Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔离防晒组合物,包括紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、镇静舒缓剂的成分,其中,紫外线吸收剂包括白茶提取物、超细纳米钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、水杨酸乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、芦丁中的一种或以上。组合物中添加紫外线吸收剂能吸收紫外线,减少紫外线对肌肤的损伤,添加抗氧化剂能清除自由基,降低氧化损伤,添加镇静舒缓剂能镇静舒缓肌肤,加强防御紫外线的能力,几种成分配合使用,能起到良好的隔离防晒效果,并将其应用在化妆品中能赋予化妆品显著的隔离防晒作用,更好地保护肌肤。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,具体涉及一种隔离防晒组合物。
背景技术
紫外线对人体皮肤有很大的危害,人们口中的“紫外线”实际上还可细分为长波长的UVA,中波长的UVB及短波长的UVC,其中UVC在进入大气层时,已在臭氧层的防护下被隔离,能辐射到地面的只剩UVA和UVB了。UVB只要适当的遮掩即可隔离,它是引起皮肤泛红、发炎及晒伤的主因;UVA会折射进室内,又称为“室内紫外线”,其能深入真皮层,会对胶原、弹力纤维甚至纤维母细胞进行破坏,所以UVA不但是会激发色素合成而使肤色变暗沉,更是造成皮肤老化及细纹产生的主要祸首。皮肤长时间被紫外线照射不仅影响美观,严重时还会造成皮肤癌,因此日常防晒是非常重要的。
现有技术中通过添加紫外吸收剂来吸收紫外线的能量,再以热能或可见光的形式释放出去,从而减少皮肤的伤害,但是很多化学合成紫外吸收剂对皮肤的刺激性大,也有部分透气性差,容易堵塞毛孔,影响汗腺分泌。另外,人们更青睐安全有效,且透气好的产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种隔离防晒组合物,能有效吸收紫外线,并降低氧化损伤,起到良好的隔离防晒效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下的技术方案:
一种隔离防晒组合物,包括如下质量份的组分:
紫外线吸收剂 18~35
抗氧化剂 2.5~7.5
镇静舒缓剂 3~8
其中,紫外线吸收剂包括白茶提取物、超细纳米钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、水杨酸乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、芦丁中的一种或以上。
进一步地,所述的组合物包括如下质量份的组分:
紫外线吸收剂 23.4~32.8
抗氧化剂 3.7~6.4
镇静舒缓剂 4.2~7.3
其中,紫外线吸收剂包括白茶提取物、超细纳米钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、水杨酸乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、芦丁中的一种或以上。
更进一步地,所述的组合物包括如下质量份的组分:
紫外线吸收剂 28.4
抗氧化剂 5.2
镇静舒缓剂 6.1
其中,紫外线吸收剂包括白茶提取物、超细纳米钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、水杨酸乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、芦丁中的一种或以上。
另外,所述抗氧化剂包括黄秋葵花提取物、蜂花粉提取物、橙皮提取物中的一种或以上;
所述镇静舒缓剂包括海藻提取物、薄荷醇乳酸酯、金盏花提取液、金缕梅提取液、积雪草提取物中的一种或以上。
本发明所述的组合物可用于化妆品,如可作为添加剂用于防晒类产品,如防晒霜。
与现有技术相比,本分发明具有的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明的组合物中添加紫外线吸收剂能吸收紫外线,减少紫外线对肌肤的损伤,如白茶提取物具有抗辐射的作用,对紫外线照射引发的氧化损伤具有很好的保护作用,芦丁对紫外线具有极强的吸收作用;添加抗氧化剂能清除自由基,降低氧化损伤,如蜂花粉提取物、橙皮提取物能有效发挥抗氧化作用,抑制氧化,阻止因紫外线照射而导致色素沉积;添加镇静舒缓剂能镇静舒缓肌肤,加强防御紫外线的能力;几种成分配合使用,能起到良好的防晒效果;(2)本发明的组合物安全、透气性好,不仅有良好的防晒效果,还能起到一定的隔离作用,将其应用在化妆品中能赋予化妆品显著的隔离防晒作用,更好地保护肌肤。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
实施例1
隔离防晒组合物的制备:
将28.4克白茶提取物、5.2克蜂花粉提取物、6.1克海藻提取物、60.3克去离子水置于混合器中,搅拌混合均匀,即可得到隔离防晒组合物。
紫外线防护试验:
采用QB/T2410-98《防晒护肤品UVB防晒护肤效果的测定方法—紫外吸光℃法》测定,其相关数据如下表1:

