Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of pesticide additives, in particular to a pesticide synergistic additive and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the difficulty and the investment for developing new drugs are gradually increased, and how to improve the effect of the existing drugs is always the key point of research. The low effective utilization rate of the pesticide is a main factor for reducing the effect of the pesticide, and the main factor for causing the low effective utilization rate of the pesticide has two aspects: on one hand, the pesticide drops are difficult to wet on the surface of the target and bounce and roll off, so that the loss rate of the pesticide is high, and on the other hand, the pesticide agent is difficult to permeate into the target or target plants to reach effective lethal concentration, so that the utilization rate of the pesticide is low.
Researches find that a compact wax layer exists on the surfaces of plant leaf surfaces and harmful organisms, and is a main factor causing pesticide liquid drops to slide and permeate on the target surface without being easily wetted. In response to the above problems, researchers have developed functional aids to improve the wetting and permeation properties of medical solutions.
The vegetable oil synergist is a synergistic aid with the highest development and utilization rate, and is composed of vegetable oil and a surfactant, so that the wetting and adhesion performance of a liquid medicine on a target or a target plant can be improved, the drying time is prolonged, and meanwhile, the vegetable oil can dissolve a wax layer on the surface of the target and a target crop, so that the permeability of the medicine on the target or the target plant can be improved. However, vegetable oils have the following disadvantages: the cost of part of vegetable oil is high, such as sunflower oil, corn oil and the like; secondly, the density of the vegetable oil is low, and the deposition of the fog drops is not facilitated in the drifting process of the fog drops; thirdly, the vegetable oil has complex and variable components, the performance of the vegetable oil is not as stable as that of an organic solvent, and the vegetable oil is easily influenced by plants from different sources and storage and transportation conditions, so that the performance of the product is unstable, and the popularization and the application of the vegetable oil additive are limited to a certain extent.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a pesticide synergistic auxiliary and a preparation method thereof, aiming at making up the defects of the prior art and solving the problems that the vegetable oil synergistic auxiliary in the prior art is not favorable for droplet deposition, has unstable performance, is easily influenced by plants from different sources and storage and transportation conditions and has high cost.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a synergistic assistant for agricultural chemicals is prepared from vegetable oil or esterified vegetable oil, glycol diacetate, emulsifier and penetrant.
Preferably, the vegetable oil is selected from one or more of soybean oil, peanut oil, corn oil, cottonseed oil, palm oil and coconut oil.
Preferably, the weight ratio of the vegetable oil or the esterified vegetable oil, the glycol diacetate, the emulsifier and the penetrant is 60-100:20-70:20-50: 1-4.
Preferably, the emulsifier is an anionic surfactant and/or a nonionic surfactant.
Further, the emulsifier is selected from one or more of alkylphenol ethoxylates, styrylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, alkylaryl phenol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate, castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, alkylbenzene sulfonate, di-sec-octyl maleate sodium sulfonate, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, sorbitan fatty acid polyoxyethylene ether, sodium dodecyl sulfate and calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Further, the emulsifier is a mixture of castor oil polyoxyethylene ether, fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the castor oil polyoxyethylene ether to the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether to the calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 1-200:1-200: 10.
Preferably, the penetrant is oily azone and/or copper rosinate. More preferably oily azone.
The preparation method of the pesticide synergistic auxiliary agent comprises the steps of sequentially adding vegetable oil or esterified vegetable oil, an emulsifier and a penetrant, stirring to be transparent at the temperature of 40-70 ℃, adding ethylene glycol diacetate, continuously stirring for 0.5-2 hours at the temperature of 40-70 ℃, and cooling to obtain the pesticide synergistic auxiliary agent.
According to the preparation method of the pesticide synergistic additive, heating is needed in the preparation process, and the pesticide synergistic additive is added in sequence according to the sequence, otherwise turbidity and even precipitation can occur, and the synergistic effect is reduced.
The pesticide synergistic auxiliary agent is used in pesticides and bactericides.
The pesticide synergistic auxiliary agent is used in an insecticide for preventing and treating piercing-sucking mouthpart pests or a bactericide for preventing and treating fungal diseases.
The pesticide synergistic auxiliary agent is added in a mass ratio of 0.01-5% of the amount of the sprayed pesticide liquid during spraying operation.
The pesticide synergistic auxiliary agent is used for the following neonicotinoid insecticides, and has particularly remarkable synergistic effect: imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, thiacloprid, clothianidin, nitenpyram, dinotefuran and acetamiprid.
The prevention and control objects of imidacloprid, thiamethoxam, thiacloprid, clothianidin, nitenpyram, dinotefuran and acetamiprid are mainly sucking mouthpart pests.
The pesticide synergistic additive is used in the following bactericides, and has particularly remarkable synergistic effect:
triazole fungicides (e.g., fenbuconazole, epoxiconazole, tebuconazole, hexaconazole, propiconazole, prothioconazole, difenoconazole, diniconazole, etc.); strobilurin fungicides (such as azoxystrobin, phenoxy kresoxim-methyl, kresoxim-methyl and pyraclostrobin); succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor fungicides (such as carboxin, flutolanil, furametpyr, thifluzamide, boscalid, penthiopyrad, isopyrazam, fluxapyroxad, bixafen, epoxiconazole, fluopyram).
The pesticide synergistic auxiliary of the invention can be used for controlling plant pathogenic fungi in crop protection. Have significant efficacy against a broad spectrum of phytopathogenic fungi including members of the classes Plasmopara, Peronospora (synonym Oomycetes), Chytridiomycetes, Zygomycetes, Ascomycetes, Basidiomycetes and Deuteromycetes (synonym incomplete fungi). And can effectively prevent and treat diseases caused by the pathogens, including: botrytis cinerea caused by botrytis cinerea, powdery mildew caused by powdery mildew, sclerotinia sclerotiorum, leaf mold caused by tomato leaf mold, rust disease caused by puccinia, rice blast caused by rice blast fungus and cladosporium cucumerinum caused by cladosporium.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the glycol diacetate is compounded with vegetable oil or esterified vegetable oil to improve the performance of the vegetable oil synergist. The addition of ethylene glycol diacetate in the invention obviously enhances the solubilization of the vegetable oil or esterified vegetable oil, can improve the solubility of the wax layer on the surface of the target, destroys the structure of the wax layer and improves the penetration rate and the permeability of the pesticide.
2. The ethylene glycol diacetate in the invention is colorless transparent liquid, has aromatic ester flavor, the boiling point is 191 +/-2 ℃, and the relative density is 1.1060 g/mL; namely, the ethylene glycol diacetate is not easy to volatilize, can prolong the drying time of the liquid medicine and promote the penetration of the medicine; moreover, ethylene glycol diacetate increases the weight of the fog droplets, making them more likely to settle on the surface of the plant.
3. Compared with a simple surfactant, the invention can obviously reduce the surface tension of pesticide liquid, and simultaneously can ensure that the particle size distribution of pesticide liquid drops is more uniform in the atomization process and the pesticide liquid drops are better wetted and spread on the surface of plants.
4. The pesticide synergistic additive can obviously enhance the wetting, spreading and penetrating abilities of pesticide liquid, improve the deposition amount of liquid fog drops on the surface of plants, obviously improve the control effect of pesticides, reduce the pesticide application times, lighten the environmental burden and obviously improve the economic benefit and the social benefit.
