The second pump 45 pumps enough cleaning liquid from the cleaning bottle 41, and the cleaning liquid flows through the second pipe 44, enters the overflow funnel 11, and is discharged from the overflow hole 111 and the second urine outlet pipe 14 into the drainage pipe 60, so as to clean the overflow funnel 11, the overflow hole 111 and the second urine outlet pipe 14. Starting the linear motor 26 to drive the overflow hopper 11 to vertically move upwards so that the urine absorption needle 16 is immersed into the cleaning liquid in the overflow hopper 11 to clean the outer surface of the urine absorption needle 16; after the overflow hopper 11 moves downwards and is reset, the second valve 131 is opened, and the cleaning liquid in the overflow hopper 11 flows through the first urine outlet pipe 13 and enters the sewage discharge pipe 60 to clean the first urine outlet pipe 13 and the second valve 131. After the cleaning liquid in the overflow tank 11 is drained, the second valve 131 is closed, and the urine test is completed after the cleaning is completed.

Claims (8)
1. A urine test device characterized by: comprises an overflow funnel, a urine inlet pipe, a first urine outlet pipe, a second urine outlet pipe, an injection pump and a urine suction needle;
the overflow hopper is provided with an upward opening and an overflow hole; the overflow funnel is connected with the urine inlet pipe; the bottom of the overflow hopper is connected with a drain pipe through a first urine outlet pipe; the overflow hole is connected with a sewage discharge pipe through the second urine outlet pipe;
a valve is arranged on the first urine outlet pipe;
the second urine outlet pipe is provided with an inductor to acquire a urine overflow signal; opening the first valve, closing the second valve, enabling urine of a detected person to enter the overflow hopper from the urine inlet pipe, enabling the urine to flow through the second urine outlet pipe from the overflow hole and enter the drain pipe when the height of the urine in the overflow hopper reaches the position of the overflow hole, enabling the urine to sense an urine overflow signal through the second urine outlet pipe by the sensor, closing the first valve, opening the second valve, enabling the urine in the overflow hopper to flow through the first urine outlet pipe and enter the drain pipe; opening the first valve again and closing the second valve;
the injection pump is fixedly connected on the base and is connected with the urine sucking needle through a hose;
the urine sucking needle and the overflow hopper move relatively in the vertical direction, the urine sucking needle sucks urine under the action of the injection pump, and residual urine is discharged into the overflow hopper after urine titration is carried out along the horizontal direction.

A urine test device according to claim 1, wherein: the device also comprises a linear motor; the fixed end of the linear motor is fixedly connected with the base, and the output end of the linear motor is fixedly connected with the overflow hopper so as to drive the overflow hopper to vertically move relative to the urine suction needle.
3. A urine test device according to claim 1, wherein: the test paper box also comprises a screw rod, a screw rod nut, a first motor, a sliding frame, a sliding rail, a scanning component and a test paper strip;
the screw rod is arranged on the base, a screw rod nut is sleeved on the screw rod, and the screw rod is driven to rotate by a first motor fixedly connected with the base;
the urine suction needle and the scanning component are fixedly connected with the sliding frame, and the sliding frame is fixedly connected with the screw rod nut and is arranged on a sliding rail horizontally arranged on the base in a sliding manner;
the first motor is driven, and the screw nut drives the sliding frame to move along the sliding rail, so that the urine suction needle and the scanning component move back and forth along the direction of the test paper strip.

A urine test device according to claim 3, wherein: the test paper box also comprises a test paper roll and a test paper bin; the test paper strips are arranged on the test paper roll at intervals along the conveying direction, and the surface of the test paper roll is covered with a thin film for sealing the test paper strips;
the test paper bin is an open test paper bin, a film tearing wheel and a rolling wheel are arranged in the test paper bin, and an external spline for driving the film tearing wheel and the rolling wheel is arranged outside the test paper bin;
the test paper roll is arranged in the test paper bin, and the film tearing wheel and the test paper roll rotate in opposite directions and are used for tearing off a film covering the test paper; the winding wheel and the test paper roll rotate in the same direction and are used for recovering the backing material from the test paper roll and the test paper on the backing material;
the film tearing wheel and the rolling wheel are driven to rotate through the external spline, so that the test strip can move to the lower part of the motion track of the urine sucking needle and the scanning component along the direction vertical to the test strip direction after the film is torn off.

A urine test device according to claim 4, wherein: the device also comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel, a belt and a second motor; the driving wheel and the driven wheel are arranged on the base and are connected through a belt; the driving wheel is driven by a second motor fixedly arranged on the base; the driven wheel is provided with an internal spline matched with the external spline; and driving a second motor to enable the external spline to drive the film tearing wheel and the rolling wheel to rotate.
6. A urine test device according to claim 4, wherein: still include the color comparison piece, the color comparison piece set up on the test paper storehouse, supply the scanning part to scan the comparison.
7. A urine test device according to claim 1, wherein: the cleaning device also comprises a cleaning bottle and a first pipeline; the first pipeline is provided with a first liquid pump, and the cleaning bottle is connected with the urine sucking needle through the first pipeline.
