The air pipe 31 on the connecting plate 29 is communicated with a negative pressure device, and the control mechanism 36 controls the opening and closing of a negative pressure pipeline through the electromagnetic valve 41. When the air pipe 31 moves to the paper carrying table under the action of the connecting plate 29, the electromagnetic valve 41 is opened under the action of the control mechanism 36, negative pressure is introduced into the air pipe 31, and the air pipe 31 sucks up paper on the paper carrying table through a suction nozzle at the bottom; when the connecting plate 29 moves to the conveying table 35 under the action of the first rotating wheel 19, the electromagnetic valve 41 is closed under the action of the control mechanism 36, the negative pressure in the air pipe 31 disappears, and the paper falls on the conveying table 35; the connection plate 29 starts to move back under the action of the first wheel 19 to continue the next cycle. The other sprocket at the output end of the second speed reducer 50 drives the rotating shaft IV 40 to rotate through the chain V39, the rotating shaft IV 40 drives the rotating shaft II 24 to rotate through the engagement of the conical gear I21 and the conical gear II 22, the rotation of the rotating shaft II 24 drives the conveying sprocket on the rotating shaft II to rotate, and the rotation of the conveying sprocket drives the stand column on the chain to move, so that the paper on the stand column moves along the length direction of the conveying table 35. The air pipe 31 performs a reciprocating motion, and the paper on the conveying table 35 just moves forward by the distance of one paper feeding unit, that is, the second circulation of the air pipe 31 can realize that the second paper is stacked on the upper part of the first paper, and the process is sequentially performed until the stacking of the required paper is finished, so that the gathering is completed.
The working process of the paper pressing mechanism of the automatic flat paper collating machine is as follows: when the air pipe 31 is positioned right above the paper carrying table to start paper suction, the second connecting rod 27 is positioned at the rightmost end of the first limiting plate 26, the fourth connecting rod 43 is positioned at the rightmost end of the second limiting plate 45, and the spring 44 between the fourth connecting rod 43 and the second connecting rod 27 has a certain stretching amount; then the connecting plate 29 starts to move towards the conveying table 35, because the spring 44 has a certain stretching amount, the fourth connecting rod 43 is fixed at first, when the second connecting rod 27 moves to the position that the paper sucked by the air pipe 31 leaves the paper carrying table, the spring 44 is compressed, the fourth connecting rod 43 swings leftwards under the action of the spring 44, the fifth connecting rod 43 drives the fifth rotating shaft 47 to rotate through the fifth connecting rod 46 and the second rotating wheel 49, the pressing frame 48 rotates anticlockwise under the action of the fifth rotating shaft 47 to press the paper, and the fifth rotating shaft 47 does not rotate after the pressing frame 48 presses the paper, and the spring 44 is compressed. When the suction nozzle starts to move towards the direction of the paper carrying table after the paper is put down on the conveying table 35, the spring 44 has a certain compression amount, so the fourth connecting rod 43 is not moved at first to continuously compress the paper, when the suction nozzle approaches the paper carrying table, the spring 44 gradually generates a pulling force, the fourth connecting rod 43 starts to swing rightwards to drive the pressing frame 48 to rotate clockwise to loosen the paper; when the fourth connecting rod 43 moves to the rightmost end of the second limiting plate 45, the fourth connecting rod 43 stops moving under the action of the second limiting plate 45, the spring 44 generates a certain stretching amount under the action of the second connecting rod 27, the first guide wheel 4 moves to the rightmost end of the first guide rail 30, and the suction nozzle starts to suck paper and continues the next cycle.
Therefore, the automatic flat paper collating machine with the structure can solve the problems of complex structure, higher price and limited collated paper of the existing collating machine.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention and not for limiting it, and although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: it is intended that the technical scheme of the present invention be modified or replaced with equivalents, which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical scheme of the present invention.
