背景技术
跌打损伤：在日常生活中对于有些人似乎是家常便饭，泛指人因跌、打、碰、磕等原因所致的软组织损伤，以肿胀、疼痛为主要表现。中医治疗跌打损伤有着几千年的历史，古称“跌打损伤”为诸伤之总论，多因外力作用，或自身姿势不正确的情况下用力过猛而造成的，受伤后，筋肉或损或断，脉络受伤，气血瘀阻，引起疼痛和功能障碍。中医把凡因外力作用于人体而引起的筋骨伤损、瘀血肿痛、气血不和、经络不通以至脏器受损等，统称为跌打损伤，主要临床表现为机体的局部肿胀疼痛，具有发展性而且病程长，如果不及时进行有效的治疗，迁延日久，淤血凝结，局部组织可有增生，粘连，导致局部气血滞涩，筋肉挛缩，疼痛，活动受限，转变为慢性伤病，严重影响患者生活，目前对跌打损伤一般采用的是局部治疗，消肿，止痛为主，急性损伤发生时，临床上一般采用冰敷预防水肿，24小时后选择热敷来加快血液循环，进行组织修复，达到消肿的目的，还需要配合理疗、消炎镇痛药等治疗方法，但康复效果不明显。
蛇虫叮咬：在野外户外工作或游玩时，经常会碰到毒虫或动物类咬伤，例如：蛇，毒锋，蜈蚣等。蛇咬伤后，毒液侵入血液后出现局部及全身症状，轻者局出肿胀、疼痛，重则死亡或肢体残废。蜈蚣，毒锋类伴有局部瘙痒，剧痛，全身症状为恶心，呕吐，淋巴结炎等症状，蛇虫叮咬并且还会对神经系统产生损害，易引起呼吸麻痹、循环衰竭等，很容易影响人的生命安全，目前在治疗此类伤病一般采用2%-5%氨水涂擦，必要时还需采用0.25%普鲁卡西局部封闭来阻止毒性扩散，并配合抗生素和止痛药来预防感染，但效果不甚理想。
水火烫伤：在日常生活中烫伤是很容易发生的意外事件，尤其发生在头面部的烫伤，愈后形成瘢痕，严重影响患者的自信心，对患者心理和生理上造成不可预计的伤害。较轻的烫伤只会引起面颈部的色素沉着，短期内局部充血，中重烫伤会损伤皮肤真皮，或者神经，如果发生在手部，关节等部位，还会对患者生活上造成不便。西医治疗轻度烧伤主要是处理创面和防止局部感染；对大面积重度烧伤，则采取局部治疗和全身治疗并重的原则。烧伤后着重防治低血容量休克，尽快给予输液以恢复血容量，并给予营养支持，纠正酸碱平衡和水电解质紊乱。应用抗生素防治感染，或根据创面脓液细菌培养选用足量敏感的抗生素。对创面处理多采用暴露疗法，局部应用抗菌药物。
重度烧伤多采用切痂植皮术等治疗。但是这些治疗方法只能在医院治疗，患者烫伤后不能及时用药，而错过最佳治疗时间，造成更多痛苦和负担。

本发明的目的是这样实现的，治疗跌打损伤、水火烫伤、蛇虫叮咬的酊剂组分一药物：生川乌2-50，生草乌2-60，生马钱子2-60，北细辛2-60，川芎1-40，川椒1-40，伸筋草1-40，元胡1-60，防风1-30，羌活1-30，独活1-10，洋金花1-50，肉桂1-40，乳香2-40，没药1-20，龙血竭1-50，雪上一支蒿1-30，了哥王1-25，七叶一枝花1-70，胡椒1-40，罂粟壳1-20，胆南星1-30，白芥子3-70，胡椒1-10；组分二药物：薄荷1-20，冰片2-20，樟脑1-50，麝香1-20，蟾酥2-20。
制备方法：将组分一药物加75%酒精3000ML,浸泡30天后加入组分二药物浸泡7天密封备用。
本发明的特点是所制酊剂，组成合理，用药量少，绿色环保，操作简单，止一切疼痛,痒，水火烫伤，蛇虫叮咬，跌打损伤等，疗效显著，毒副作用小，填补国内外空白。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种治疗跌打损伤、水火烫伤、蛇虫叮咬的酊剂组分一药物：生川乌2，生草乌2，生马钱子2，北细辛2，川芎1，川椒1，伸筋草1，元胡1，防风1，羌活1，独活1，洋金花1，肉桂1，乳香2，没药1，龙血竭1，雪上一支蒿1，了哥王1，七叶一枝花1，胡椒1，罂粟壳1，胆南星1，白芥子3，胡椒1；组分二药物：薄荷1，冰片2，樟脑1，麝香1，蟾酥2。
制备方法：将组分一药物加75%酒精3000ML,浸泡30天后加入组分二药物浸泡7天密封备用。
实施例二

制备方法：将组分一药物加75%酒精3000ML,浸泡30天后加入组分二药物浸泡7天密封备用。
实施例三
治疗跌打损伤、水火烫伤、蛇虫叮咬的酊剂组分一药物：生川乌25，生草乌30，生马钱子30，北细辛30，川芎20，川椒20，伸筋草20，元胡30，防风15，羌活15，独活5，洋金花25，肉桂20，乳香20，没药10，龙血竭25，雪上一支蒿15，了哥王12，七叶一枝花35，胡椒20，罂粟壳10，胆南星15，白芥子35，胡椒5；组分二药物：薄荷10，冰片10，樟脑25，麝香10，蟾酥10。
制备方法：将组分一药物加75%酒精3000ML,浸泡30天后加入组分二药物浸泡7天密封备用。

1.治疗跌打损伤、水火烫伤、蛇虫叮咬的酊剂及其制备方法，其特征在于：酊剂组分一药物：生川乌2-50，生草乌2-60，生马钱子2-60，北细辛2-60，川芎1-40，川椒1-40，伸筋草1-40，元胡1-60，防风1-30，羌活1-30，独活1-10，洋金花1-50，肉桂1-40，乳香2-40，没药1-20，龙血竭1-50，雪上一支蒿1-30，了哥王1-25，七叶一枝花1-70，胡椒1-40，罂粟壳1-20，胆南星1-30，白芥子3-70，胡椒1-10；组分二药物：薄荷1-20，冰片2-20，樟脑1-50，麝香1-20，蟾酥2-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述治疗跌打损伤、水火烫伤、蛇虫叮咬的酊剂及其制备方法，其特征在于：制备方法：将组分一药物加75%酒精3000ML,浸泡30天后加入组分二药物浸泡7天密封备用。
