Abstract

Description

无需垫圈设置在瓶口的手动分配器
本发明涉及一种手动分配器,它无需垫圈地设置在盛放密度或大或小液体物质的瓶口上,借助一个安装在所述瓶的带螺纹瓶颈上的环形螺母快速固定在瓶口上。
上述手动泵包括一个带止回阀的中空体;一个可与中空体共轴地移动,抵靠一外流按钮的中空杆;一个套在中空杆上,可在中空体内移动,其中形成一个压力腔的活塞;为所述杆和活塞设置的单独的弹性复位装置;一个封闭所述中空体的环形件。
现有技术的分配器有一中空体,其上部在外流按钮附近形成一个边缘,该边缘有一径向扩散,用于借助旋在瓶的带螺纹的颈部上的环形螺母来抵靠在瓶口圈上。在某些实施例中,中空体的上述边缘是平的,其目的是抵靠在一个放在瓶口上的垫圈上。在其它实施例中,中空体的上述边缘有一唇边,其自由端抵靠瓶口圈。
在带有垫圈的实施例中,防止盛在瓶中的密度或大或小的液体物质泄漏的密封是令人满意的,但是,设有垫圈则增大了制造和组装成本。具体来说,垫圈一般是弹性材料制成的,弹性材料不同于构成泵和瓶的塑料,从而引起需分类回收的问题。
在带有槽口唇边的实施例中,密封一般不很令人满意,特别是瓶口圈需要精确加工,其中密封基本是线性的。
但是,上述后一种实施例的问题在于,泵的中空体的径向扩展边缘,其尺寸必须与特定的瓶口配合。但是,市场所能得到的瓶子,即使类型和尺寸相同,在其口部形状上也有尺寸和形状差别,因此,对于各种市售的瓶口尺寸,如果不是需要提供不同的泵,也必须提供不同的泵中空体。
因此,本发明的目的是消除上述缺陷。
具体来说,本发明的目的是无需增设不同的装置如垫圈等,也不必增加制造成本就实现中空体和瓶之间更好的密封。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种分配器,其中空体可设置在范围更广的瓶口尺寸上,从而降低生产成本。
具有权利要求所述特征的本发明解决了无需垫圈将手动分配器设置在盛放密度或大或小液体物质的瓶的瓶口上并通过装在所述瓶的带螺纹瓶颈上的环形螺母快速固定在瓶口上的问题,这种泵包括:一个中空体,它基本呈圆筒形,两端敞口,一个止回阀与第一端相应地设置;一根中空杆,它可与所述中空体共轴地移动,所述杆的一端伸出所述中空体的第二端,抵靠一外流按钮;一个活塞,它套在杆上,可在中空体内移动,中空体的在所述活塞和止回阀之间的内部限定一个压力腔;为所述杆和活塞而设的至少一个弹性复位装置;一个用于封闭所述中空体的第二端的环形件,所述封闭件也用作所述杆的导向装置;其特征在于:所述中空体在其顶部,第二端附近有一回折唇边,回折唇边的横截面呈倒V形,借助其相对于所述中空体向外倾斜的部分和向内倾斜的部分包住瓶颈的瓶口,  部分在其内侧分别与所述瓶口的外圈和内圈圆周接触。
现在通过以下附图中描述性而非限定性的实例详术本发明的一个推荐实施例,  进一步阐明本发明的其它特征和优点。
图1是按照本发明的分配器沿中心纵向半剖的侧视图;
图2是图1的细部A的放大剖视图。
附图中标号1代表按照本发明的手动分配器,它无需垫圈地安装在瓶3的口部2上,通过安装在瓶3的螺纹颈部5上的环形螺母4快速固定在口部2上。
传统上,泵1一般包括一个中空体6,该中空体基本为带有不同直径的圆筒形,两端是敞开的,第一端下文中称为底端7,第二端称顶端8,这种称谓是根据在安装在瓶的口部2上以后相对于瓶3的位置而定的。一止回阀9相应于底端7装配。泵1还包括一个中空杆10,它可共轴地在中空体6中移动。杆10的穿出中空体6的顶端8的端部支承着一个外流按钮11。
中空杆10上套有活塞12,该活塞可随中空体6移动,中空体6在活塞12和止回阀9之间的内部13限定一个压力腔14。
