After the ship is undocked, only the gantry crane cart and the upper and lower hoisting trolleys on the gantry crane are hoisted to a dock gate, the gantry crane cart and the upper and lower hoisting trolleys are operated to the original fixed marking position, the middle movable dock gate or the hoisting dock gates on two sides are slowly lowered, after the movable dock gate or the hoisting dock gate on two sides reach the vicinity of the expected installation position, the dock gate is checked and calibrated by a total station, and after the movable dock gate meets the requirement of the installation position precision, the dock gate is lowered, and falls into the installation positioning groove by virtue of the self weight and the guiding positioning device, so that preliminary resetting is completed; the movable dock gate can be propped up and reset by means of the hydraulic pushing device 3 arranged in the dock gate, and the hanging dock gates on two sides can be automatically propped up by means of water pressure after water pressure difference is formed inside and outside the dock gate when water is pumped out of the dock because the gap between the hanging dock gate and the movable dock gate in the middle is small. Therefore, the three-section dock gate can accurately position and reset underwater under the condition that the underwater cannot be seen under the assistance of the prefabricated mark and the positioning of the total station, so that the sealing use requirement is met.
