技术领域
本发明涉及一种包芯纱面料。
背景技术
目前市面上所用的包芯纱面料有涤棉包芯纱，它以涤纶长丝为芯纱，外包棉纤维，还有氨纶包芯纱，它是以氨纶 长丝为芯纱，外包其他纤维制成的纱线；这些常用的包芯纱的弹性、尺寸稳定性较为薄弱，且吸汗力和隔热能力较差，在实际应用时会出现或多或少的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种包芯纱面料，其具有弹性和尺寸稳定性较高的特点，还具有吸汗及隔热功能，其制成的服饰安全性和舒适度，高隔热性能强。
为了达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案是：
一种包芯纱面料，包括芯纱和外包纤维，其中所述芯纱为弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝组合而成的纱线，所述外包纤维由天然丝纤维、隔热基布和金属铝箔经粘合层复合而成；其中弹性涤纶纤维、氨纶丝、天然丝纤维、隔热基布和金属铝箔的质量比为3.3:1.1:13.5:48.4:23.6。
所述弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝通过摆丝摆丝后经针刺机针刺而成。
所述弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝通过摆丝摆丝后还可通过拉伸装置进行拉伸后再通过针刺机进行针刺。
所述弹性涤纶纤维的摆丝器的摆丝速度为氨纶丝的摆丝器的摆丝速度的3倍。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明具有弹性和尺寸稳定性较高的特点，还具有吸汗及隔热功能，其制成的服饰安全性和舒适度，高隔热性能强。

实施例1
一种包芯纱面料，包括芯纱和外包纤维，其中所述芯纱为弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝组合而成的纱线，通过弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝的组合将芯纱的性能进行提升，不仅提高了芯纱强度，还具有较好的弹性和优异的回复性，所述外包纤维由天然丝纤维、隔热基布和金属铝箔经粘合层复合而成；其中弹性涤纶纤维、氨纶丝、天然丝纤维、隔热基布和金属铝箔的质量比为3.3:1.1:13.5:48.4:23.6，天然丝纤维、隔热基布和金属铝箔复合而成的外包纤维不仅对强度进行进一步加强，还具有吸汗及隔热功能，使得制成的服饰安全性和舒适度大幅提高。
所述弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝通过摆丝摆丝后经针刺机针刺而成。
所述弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝通过摆丝摆丝后还可通过拉伸装置进行拉伸后再通过针刺机进行针刺。

1.一种包芯纱面料，其特征在于：包括芯纱和外包纤维，其中所述芯纱为弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝组合而成的纱线，所述外包纤维由天然丝纤维、隔热基布和金属铝箔经粘合层复合而成；其中弹性涤纶纤维、氨纶丝、天然丝纤维、隔热基布和金属铝箔的质量比为3.3:1.1:13.5:48.4:23.6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种包芯纱面料，其特征在于：所述弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝通过摆丝摆丝后经针刺机针刺而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种包芯纱面料，其特征在于：所述弹性涤纶纤维及氨纶丝通过摆丝摆丝后还可通过拉伸装置进行拉伸后再通过针刺机进行针刺。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种包芯纱面料，其特征在于：所述弹性涤纶纤维的摆丝器的摆丝速度为氨纶丝的摆丝器的摆丝速度的3倍。
