本发明公开了一种黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,其特征在于:活性成分由重量份数的以下组分组成:嘧酶胺12‑89份,油菜素内酯0.0001‑0.008份,生长素0.0001‑0.008份,细胞分裂素0.0001‑0.008份。对黄瓜灰霉病防治效果高达95%以上,同时可使黄瓜产量提高15‑35%,用药量少,在作物上的残留少,提高经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种黄瓜灰霉病的防治药剂,属于生物制剂领域。
背景技术
黄瓜在生长过程中容易受到各种病害侵染,长期以来,化学防治是主要防治手段。近年来,由于单一用药和不规范用药,已经导致许多病害产生抗药性,如灰霉病等,已经成为化学防治的一大难题。同时,频繁用药又造成农民用药成本的增加和环境污染的加剧。
嘧酶胺对灰霉病有特效,施药已经能迅速达到植株的花、幼果等部位。其杀菌作用机理独特,具有保护作用和防治作用。但是近年来使用频繁,灰霉病菌已经对其产生较大的抗性,使得产品用量加大,防治效果不理想。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,能显著提高药效,降低用药量,延缓病菌抗性的产生,降低农药成本,提高作物产量,减少作物的农药残留。
为了实现上述第一目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,其特征在于:活性成分由重量份数的以下组分组成:嘧酶胺12-89份,油菜素内酯0.0001-0.008份,生长素0.0001-0.008份,细胞分裂素 0.0001-0.008份。
上述方案中:还包括有机硅增效剂。
优选:所述有机硅增效剂为Silwet L-77。增强药液在植物表面的润湿、粘附及展开能力,从而提高药效。
优选:按照重量份数,所述有机硅增效剂的量为3-6份。
上述方案中:该防治药剂制的剂型为悬浮剂。
本发明中:油菜素内酯是一种新型植物内源激素,是第一个被分离出的具有活性的油菜素甾族化合物(Brassinosteroids,BRs),是国际上公认为活性最高的高效、广谱、无毒的植物内源生长激素。将它与嘧酶胺复配制成一种制剂,具有协同作用,可显著增加防治黄瓜灰霉病的效果。
生长素(吲哚乙酸)用作植物生长刺激素及分析试剂。调节植物的生长,不仅能促进生长,而且具有提高坐果率的作用。
细胞分裂素为促进胞质分裂的物质,促进多种组织的分化和生长。与植物生长素有协同作用。调节植物细胞生长和发育的植物激素。在促进细胞分裂中起活化作用。
本发明所述的黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂的有效成分由嘧酶胺、生长素、细胞分裂素和油菜素内酯混配而成,利用嘧酶胺的杀菌作用和生长素、细胞分裂素以及油菜素内酯的协同作用,增强防病、增产效果,预防和控制黄瓜灰霉病的发生和发展。
本发明在黄瓜灰霉病发病初期施用,第一次喷雾后,间隔一星期左右再喷雾一次。
试验证明它对黄瓜灰霉病防治效果高达95%以上,同时可使黄瓜产量提高 15-35%,用药量少,在作物上的残留少,提高经济效益。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,由重量的以下组分组成:嘧酶胺12份,油菜素内酯0.0001份,生长素0.0001份,细胞分裂素0.0001份,有机硅增效剂Silwet L-77 3份。
通过添加乳化剂6-8份、分散剂4-6份、消泡剂0.5-1份、防冻剂0.2-1 份(甘油)和水配制成农业上可接受的悬浮剂。乳化剂如脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚或三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氯乙烯醚,分散剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙,消泡剂如环氧化豆油。
实施例2
黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,由重量的以下组分组成:嘧酶胺89份,油菜素内酯0.008份,生长素0.008份,细胞分裂素0.008份,有机硅增效剂Silwet L-77 6份。
通过添加乳化剂6-8份、分散剂4-6份、消泡剂0.5-1份、防冻剂0.2-1 份(甘油)和水配制成农业上可接受的悬浮剂。乳化剂如脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚或三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氯乙烯醚,分散剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙,消泡剂如环氧化豆油。
实施例3
黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,由重量的以下组分组成:嘧酶胺78份,油菜素内酯0.002份,生长素0.002份,细胞分裂素0.002份,有机硅增效剂Silwet L-77 4份。
通过添加乳化剂6-8份、分散剂4-6份、消泡剂0.5-1份、防冻剂0.2-1 份(甘油)和水配制成农业上可接受的悬浮剂。乳化剂如脂肪醇聚氯乙烯醚或三苯乙烯基苯酚聚氯乙烯醚,分散剂如十二烷基苯磺酸钙,消泡剂如环氧化豆油。
将本发明实施例1-3制备的药剂用于田间试验,对照组为:市售20%嘧霉胺悬浮剂对照组、市售油菜素内酯、生长素、细胞分裂素的混合物对照组以及空白对照,每组重复三次。
药前调查病情基数、总叶数、病叶数及病叶级数,试验采用常规喷雾法,黄瓜灰霉病发病初期施用,第一次喷雾后,间隔一星期左右再喷雾一次。实施例1-3的制剂稀释1000倍,按照5-8g嘧霉胺/亩喷施。20%嘧霉胺悬浮剂稀释1000倍,每亩16-18g嘧霉胺/亩喷施,油菜素内酯、生长素、细胞分裂素混合物的量按照实施1-3的配方中的量去除嘧霉胺喷施。
通过试验发现,本发明实施例1-3制备的药剂能有效防治黄瓜灰霉病,防效均为95%-98%。对照组20%嘧霉胺悬浮剂的防效仅能达到78%-83%。本发明的防效远高于其他对照组。并且本发明还大大降低了嘧霉胺的使用量,减少了农药残留。
通过田间实验还发现,使用本发明的制剂与嘧霉胺制剂相比,黄瓜产量提高15-35%/亩。油菜素内酯、生长素、细胞分裂素混合物对照组也能使得黄瓜产量提高5-10%。提高了农民的经济效益。
本发明不局限于上述具体实施例,应当理解,本领域的普通技术人员无需创造性劳动就可以根据本发明的构思做出诸多修改和变化。总之,凡本技术领域中技术人员依本发明的构思在现有技术的基础上通过逻辑分析、推理或者有限的实验可以得到的技术方案,皆应在由权利要求书所确定的保护范围内。

1.一种黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,其特征在于:活性成分由重量份数的以下组分组成:嘧酶胺12-89份,油菜素内酯0.0001-0.008份,生长素0.0001-0.008份,细胞分裂素0.0001-0.008份。
2.根据权利要求1所述黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,其特征在于:还包括有机硅增效剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,其特征在于:所述有机硅增效剂为SilwetL-77。
4.根据权利要求3所述黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,其特征在于:按照重量份数,所述有机硅增效剂的量为3-6份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述黄瓜灰霉病防治药剂,其特征在于:该防治药剂制的剂型为悬浮剂。
