a part of the present invention, as if fully set forth herein.
It should be appreciated by those of skill in the art that while the present invention has been described in terms of several embodiments, not every embodiment includes only a single embodiment. The description is given for clearness of understanding only, and it is to be understood that all matters in the embodiments are to be interpreted as including technical equivalents which are related to the embodiments and which are combined with each other to illustrate the scope of the present invention.
The above description is only an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Any equivalent alterations, modifications and combinations can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and principles of the invention.
