Abstract

本发明实施例公开了一种光耦合装置，包括：第一光芯片、第二光芯片和光写波导块；所述第一光芯片通过第一耦合方式和所述光写波导块进行耦合，所述第二光芯片通过第二耦合方式和所述光写波导块进行耦合；所述第一光芯片和所述第二光芯片通过所述光写波导块进行光互联。通过以上的技术方案，实现了多种耦合方式的兼容。
