Abstract
本发明公开了一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺,在连蒲双清颗粒制作过程中在制成清膏阶段,将清膏与羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶按照质量比98.5∶1∶0.5混合均匀,加入所需的辅料,制成本发明通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散为试验药。本发明的连蒲双清颗粒具有以下优点:对禽的多种肠道类疾病有显著治疗效果;通过超微粉碎技术、有机萃取技术以及添加助悬剂,使连蒲双清散实现饮水给药,方便快捷。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及动物保健品生产技术领域,尤其涉及兽药提取工艺的中药制剂的生产技术领域。
背景技术
规模化养禽场由于养殖密度大,疾病也较多。以肠道类疾病为例,常见于养禽场的肠道类疾病有大肠杆菌病、沙门氏菌病、禽坏死性肠炎等多种疾病,每年都会给养禽业带来巨大损失。申请人前期研发的针对禽肠道类疾病的纯中药制剂连蒲双清散对于禽多种肠道类疾病有良好治疗效果,并于2016年2月获得农业部颁发的新兽药证书。但是该新兽药在临床使用时只能拌料使用,无法通过饮水给药,如果通过饮水给药,中药溶解度有限,而且会堵塞饮水乳头,在规模化鸡场使用很不方便。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种绿色环保、毒副作用小、安全性高、高效治疗禽肠道类疾病,能溶于水的连蒲双清散的制作工艺。本发明是通过以下方案实现的:
一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺,其成分是由黄连、蒲公英、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶为生产原料,通过中药材超微粉碎、中药材有机萃取、这些制作工艺制作而成。
本发明通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散的制作工艺为:(1)将黄连和蒲公英混合粉碎加工成1000目以上的药粉;(2)将步骤(1)的药粉,与95%的乙醇溶液混合,常温下浸提3h,重复抽滤3次,合并滤液,减压蒸馏挥去乙醇,经过浓缩,制成相对密度1.18-1.25的清膏;(3)将步骤(2)的清膏与羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶按照质量比98.5∶1∶0.5混合均匀,加入所需的辅料,制成本发明通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散。
本发明的连蒲双清颗粒具有以下优点:(1)对禽的多种肠道类疾病有显著治疗效果;(2)通过超微粉碎技术、有机萃取技术以及添加助悬剂,使连蒲双清散实现饮水给药,方便快捷。
具体实施方式
以下是本发明的实施例,本发明的实际使用并不局限于实施例。
实施例一:
一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺:将黄连和蒲公英混合粉碎加工成1000目以上的药粉后与95%的乙醇溶液混合,常温下浸提3h,重复抽滤3次,合并滤液,减压蒸馏挥去乙醇,经过浓缩,制成相对密度1.18-1.25的清膏;将清膏与羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶按照质量比98.5∶1∶0.5混合均匀,加入所需的辅料,制成本发明通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散为试验药。同时按照原有制作工艺制作连蒲双清散为对照药,取对照药和试验药各10克,倒入1000毫升纯净水中充分搅拌,静置1小时后,试验药未出现沉淀,对照药出现沉淀。对照药过滤干燥后称重,重量9.7克,水溶性很差。以上结果可见,新工艺制作的连蒲双清散的水溶性极好,取得了本发明所述的有益效果。
实施例二:
一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺:将黄连和蒲公英混合粉碎加工成1000目以上的药粉后与95%的乙醇溶液混合,常温下浸提3h,重复抽滤3次,合并滤液,减压蒸馏挥去乙醇,经过浓缩,制成相对密度1.18-1.25的清膏;将清膏与羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶按照质量比98.5∶1∶0.5混合均匀,加入所需的辅料,制成本发明通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散为试验药。同时按照原有制作工艺制作连蒲双清散为对照药,取对照药和试验药各10克,倒入1000毫升纯净水中充分搅拌,注入1米长禽饮水专用水线,水线两头密封,饮水乳头朝下静置1小时后,测试水线出水情况,装有试验药的水线一挤压饮水乳头随即正常出水,装有对照药水线反复挤压饮水乳头,有的乳头挤出数滴水,有的乳头没有出水。以上结果可见,新工艺制作的连蒲双清散的水溶性极好,取得了本发明所述的有益效果。
实施例三:
一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺:将黄连和蒲公英混合粉碎加工成1000目以上的药粉后与95%的乙醇溶液混合,常温下浸提3h,重复抽滤3次,合并滤液,减压蒸馏挥去乙醇,经过浓缩,制成相对密度1.18-1.25的清膏;将清膏与羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶按照质量比98.5∶1∶0.5混合均匀,加入所需的辅料,制成本发明通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散为试验药。同时按照原有制作工艺制作连蒲双清散为对照药。2016年5月19日,在广西大学动物科学技术学院试验鸡场,选取50羽7周龄广西麻鸡,人工注入败血型大肠杆菌强毒株,攻毒后24小时将鸡群随机分为2组,其中25羽为对照组,采用对照药进行拌料给药方式进行治疗;另外25羽为试验组,采用试验药进行饮水给药治疗。治疗5天后,对照组死亡3羽,存活的鸭有15羽有严重的下利、喘气、眼炎症状,剖检对照组存活鸡5羽,1羽发现有严重的纤维素性气囊炎、心包炎、肝周炎,2羽发现同时心包炎和肝周炎,2羽发现只有心包炎。试验组在治疗5天后,死亡1羽,存活的鸡有4羽有轻微的下利、喘气、眼炎症状,剖检试验组存活鸡5羽,只有有心包炎3羽,同时有心包炎和肝周炎1羽、气囊炎0羽,取得了本发明所述的有益效果。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,凡依本发明申请专利范围所做的变化和修饰,皆应属本发明的涵盖范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺,其特征是以黄连、蒲公英、羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶为生产原料进行制备。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺,到制成清膏阶段,清膏与羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶的混合比例是按照质量比98.5∶1∶0.5进行混合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种通过饮水给药的连蒲双清散制作工艺,其制作工艺的特征是按照以下流程进行的:
(1)将黄连和蒲公英混合粉碎加工成1000目以上的药粉;
(2)将步骤(1)的药粉,与95%的乙醇溶液混合,常温下浸提3h,重复抽滤3次,合并滤液,减压蒸馏挥去乙醇,经过浓缩,制成相对密度1.18-1.25的清膏;
(3)将步骤(2)的清膏与羧甲基纤维素钠、黄原胶按照质量比98.5∶1∶0.5混合均匀,加入所需的辅料制作而成。
