The catheter fixing device can ensure that the catheter is kept fixed relative to the skin of a patient, discomfort is avoided, and the catheter falling and pain of the patient caused by traction are prevented. The fixing of the catheter can be released through simple operation in use, so that the water absorbing dressing is convenient to replace.
However, some of the structures of this prior art are still quite complex, the structural components are easily detached and difficult to accurately position, the versatility of the structural design is poor, the description and definition of the straps and the like are quite ambiguous, and the realization thereof is difficult to be abstracted by those skilled in the art, so that further improvements are needed.

In the bottom structure of the operating outer ring 24 shown in fig. 2, for the convenience of alignment, twelve equally spaced detents 241 are provided at the bottom of the operating outer ring 24, corresponding to three detent holes 228 provided at equal intervals, twelve equally spaced detents 241 can be aligned with one detent hole 228 using any one detent 241, and necessarily two other detents 241 can be aligned with the remaining two detent holes 228. Compared with the prior art, the structure has great positioning advantages, is very convenient and fast to operate, and can greatly improve the assembly efficiency so as to reduce the production cost.

Further, the connection portions of the two half rings 229 of the annular sliding ring 22 are designed to have a structure in which the male snap 227 and the female snap 226 are engaged with each other, that is, the male snap 227 and the female snap 226 are respectively provided at the two ends of one half ring 229, correspondingly, the female snap 226 and the male snap 227 are provided at the other half ring 229, and the male snap 227 and the female snap 226 at the two ends of the two half rings 229 can be engaged with each other.
