本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种交联聚乙烯绝缘金属屏蔽变频电力电缆,包括一根主电缆、与主电缆绞合的若干股副电缆,所述的主电缆与副电缆的电缆芯均为铝合金导体,所述的铝合金导体外部挤包有绝缘屏蔽层,所述的绝缘屏蔽层的外部挤包有钢带屏蔽层;所述的副电缆的外部挤包有聚丙烯带隔离层,所述的聚丙烯带隔离层的外部挤包有用于提供缓冲的数层无纺布层,所述的无纺布层外部挤包有钢带铠装层,所述的钢带铠装层外部挤包有可防水抗高温的交联聚乙烯护套,使用交联聚乙烯作为护套,相对于普通聚乙烯,提高耐环境应力开裂性和抗蠕变性,增加了使用寿命;聚丙烯带隔离层的横截面设置为三角状,提供电缆内部稳定并保障电缆内不发生位移。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体是一种交联聚乙烯绝缘金属屏蔽变频电力电缆。
背景技术
近年来我国大力建设国家电力和通信网络,从便于施工的大城市到环境恶劣且偏远的小山村,电缆需要面对的不仅是高山峭壁,还有高温炎热以及外界干扰,由于上述问题,电缆的利用率极低,因此,需要对现有电缆进行革新,研发出适用于大环境下的电力电缆。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出一种交联聚乙烯绝缘金属屏蔽变频电力电缆。
一种交联聚乙烯绝缘金属屏蔽变频电力电缆,包括一根主电缆、与主电缆绞合的若干股副电缆,所述的主电缆与副电缆的电缆芯均为铝合金导体,所述的铝合金导体外部挤包有绝缘屏蔽层,所述的绝缘屏蔽层的外部挤包有钢带屏蔽层;所述的副电缆的外部挤包有聚丙烯带隔离层,所述的聚丙烯带隔离层的外部挤包有用于提供缓冲的数层无纺布层,所述的无纺布层外部挤包有钢带铠装层,所述的钢带铠装层外部挤包有可防水抗高温的交联聚乙烯护套,所述的副电缆上的聚丙烯带隔离层的横截面设置为可提供稳定并保障电缆内不发生位移的三角状。
所述的主电缆的电缆芯与绝缘屏蔽层之间、副电缆的电缆芯与聚丙烯带隔离层之间、无纺布层与主电缆和副电缆之间均设置有用于提供缓冲减少冲击力并提供填充功能的填充绳。
所述的主电缆的电缆芯是副电缆的电缆芯的两倍,电力电缆采用多芯绞合紧压结构。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明使用交联聚乙烯作为护套,相对于普通聚乙烯,本发明的交联聚乙烯不仅提高了耐热性、耐磨性、机械强度,而且提高了耐环境应力开裂性和抗蠕变性,增加了使用寿命;设置绝缘屏蔽层和钢带屏蔽层,使得本发明的电力电缆具有较高水平的抗电磁及辐射的能力,供电品质优良;聚丙烯带隔离层的横截面设置为三角状,可提供电缆内部稳定并保障电缆内不发生位移。

如图1所示,一种交联聚乙烯绝缘金属屏蔽变频电力电缆,包括一根主电缆、与主电缆绞合的若干股副电缆,所述的主电缆与副电缆的电缆芯均为铝合金导体5,所述的铝合金导体5外部挤包有绝缘屏蔽层8,所述的绝缘屏蔽层8的外部挤包有钢带屏蔽层3;所述的副电缆的外部挤包有聚丙烯带隔离层4,所述的聚丙烯带隔离层4的外部挤包有用于提供缓冲的数层无纺布层1,所述的无纺布层1外部挤包有钢带铠装层2,所述的钢带铠装层2外部挤包有可防水抗高温的交联聚乙烯护套7。
所述的主电缆的电缆芯与绝缘屏蔽层8之间、副电缆的电缆芯与聚丙烯带隔离层4之间、无纺布层1与主电缆和副电缆之间均设置有用于提供缓冲减少冲击力并提供填充功能的填充绳6。
所述的副电缆上的聚丙烯带隔离层4的横截面设置为可提供稳定并保障电缆内不发生位移的三角状。

1.一种交联聚乙烯绝缘金属屏蔽变频电力电缆,包括一根主电缆、与主电缆绞合的若干股副电缆,其特征在于:所述的主电缆与副电缆的电缆芯均为铝合金导体(5),所述的铝合金导体(5)外部挤包有绝缘屏蔽层(8),所述的绝缘屏蔽层(8)的外部挤包有钢带屏蔽层(3);所述的副电缆的外部挤包有聚丙烯带隔离层(4),所述的聚丙烯带隔离层(4)的外部挤包有用于提供缓冲的数层无纺布层(1),所述的无纺布层(1)外部挤包有钢带铠装层(2),所述的钢带铠装层(2)外部挤包有可防水抗高温的交联聚乙烯护套(7),所述的副电缆上的聚丙烯带隔离层(4)的横截面设置为可提供稳定并保障电缆内不发生位移的三角状。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种交联聚乙烯绝缘金属屏蔽变频电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的主电缆的电缆芯与绝缘屏蔽层(8)之间、副电缆的电缆芯与聚丙烯带隔离层(4)之间、无纺布层(1)与主电缆和副电缆之间均设置有用于提供缓冲减少冲击力并提供填充功能的填充绳(6)。