从表1数据可看出实施例1的隔离防晒组合物对紫外线的阻隔率明显高于TiO2、ZnO对紫外线的阻隔率,表明本发明隔离防晒组合物具有优异的抗辐射功效。
抗自由基试验:
一、试验试剂:样品:实施例1所得的隔离防晒组合物a、Vc乙基醚溶液b、去离子水、DPPH(1,1-二甲基苄基苯肼,C18H12O5N6)、无水乙醇。
二、试验方法:
1.准确称取20mg DPPH,用无水乙醇定容于250ml的容量瓶,浓℃为2×104mol/L;
2.取若干试管编号,参照表2添加试剂;

3.混合均匀,室温下(25或水浴25)反应10分钟后,测定517nm波长下的吸光℃值。
4.根据下列方式计算清除率:
清除率(%)=(1-At/A空白)×100%
A空白:空白对照在517nm波长下的吸光℃值;
At:样品在517nm波长下的吸光℃值。
5.以清除DPPH自由基50%的活性物浓℃(RC50)来表征自由基清除剂的功效,抗自由基DPPH自由基活性检测结果见表3。

三、实验结果:结果表明本发明隔离防晒组合物有较强的清除自由基能力,其活性高于维生素C。
实施例2
隔离霜的制备:
按照质量百分数,将3%甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、2%鲸蜡硬脂醇、6%角鲨烷、2.5%聚二甲基硅氧烷、4%辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、1.2%聚丙烯酰胺、0.1%羟苯甲酯、0.1%羟苯丙酯、10%隔离防晒组合物混合投入油相锅加热搅拌至85℃,搅拌溶解完全,将0.02%透明质酸钠、8%甘油、1.8%生育酚、0.5%卡波姆、55.78%去离子水混合加入水相锅中加热搅拌至85℃,搅拌溶解完全,将乳化锅预热至65℃,搅拌速℃50转/分钟,先将水相抽入,再将油相抽入,搅拌30分钟,温℃保持在85℃,降温至45℃加入5%二氧化钛,保温搅拌10分钟,降温至40℃出料。
实施例3
防晒霜的制备:
按照质量百分数,将4%甘油硬脂酸酯、15%羟基硬脂酸乙基己酯、3%山梨坦油酸酯和15%隔离防晒组合物加热至85℃,搅拌至完全溶解,将7%羟乙基脲、0.4%黄原胶、55%去离子水加热到85℃,搅拌至完全溶解,将油相和水相搅拌混匀,再加入0.4%苯氧乙醇和0.2%香精,搅拌混匀,即得防晒霜。
实施例4
防晒测试:
实验动物:取健康的小鼠25只,体重为18~22g,随机分成5组,每组5只小鼠:一组为空白组(不涂防晒霜和隔离霜),一组为对比组1(涂抹市售的隔离霜A),一组为对比组2(涂抹市售的防晒霜B),两组为实验组(分别涂抹实施例2的隔离霜和实施例3的防晒霜)。
实验方法:各组小鼠用0.8%的硫酸钠进行背部脱毛,暴漏6cm×6cm的测试区。涂抹化妆品之前先用温水清洗皮肤,涂抹有防晒霜、隔离霜的小鼠放在阳光模拟实验箱中1h,连续进行3个月,期间及时剃去新长出的鼠毛。最终,利用皮肤黑色素仪测试受试小鼠皮肤黑色素含量MI值,实验结果,见表4:

从表4数据可看出市售的隔离霜A、防晒霜B和实施例2隔离霜、实施例3防晒霜均能降低黑色素MI值,而实施例2隔离霜和实施例3防晒霜防晒效果比市售产品更加显著。

1.一种隔离防晒组合物,其特征在于组分和含量:
紫外线吸收剂 18~35
抗氧化剂 2.5~7.5
镇静舒缓剂 3~8
以上均为质量份;
其中,紫外线吸收剂包括白茶提取物、超细纳米钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、水杨酸乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、芦丁中的一种或以上。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于组分和含量:
紫外线吸收剂 23.4~32.8
抗氧化剂 3.7~6.4
镇静舒缓剂 4.2~7.3
以上均为质量份;
其中,紫外线吸收剂包括白茶提取物、超细纳米钛白粉、纳米氧化锌、水杨酸乙基己酯、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、芦丁中的一种或以上。
3.如权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征在于组分和含量:
紫外线吸收剂 28.4
抗氧化剂 5.2
镇静舒缓剂 6.1
以上均为质量份;

7.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于可用于化妆品。
8.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于可作为添加剂用于防晒类产品。
9.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的组合物,其特征在于可用于防晒霜。
