Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热保温活动板房,属房屋建筑技术领域,该活动板房包括有墙体板和房顶板,还有一个集热水池;所述墙体板和所述房顶板围护的屋内设有温度传感器、湿度传感器;所述房顶板上设有为所述集热水池提供热源的太阳能集热器;所述墙体板包括有外层板和内层板,所述外层板与所述内层板之间设有与所述集热水池构成热循环单元的U型管;所述集热水池与所述U型管之间设有通过变频器控制的热泵;所述温度传感器、所述湿度传感器的信号输出端分别与所述变频器的信号反馈输入端串联接电源,所述变频器的信号输出端与驱动所述热泵的泵电机电连接。本发明可以解决现有活动板房存在的隔热保温性差,舒适性差的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及房屋建筑技术领域,尤其是一种隔热保温的活动板房。
背景技术
活动板房是一种以轻钢为骨架,以夹芯板为围护材料,可进行组装和拆卸的房屋。现有的一种活动板房,包括通过底脚螺栓固定在地面上的角柱和边柱,所述角柱和边柱上设有通过固定螺栓可拆卸的房梁,房梁上架设有房顶板;角柱和边柱之间设有墙体板,墙体板上开设有门和窗;这种活动板房由于其房顶和墙体均是用可拆卸的夹芯板构成,结构较简单,其隔热保温性存在有局限性,室内舒适度较差,尤其在寒冷的冬天,不适宜人们居住,因此,怎样生产出一种具有隔热保温功能的活动房是本领域的技术人员急待解决的新问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种隔热保温活动板房,该隔热保温活动板房可以解决现有活动板房存在的隔热保温性差,舒适性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种隔热保温活动板房,包括有墙体板和房顶板,还有一个集热水池;所述墙体板和所述房顶板围护的屋内设有温度传感器、湿度传感器;所述房顶板上设有为所述集热水池提供热源的太阳能集热器;所述墙体板包括有外层板和内层板,所述外层板与所述内层板之间设有与所述集热水池构成热循环单元的U型管;所述集热水池与所述U型管之间设有通过变频器控制的热泵;所述温度传感器、所述湿度传感器的信号输出端分别与所述变频器的信号反馈输入端串联接电源,所述变频器的信号输出端与驱动所述热泵的泵电机电连接。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述集热水池为设于所述活动房侧地下的水窖。
进一步的:所述热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与所述集热水池的进水口之间设有第二泵。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于还有一个集热水池;墙体板和房顶板围护的屋内设有温度传感器、湿度传感器;房顶板上设有为集热水池提供热源的太阳能集热器;墙体板包括有外层板和内层板,外层板与内层板之间设有与集热水池构成热循环单元的U型管;集热水池与U型管之间设有通过变频器控制的热泵;温度传感器、湿度传感器的信号输出端分别与变频器的信号反馈输入端串联接电源,变频器的信号输出端与驱动热泵的泵电机电连接,实际应用中,太阳能集热器集取自然的太阳热量,通过集热水池储藏的热量,通过U型管给活动房提供持续的保温热量,同时,外层板、U型管和内层板也起到了隔热保温的作用,并且,变频器根据实际温度情况及时调整泵电机的转速,以此达到控制出水量,稳定室内温度的目的,保证了室内舒适的环境;
2、由于集热水池为设于活动房侧地下的水窖,不但保温性能好,而且充分利用自然雨水和自然环境,不占用空间也节约水资源;
3、由于热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与集热水池的进水口之间设有第二泵,保证了热交换器热量的循环交换。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1、图2所示的隔热保温活动板房,包括有通过底脚螺栓固定在地面上的角柱11和边柱,角柱11和边柱的顶端设有通过固定螺栓可拆卸的房梁,房梁上架设有房顶板2;角柱11和边柱之间设有墙体板3,墙体板3上开设有门9和窗10;墙体板3和房顶板2围护的屋内设有温度传感器6、湿度传感器8;还有一个设于活动房侧地下的集热水池a,集热水池a为水窖;房顶板2上设有太阳能集热器1;太阳能集热器1通过一个热交换器为集热水池a提供热源,热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与集热水池a的进水口之间设有第二泵12;墙体板3包括有外层板32和内层板31,外层板32与内层板31之间设有U型管4;U型管4与集热水池a构成热循环单元,集热水池a与U型管之间设有通过变频器控制的热泵5;温度传感器6、湿度传感器8的信号输出端分别与变频器7的信号反馈输入端串联接电源,变频器7的信号输出端与驱动热泵5的泵电机电连接。
实际应用中,太阳能集热器集取自然的太阳热量,通过集热水池储藏的热量,通过U型管给活动房提供持续的保温热量,同时,外层板、U型管和内层板也起到了隔热保温的作用,并且,变频器根据实际温度情况及时调整泵电机的转速,以此达到控制出水量,稳定室内温度的目的,保证了室内舒适的环境,同时还充分利用自然环境和自然雨水,不占用空间也节约水资源。

1.一种隔热保温活动板房,包括有墙体板和房顶板,其特征在于:还有一个集热水池;所述墙体板和所述房顶板围护的屋内设有温度传感器、湿度传感器;所述房顶板上设有为所述集热水池提供热源的太阳能集热器;所述墙体板包括有外层板和内层板,所述外层板与所述内层板之间设有与所述集热水池构成热循环单元的U型管;所述集热水池与所述U型管之间设有通过变频器控制的热泵;所述温度传感器、所述湿度传感器的信号输出端分别与所述变频器的信号反馈输入端串联接电源,所述变频器的信号输出端与驱动所述热泵的泵电机电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热保温活动板房,其特征在于:所述集热水池为设于所述活动房侧地下的水窖。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的隔热保温活动板房,所述热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与所述集热水池的进水口之间设有第二泵。
