Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种光耦合装置,包括:第一光芯片、第二光芯片和光写波导块;所述第一光芯片通过第一耦合方式和所述光写波导块进行耦合,所述第二光芯片通过第二耦合方式和所述光写波导块进行耦合;所述第一光芯片和所述第二光芯片通过所述光写波导块进行光互联。通过以上的技术方案,实现了多种耦合方式的兼容。
