技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯泡,特别涉及一种具有散热结构的灯泡。
背景技术
常见的灯盘包括外面的玻璃体以及灯丝,比较少有散热结构。对于大功率的灯泡,不能散热会使得灯泡的使用寿命降低。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有散热结构的灯泡,散热结构不同于以往的上扇下片的结构,将片提到上面,具有良好的散热效果。
本发明具体的技术方案如下:
一种具有散热结构的灯泡,所述灯泡包括LED灯圈2、电路结构5、遮光壳3;
所述遮光壳3位半球形的中空壳体,所述中空壳体的一端设有开口32,另一端设置有穿孔33,所述穿孔33可吊接在房顶;所述遮光壳上设置有一圈出风孔34;
所述电路结构5设置在所述中空壳体中,具有接电部51;
其特征在于,所述灯泡还包括散热结构,所述散热结构包括风扇4和散热器1;所述风扇4设置于所述电路结构5下方且连接所述电路结构,所述散热器设置于所述风扇下方,所述LED灯圈设置于所述风扇下方。
进一步地,所述散热器包括一基座11和结合件12;所述基座11上设置有进风口111和固定部112,所述固定部用于连接处于散热器下方的风扇;所述结合件12设置于所述基座11的外周边。
进一步地,所述基座具有座板11a,所述座板11a的外周缘形成环墙11b;所述固定部为形成于该环墙的内侧的数个固定柱。
进一步地,所述结合件12具有结合环圈12a,该结合环圈12a以数个连接肋12b连接所述环墙11b。
进一步地,所述遮光壳3和所述散热器1结合于所述结合件12。
通过上述结构,灯泡具有良好的散热效果。

进一步地,所述散热器包括一基座11和结合件12;所述基座11上设置有进风口111和固定部112,所述固定部用于连接处于散热器下方的风扇;所述结合件12设置于所述基座11的外周边。
进一步地,所述基座具有座板11a,所述座板11a的外周缘形成环墙11b;所述固定部为形成于该环墙的内侧的数个固定柱。
进一步地,所述结合件12具有结合环圈12a,该结合环圈12a以数个连接肋12b连接所述环墙11b。
进一步地,所述遮光壳3和所述散热器1结合于所述结合件12。
通过上述结构,灯泡具有良好的散热效果。

所述遮光壳位半球形的中空壳体,所述中空壳体的一端设有开口,另一端设置有穿孔,所述穿孔可吊接在房顶;所述遮光壳上设置有一圈出风孔;
所述电路结构设置在所述中空壳体中,具有接电部;
其特征在于,所述灯泡还包括散热结构,所述散热结构包括风扇和散热器;所述风扇设置于所述电路结构下方且连接所述电路结构,所述散热器设置于所述风扇下方,所述LED灯圈设置于所述风扇下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有散热结构的灯泡,其特征在于,所述散热器包括一基座和结合件;所述基座上设置有进风口和固定部,所述固定部用于连接处于散热器下方的风扇;所述结合件设置于所述基座的外周边。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种具有散热结构的灯泡,其特征在于,所述基座具有座板,所述座板的外周缘形成环墙;所述固定部为形成于该环墙的内侧的数个固定柱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有散热结构的灯泡,其特征在于,所述结合件12具有结合环圈,该结合环圈以数个连接肋连接所述环墙。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种具有散热结构的灯泡,其特征在于,所述遮光壳3和所述散热器1结合于所述结合件12。
