Abstract

本发明公开一种车辆DPF再生设备,包括火炉、火炉膛、电热炉和DPF安装平台,火炉设置在最下端,火炉上方设置火炉膛,火炉膛的上端面和电热炉的下端面密封连接,DPF安装平台安装在电热炉的上端面,车辆DPF固定在DPF安装平台上。通过火炉、电热炉的组合使得车辆DPF再生设备的能耗大大降低,并且在对车辆DPF的清洁过程中只对内部进行灼烧,而不对外部灼烧。

技术领域
本发明涉及DPF清洁领域,尤其涉及一种车辆DPF再生设备。
背景技术
目前市面上可以采购到的适用于DPF再生用的工业烤箱是把DPF放入烤箱的炉膛中进行加热,从而烧掉DPF中的碳,这种烤箱一方面普遍比较笨重,另一方面,采购的价格比较昂贵,使用的成本比较高昂,再者,这种烤箱的输出功率很大,在一般的市电网络中很难用它。这种烤箱的清洁方式需要将整个DPF投放到其中,对车辆DPF的内部和外部同时进行炙烤,浪费能源。
发明内容
基于以上所述,本申请提供一种车辆DPF再生设备,以解决现有车辆DPF能耗高,价格昂贵的问题。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种车辆DPF再生设备,包括火炉、火炉膛、电热炉和DPF安装平台,所述火炉设置在最下端,火炉的上端面和电热炉的下端面密封连接,DPF安装平台安装在电热炉的上端面,车辆DPF固定在DPF安装平台上。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述火炉与电热炉之间设置有火炉膛,火炉膛下端面设置有用于支撑作用的装置支架。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述电热炉和DPF安装平台之间设置有过渡管。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述过渡管管壁外侧设置有温度传感器,电热炉炉壁外侧设置有温控系统,温度传感器和温控系统电性连接。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述温控系统包括漏电保护器、交流接触器和温度控制器,温度控制器与温度传感器电性连接,漏电保护器与交流接触器电性连接,交流接触器与外界电源相连。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述过渡管与DPF安装平台之间、过渡管与电热炉之间以及电热炉与火炉膛之间均安装有用于密封的法兰。
本发明的有益效果为:通过火炉、电热炉以及DPF安装平台的组合使得车辆DPF再生设备的电耗大大降低,并且在对车辆DPF的清洁过程中只对内部进行灼烧,而不对外部灼烧。

具体实施方式
为使本发明解决的技术问题、采用的技术方案和达到的技术效果更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施例的技术方案作进一步的详细描述。
如图1所示,本实施方式提供一种车辆DPF再生设备,包括有火炉1、电热炉2和DPF安装平台3,火炉1设置在最下端,火炉1的上方设置有电热炉2,火炉1的上端面和电热炉2的下端面连接处设置有法兰4,DPF安装平台3安装在电热炉2的上端面,优选的,DPF安装平台3与电热炉2的连接处设置有法兰4,车辆DPF通过螺栓以及固定装置固定在DPF安装平台的上方。为了避免火炉1设置在最下端承受过大的压力,优选的,我们在火炉1和电热炉2之间安装火炉膛5,火炉膛5的四周设置有装置支架6,同理,火炉1、电热炉2和火炉膛5三者的连接部位安装有法兰4,由于电热炉2有升温的过程,温度没达到是不宜鼓入车辆DPF中,因此在电热炉和DPF安装平台之间加装有过渡管7,在过渡管7上设置有温度传感器8,温度传感器8与设置在电热炉2炉壁上的温度控制器9电性连接,通过温度控制器9检测过渡管7中的温度,在电热炉2的炉壁上还设置有交流接触器10和漏电保护器11,通过交流接触器10和漏电保护器11来保证整个设备的电流通断及安全。

1.一种车辆DPF再生设备,其特征在于,包括火炉、火炉膛、电热炉和DPF安装平台,所述火炉设置在最下端,火炉上方设置火炉膛,火炉膛的上端面和电热炉的下端面密封连接,DPF安装平台安装在电热炉的上端面,车辆DPF固定在DPF安装平台上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆DPF再生设备,其特征在于,所述火炉膛下端面设置有用于支撑作用的装置支架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种车辆DPF再生设备,其特征在于,所述电热炉和DPF安装平台之间设置有过渡管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种车辆DPF再生设备,其特征在于,所述过渡管管壁外侧设置有温度传感器,电热炉炉壁外侧设置有温控系统,温度传感器和温控系统电性连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种车辆DPF再生设备,其特征在于,所述温控系统包括漏电保护器、交流接触器和温度控制器,温度控制器与温度传感器电性连接,漏电保护器与交流接触器电性连接,交流接触器与外界电源相连。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种车辆DPF再生设备,其特征在于,所述过渡管与DPF安装平台之间、过渡管与电热炉之间以及电热炉与火炉膛之间均安装有用于密封的法兰。
