Abstract

本发明提供一种用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置，包括：原始数据库，用于存储用户的原始数据记录；存储器，用于存储敏感数据；输入装置，与存储器连接，用于向存储器中输入敏感数据；处理器，与存储器以及与原始数据库相连，用于在原始数据库中挖掘与存储器中的敏感数据相匹配的数据，并对这些相匹配的数据进行隐私标记；保护服务器，与处理器相连，用于接收原始数据库中的被进行了隐私标记的数据，而将这些数据保护起来，拒绝外界访问；普通服务器，与处理器相连，接收原始数据库中的未被隐私标记的数据，允许外界访问这些数据。本发明的隐私保护装置能够通过不断调整敏感数据的等级，根据形式的变化对各种隐私数据进行不同级别的保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及数据挖掘装置，特别是关于用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置。
背景技术
由于因特网上自动化系统产生的大量消费者数据，今年来隐私保护数据挖掘技术已经称为一个重要的话题。万维网上电子商务的增殖导致有关使用者的交易信息和个人信息大量的存储。另外，硬件技术的发展也导致在日常生活中个人交易信息追溯的可行性。
例如，使用信用卡进行的简单交易可以导致系统对使用者购买行为信息的自动存储。在很多时候，使用者不愿意提供这样的个人数据除非其隐私权得到保护。因此，为了确保有效的数据收集，设计一种可以有效进行隐私保护的数据挖掘技术的装置很重要。
然而，近年来已经出现相当数量的聚焦隐私保护数据收集和数据挖掘的装置，这些装置都假定不同实体保护水平的同质性，不能有效进行隐私保护。
因此，对隐私保护数据挖掘技术装置的改良的需求非常大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有效实现隐私保护的数据挖掘装置。
本发明提供了一种用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置，其中包括：
原始数据库，用于存储用户的原始数据记录；
存储器，用于存储敏感数据；
输入装置，其与所述存储器连接，用于向所述存储器中输入敏感数据；
处理器，其与所述存储器以及与所述原始数据库相连，用于在所述原始数据库中挖掘与所述存储器中的敏感数据相匹配的数据，并对这些相匹配的数据进行隐私标记；
保护服务器，其与所述处理器相连，用于接收所述原始数据库中的被进行了隐私标记的数据，而将这些数据保护起来，拒绝外界访问；
普通服务器，其与所述处理器相连，用于接收所述原始数据库中的未被隐私标记的数据，允许外界访问这些数据。
进一步，本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，所述保护服务器包括：A级保护服务器、B级保护服务器和C级保护服务器，分别用于存储所述原始数据库中的不同隐私标注等级的数据。
本发明的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置能够通过对敏感信息分级，而对隐私数据分级别保护，并且能够随着情况的变化，而调整隐私数据的保护级别。

下面结合附图1对本发明做进一步的详细说明，以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。

本发明的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中包括：原始数据库，用于存储用户的原始数据记录。原始数据库是指原始收集到的数据组成的集合，其中的内容随着收集数据的变化而变化。
用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中还包括存储器，其用于存储敏感数据。敏感数据是与隐私相关的数据，例如可以是一些敏感词汇，也可以是一些特定格式的数据，例如长度与银行卡号相当的字符串等。
用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中还包括输入装置，其与所述存储器连接，用于向所述存储器中输入敏感数据。敏感数据可能会随着外部情况的变化而发生变化，因此需要输入新的敏感数据，或者删除原有的敏感数据。
用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中还包括处理器，其与所述存储器以及与所述原始数据库相连，用于在所述原始数据库中挖掘与所述存储器中的敏感数据相匹配的数据，并对这些相匹配的数据进行隐私标记。通过在原始数据库中挖掘与敏感数据匹配的数据，可以找到隐私数据，并且为了便于对隐私数据进行管了，需要对隐私数据进行标注。
用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中还包括保护服务器，其与所述处理器相连，用于接收所述原始数据库中的被进行了隐私标记的数据，而将这些数据保护起来，拒绝外界访问。这种拒绝通常是有条件的拒绝，而且可以根据条件的苛刻程度，区分不同的保护等级。
普通服务器，其与所述处理器相连，用于接收所述原始数据库中的未被隐私标记的数据，允许外界访问这些数据。这些数据相当于不涉及隐私的数据。
本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，还包括注册模块，其与所述原始数据库相连，用于向原始数据库中录入信息数据。
本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，还包括所述存储器中存储的敏感数据包括地址、电话、银行卡号、密码等。
本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，所述存储器中的敏感数据按照其敏感程度分有敏感等级，所述处理器根据所述敏感等级对所述原始数据库中的相匹配的数据进行等级隐私标注。例如分成A、B、C三个敏感等级，这样相应地也将原始数据库中的相匹配的数据分成A、B、C三个等级的隐私。
本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，所述输入装置中还包括等级输入器，用于在输入敏感数据的同时，对各敏感数据标注等级。
本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，所述存储器中还包括等级修改模块，用于对所述存储器中的敏感数据进行敏感等级批量修改。例如，当一类数据的敏感性随着环境的变化而有所降低时，可以将这类或这些类数据的敏感等级从B级降低到C级，甚至删除这类敏感数据，使之成为普通数据。
本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，所述保护服务器包括：A级保护服务器、B级保护服务器和C级保护服务器，分别用于存储所述原始数据库中的不同隐私标注等级的数据。
本发明所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置中，所述A级保护服务器的保护级别最高，所述B级保护服务器的保护级别次之，而所述C级保护服务器的保护级别最低。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上，但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用，它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域，对于熟悉本领域的人员而言，可容易地实现另外的修改，因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下，本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的图例。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置，其特征在于，包括：
原始数据库，用于存储用户的原始数据记录；
存储器，用于存储敏感数据；
输入装置，其与所述存储器连接，用于向所述存储器中输入敏感数据；
处理器，其与所述存储器以及与所述原始数据库相连，用于在所述原始数据库中挖掘与所述存储器中的敏感数据相匹配的数据，并对这些相匹配的数据进行隐私标记；
保护服务器，其与所述处理器相连，用于接收所述原始数据库中的被进行了隐私标记的数据，而将这些数据保护起来，拒绝外界访问；
普通服务器，其与所述处理器相连，用于接收所述原始数据库中的未被隐私标记的数据，允许外界访问这些数据。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于隐私保护的数据挖掘装置，其特征在于，所述保护服务器包括：A级保护服务器、B级保护服务器和C级保护服务器，分别用于存储所述原始数据库中的不同隐私标注等级的数据。