大家熟知,为杆10和活塞12设有螺旋弹簧形式的弹回装置,不过,图中并未画出。其工作原理是公知的,因而不再赘述。为了封闭中空体6的顶端8设有环形件15,该环形件15也用作杆10的导向装置。
按照本发明,泵1的中空体6在其顶端8附近设有回折唇边16,其横截面形状呈倒V形。回折唇边16借助相对于中空体6向外倾斜的第一部分16a和向内倾斜的第二部分16b包住瓶口2。当在瓶口2上安装时,中空体6的回折唇边的部分16a,16b在其内侧分别接触瓶口2的外圈2a和内圈2b。回折唇边16最好具有一个平底部16c,但是该底部也可以是一个锐边(未画出)。
具体来说,向外倾斜的部分16a在外侧有一个相应于环形螺母4的内侧轮廓4a的倾角。回折唇边16的平底部16c用于靠在环形螺母4的内底轮廓4c上。
借助于非限定性的说明,向外倾斜的部分16a的倾角大约为45°,而向内倾斜的部分16b的倾角大约为30°。
上述的本发明可以作多种修改而并不超出本发明的构思范围。另外,  所有零件可以由从技术上讲等同的零件所替代。在实际作法上显然可以进行修改和改进而并不超出权利要求书的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种手动分配器,它无需垫圈地设置在盛放密度或大或小液体的瓶(3)的瓶口(2)上,借助一个装在所述瓶(3)的带螺纹瓶颈(5)上的环形螺母(4)快速固定在瓶口上,这种类型的泵包括:
一个中空体(6),它基本呈圆筒形,泵体两端(7,8)敞口,泵的端部包括第一端(7)和第二端(8);
一个止回阀(9)与第一端(7)相应地设置;
一根中空杆(10),它可与所述中空体(6)共轴地移动,所述杆的一端伸出所述中空体(6)的第二端(8),抵靠一外流按钮(11);
一个活塞(12),它套在杆(10)上,可在中空体(6)内移动,中空体(6)的在所述活塞(12)和止回阀(9)之间的内部限定一个压力腔(14);
为所述杆和活塞而设的弹性复位装置;
一个用于封闭所述中空体(6)的第二端(8)的环形封闭件(15),所述封闭件(15)也用作所述杆(10)的导向装置;
其特征在于:所述中空体(6)在其顶部,第二端(8)附近有一回折唇边(16),回折唇边(16)的横截面呈倒V形,并包住瓶颈(5)的瓶口(2),所述V形横截面包括相对于所述中空体(6)向外倾斜的一个在外的部分(16a)和相对于所述中空体(6)向内倾斜的在内的部分(16b),所述在内部分和在外部分具有分别与所述瓶口(2)的外圈(2a)和内圈(2b)圆周接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于:所述中空体(6)的回折唇边(16)在其向外倾斜的在外部分(16a)和向内倾斜的在内部分(16b)之间有一平底部(16c)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于:所述中空体回折唇边(16)的向外倾斜的在外部分(16a)在其外侧有一个相应于所述环形螺母(4)的内侧轮廓(4a)的倾角。
4.根据权利要求1所述的分配器,其特征在于:所述在外部分(16a)的外侧包括基本呈圆锥形的外表面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的分配器,其特征在于:所述外表面是向内倾斜的。
6.根据权利要求4所述的分配器,其特征在于:所述回折唇边包括基本不变的厚度,所述在内部分(16b)和所述在外部分(16a)构成倒V形横截面的臂,所述臂厚度基本相等。
