技术领域
本发明涉及房屋建筑技术领域,尤其是一种保温的活动板房。
背景技术
活动板房是一种以轻钢为骨架,以夹芯板为围护材料,可进行组装和拆卸的房屋。现有的一种活动板房,包括通过底脚螺栓固定在地面上的角柱和边柱,所述角柱和边柱上设有通过固定螺栓可拆卸的房梁,房梁上架设有房顶板;角柱和边柱之间设有墙体板,墙体板上开设有门和窗;这种活动板房由于其房顶和墙体均是用可拆卸的夹芯板构成,结构较简单,其保温性存在有局限性,舒适度也差,尤其在寒冷的冬天,不适宜人们居住,因此,怎样生产出一种具有保温功能的活动房是本领域的技术人员急待解决的新问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种保温活动板房,该保温活动板房可以解决现有活动板房存在的保温性差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:这种保温活动板房,包括有墙体板和房顶板,还有一个集热水池;所述墙体板之间设有与U型管;所述房顶板上设有太阳能集热器;所述太阳能集热器通过一个热交换器向所述集热水池提供热源,所述集热水池、第一泵和所述U型管构成为活动房保温的热循环单元。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述集热水池为设于所述活动房侧地下的水窖。
进一步的:所述热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与所述集热水池的进水口之间设有第二泵。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、由于还有一个集热水池;墙体板之间设有与U型管;房顶板上设有太阳能集热器;太阳能集热器通过一个热交换器向所述集热水池提供热源,集热水池、第一泵和U型管构成为活动房保温的热循环单元,太阳能集热器可集取自然的太阳热量,通过集热水池储藏的热量,通过U型管给活动房提供持续的保温热量,保证室内舒适的环境;
2、由于集热水池为设于活动房侧地下的水窖,不但保温性能好,而且充分利用自然环境和自然雨水,不占用空间也节约水资源;
3、由于热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与集热水池的进水口之间设有第二泵,保证了热交换器热量的循环交换。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
图1所示的保温活动板房,通过底脚螺栓固定在地面上的角柱10和边柱,角柱10和边柱上设有通过固定螺栓可拆卸的房梁,房梁上架设有房顶板2;角柱10和边柱之间设有墙体板3,墙体板3上开设有门6和窗;还有设于活动房侧地下的一个集热水池a;该集热水池a也即水窖;房顶板2上设有太阳能集热器1;太阳能集热器1通过一个热交换器向集热水池a提供热源,热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与集热水池的进水口之间设有第二泵9;墙体板上铺设有U型管4;集热水池a、第一泵5和U型管4构成为活动房保温的热循环单元;其中, U型管4的进口端通过第一泵5与集热水池a的出水端相连通;U型管4的出口端与集热水池a的进水端相连通。日常,太阳能集热器集取自然的太阳热量,通过集热水池储藏保温,然后通过U型管给活动房提供持续的保温热量,保证了室内有舒适的环境,同时还充分利用自然环境和自然雨水,不占用空间也节约水资源。

1.一种保温活动板房,包括有墙体板和房顶板,其特征在于:还有一个集热水池;所述墙体板之间设有U型管;所述房顶板上设有太阳能集热器;所述太阳能集热器通过一个热交换器向所述集热水池提供热源,所述集热水池、第一泵和所述U型管构成为活动房保温的热循环单元。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保温活动板房,其特征在于:所述集热水池为设于所述活动房侧地下的水窖。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保温活动板房,其特征在于:所述热交换器的换热器受热端的出水口与所述集热水池的进水口之间设有第二泵。
